Service is horrible . Saturday waited a drive thru 15 min had cars pull off . I pulled around went inside .ordered still waited 20 more min took food home 1 sausage bagel and 1Steak bagel final tossed in trash horrible. This has to be the slowest McDonald's I've ever come across. Witch rude customer service. They have 2 lane to order, but never have both open. Then completely lie to your face because they don't want to go through the extra sec. it takes to add on something you forgot order.. when you've already waited 35 min in line.. to go back around would be another 45 min.. You're not supposed to wait more than 3-5 min.. then she was upset I checked my food before leaving the long line, and I'm glad I did.. because they indeed messed that up as well. My muffin was hard. I frequently stop at this location on my way through Sylvester, to work in Albany. Every time I stop I say NEVER AGAIN!! Today is where I will NO longer "say" it, but mean I will NOT continue to patronize this facility! This is the slowest McDonalds I have EVER seen! I have ordered a parfait for 20 week days and have been given an excuse as to why they have none 16 of those 20 days. We were on our way from Alabama to Florida and my daughter popped a tire on the curb at the drive-thru. The closing employee was so sweet and compassionate, she even bought our drinks. There wasn't any tire shops open in the area, so they allowed us to stay in the parking lot overnight. The police checked on us all night. The next morning we were able to charge our phones in the restaurant and located a tire shop.. A wonderful customer name Kurt changed our tire and we were on our way. Disclaimer: restaurant currently under construction. I got to the restaurant at about 8:30 pm. There were 2 cars in the drive through (3 including me). It took about 5 minutes for each person to have their order heard. After waiting for another 5 minutes, upon pulling up to the order station, I placed my order and expected to round the corner to see no cars in front of me, but both cars were still waiting. I still tried to give McDonalds the benefit of the doubt, thinking they may have been short on employees, which is understandable through the construction at the site and the pandemic. I waited for another 10 minutes before I pulled up to the order pickup window, and was asked to confirm my order. I then watched the employee very slowly take miniature steps to the food prep area and start restashing condiments. She then disappeared into the back and we waited for an additional 10 minutes. This now showed there were 3 employees in the building, with one customer in the drive through (me) and no inside service--confirming there was a 3:1 employee to customer ratio. When given my food, I got no verbal acknowledgment from the employee. Gratefully, the chicken nuggets appeared to have been recently cooked. However, both cheese burgers were cool. read more

I initially went to this McDonalds approx 2 months ago and it was horrible., while passing through this town,So bad I wrote directly to company. I was passing through again this week and it was a fantastic improvement. My concerns were addressed and changes were made. I realize the staff is young but the manager is doing a great job. When you complain to McDonalds directly they have the manager to contact you. I spoke with the Manager Tameka and she assured me, that changes would be made, I applaud her for her follow through..... I went to McDonald's drive through today. They Immediately took my order and were so nice . I got my food quickly and it was fresh.

They always appear disorganized and struggling I was there yesterday and upper management was there talking about their staff in the dining room for customers to hear. Thought that very unprofessional. Then I saw a commercial today with a member that was present yesterday. Turns out owned by George Suarez his Leesburg store always seemed to have issues and now the one on north slappey which I haven't done business with but twice since he took ownership and will stay away until he gets things worked out read more

Worst service i've ever experienced. My friends and I went to mcdonald's 40 mins before closing time and we waited at the speaker for 10 mins along with 4 other cars and then pulled around to see if they were opened. a worker was outside playing around with a customer and the other woman inside was eating. We pulled back around to try to order again and no one answered again. 7 cars total left the drive through and were screaming/ honking at the speaker to try and get a workers attention. no one answered. we pulled up to the window and and one woman immediately started to scream how she just wanted to go home and another one was giving us dirty looks. they were eating food as they walked around. I ordered a # 2 quarter pounder meal combo medium sized. But the fries were only 2/3 full so I basically got a small size in a medium container. This is a rip off that happens every time I eat at this McDonald's. Also the drive thru workers never say thank you. They just hand you the food and say nothing. read more

Moved to Sylvester about 6 months ago and have stopped by maybe 4 or 5 times and have never had a good experience. Got a vanilla shake for the kids which was sour, never have the order correct the first time, and have always had to wait for 5-10 minutes in the drive thru without anyone else in line. Hate the places that want you to pull forward so they can get you off the timer when there is no one behind you. Have moved my business to BK just down the road. Will not go back! read more

I've had some good and some bad experiences here. Their employee turn over is fairly rapid so your employee - customer experience tends to vary day by day. I would say most employees are pretty nice while some tend to goof off and others still that just tend to be rude. It's a roulette so you never quite know what experience you will be getting. Sometimes the drive through is quick while other times it's as slow as Christmas. Sometimes the food is correct to the order and sometimes it's completely off. I would say the worst experience I've ever had was ordering an iced caramel mocha at the drive through. She gave me my drink and as I started to drive off I noticed it only had like 4 tiny ice cubes, so I went back and walked inside but unfortunately it was morning time and they were busy so I had to wait for like ten minutes to have that corrected. One of the best times was putting in am order and getting it pretty quickly and correctly a few minutes later.
