Their fried rice if flavored appropriately, not salty and not overly greasy. They use long grain rice that is fully cooked, not overly greasy cooked or dry. Unlike other places I've tried, their rice isn't undercooked or overcooked and they don't use meat and seasonings to hide it. Their combination of cooking the rice, meat and seasonings are perfect.
