Didn't get my coffee until AFTER I was already finished with my food. When picking up my food, the lady at the counter said "we will bring the coffee to you." That never happened, we had to go up there, with the receipt, to even get it. The biscuits were stale, sausage was over cooked, and the hash browns were under cooked. read more

2 cheeseburgers - seems like a simple enough request. The meat was cold, the cheese was not melted, the bread was stale, and the lower half of the bun on one of them was upside down. Additionally, I hate those ordering kiosks. They are not intuitively programmed and they ask too many questions that have nothing to do with the order. read more

Cold food, terrible service. Don't eat at this McDonald's. Cherokee is just down the road if you have to have McDonald's.

I'm sick of this you know why they keep messing up my order and one of the employees and then I saw in the back some people squirting bottles of Mayonnaise on the burger 1,5 read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The employees are rude and apparently the management thinks it's totally fine for an employee to come outside and cuss at you for parking in the curbside pickup spot when you have a curbside pickup order. The long and short of it is nobody there cares if your order is wrong, or if they overcharge you, or if they scream obscenities into your car window. It's all just how things are and apparently if you want food from there you just have to deal with it. read more

I guess it is ok but they did give us napkins and gave us a ripped bag so it is ok I guess food was not as good as the McDonald's were I live but it is ok read more

Came here a few minutes ago, and this place is rude. The food is good, but the manager on the other hand is something else. We ordered, pulled up to the first window and saw the manager with 2 employees standing around eating doing nothing. we went to the 2nd window and he comes around, gets an attitude with us saying we need to pay and I told him we pulled up because they weren't paying attention. I may not come here again:) we waited for our food for 15 minutes...... read more

Stopped at the drive through for breakfast. I provided a reward code, then complete silence. After a bit I asked if he was ready for my order. I was immediately met with a nasty "we'll just give me a minute!" What a rude snot! The place wasn't busy at all. I should have looked up the reviews on this dump first. Won't ever go back. read more

the food was bad and the fries were cold and over cooked they messed up the order twice and was a horrible experience overall

None of the above it doesn't take an hour to prepare a big Mac absolutely ridiculous along with hateful service and a side of bad attitude

This place sucks. They always forget something on the order. I ordered two large fries and a medium fries. I got one large fries and a medium fries in a large fries container. Wtf?! They gave me the wrong sauce. They didn't include straws either. I've had times where they completely ignored the order specifications. I hate this McDonald's. Actively going to avoid it. read more

2.5 is generous. The only good thing about this place is leaving. You think because its called fucking fast food it would be fast well you'd be fucking wrong. I wish i could give any positives about this place but oh well. The lines are long and slow. I'm assuming they're understaffed but the staff that they do have is slow and lazy asf. Every time i come here theres just people chillin outside when theres a line to the fucking road read more

It's hit and miss here. Always check your order before you leave! What else can I say. It's fast food!!

The evening service at this McDonalds is stupidly bad. I've been here many, many times over the years and never once have I left with the impression that the evening staff here are motivated in any way to do a good job. Highlights from my experiences here include: * The girl working the register taking my order stopping me midway through to whine at some supervisor nearby that she wanted a break (he informed her she'd only been there 30 minutes and didn't say anything about her blatantly ignoring a customer). * An employee approaching our table and asking my friend, who had just picked up his food, if he would jump start her friend's car. * Consistent 10-20 minute wait times for food (during dinner though, breakfast has never had this problem for me). * A really mean looking supervisor coming out of the back to screech at the employees in front of everyone about something petty like not closing the napkin box in the stockroom after grabbing some to restock with. Breakfast is never an issue though, the staff working in the mornings really seem to get the job done. Dinner time though....it's just a crap shoot all around. read more

I have had some bad experiences with the staff at this McDonald's being slow and rude but I will give them three stars because the food is always decent and it's not the McDonald's in Waynesville...which still ranks as the WORST one I have ever been to. read more

Worst and slowest McDonalds ever. Always understaffed, always an issue, never an apology. Here for granddaughter only. Horrible place.

Worst experience ever!!! Short handed? How about not standing around in the lobby talking and grabbing trash bags? Or not being so rude your manager has to shush you before she opens the drive-thru to blow off my complaint? Drove off without our food...It was taking so long for a small fry and hamburger, we were positive they were messing with our food. Digusting behavior... just ughhh. read more

This place has a overall 2 star rating for a reason, the ice cream is always fucked up and I can't get a ice cream, smoothie or hot fudge sundae. They also are very rude, and do not have a playground to play on. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to very slow! I ordered 2 Oreo mcflurrys took 30 minutes to receive them then as I walk out the door one has hardly any ice cream and the other literally no Oreo walked back in to tell the employee that this is unexceptionable and stood there another 20 minutes so the ice cream was melted and they wanted to give me crap about it I will never use this McDonald's EVER again very rude and unprofessional! read more

yeah the food is okay i guess but i noticed a worker shitting in the deep fryer so that definitely leaves a 1 star review on yelp my guy

This store has a big problem than even professionals are having a hard time with. They crawl on everything. The service is terrible. The management treats employees and customers like crap. It's the usual crap we have come to expect from a McDonalds. read more

Slow as hell. Been in line for 15 minutes. Literally 1 customer through every 5 minutes.

A very strangle drive through experience. We placed our order and paid at the first window. We pulled up to the second window and after a short wait an employee opened the window and looked to surprised that we are there. She asked what we had ordered and I repeated our order to her. I must point out we were the only car at the drive through. She picked up an order from the counter and indicated it was not our order. She walked to another employee and talked to them for a few minutes. She brought us the same bag of food and gave it to us with our drink order. I checked the order before driving off and it was only half right. After a few minutes of waving at a group of 5 employees who had congregated behind the counter, the employee who had given us our food returned to the drive through window and asked what I needed. I told her half of our order was wrong and I gave her the food. While waiting my son tasted his tea and he said it tasted horrible. A few minutes later another employee approached us at the window and I told her we were waiting on the other half of our order and told her about my sons tea. She exchanged his tea for another drink. After about a 5 minute wait, an employee brought us the other half of our order. Not sure what all was going on with the staff. read more

Worst McDonalds ever! Everytime ive come here to eat whether it be drive-thru or dining in, im waiting for a very long time to get my food and its usually wrong! On 8/14/16 I came thru dt and checked my bag for mistakes, both sandwhiches were wrong. I walked back in and asked for a remake. WRONG AGAIN! I waited about 10 min for the 3rd remake. Once again still wrong, i just left. After i get home i realized my fries were UN COOKED! I will NEVER come here Again!! read more
