​The evening service at this McDonalds is stupidly bad. I've been here many, many times over the years and never once have I left with the impression that the evening staff here are motivated in any way to do a good job. Highlights from my experiences here include: * The girl working the register taking my order stopping me midway through to whine at some supervisor nearby that she wanted a break (he informed her she'd only been there 30 minutes and didn't say anything about her blatantly ignoring a customer). * An employee approaching our table and asking my friend, who had just picked up his food, if he would jump start her friend's car. * Consistent 10-20 minute wait times for food (during dinner though, breakfast has never had this problem for me). * A really mean looking supervisor coming out of the back to screech at the employees in front of everyone about something petty like not closing the napkin box in the stockroom after grabbing some to restock with. Breakfast is never an issue though, the staff working in the mornings really seem to get the job done. Dinner time though....it's just a crap shoot all around. read more

Didn't get my coffee until AFTER I was already finished with my food. When picking up my food, the lady at the counter said "we will bring the coffee to you." That never happened, we had to go up there, with the receipt, to even get it. The biscuits were stale, sausage was over cooked, and the hash browns were under cooked. read more

2 cheeseburgers - seems like a simple enough request. The meat was cold, the cheese was not melted, the bread was stale, and the lower half of the bun on one of them was upside down. Additionally, I hate those ordering kiosks. They are not intuitively programmed and they ask too many questions that have nothing to do with the order. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The employees are rude and apparently the management thinks it's totally fine for an employee to come outside and cuss at you for parking in the curbside pickup spot when you have a curbside pickup order. The long and short of it is nobody there cares if your order is wrong, or if they overcharge you, or if they scream obscenities into your car window. Came here a few minutes ago, and this place is rude. The food is good, but the manager on the other hand is something else. Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to very slow! Slow as hell. Been in line for 15 minutes. Literally 1 customer through every 5 minutes.

A very strangle drive through experience. We placed our order and paid at the first window. We pulled up to the second window and after a short wait an employee opened the window and looked to surprised that we are there. She asked what we had ordered and I repeated our order to her. I must point out we were the only car at the drive through. She picked up an order from the counter and indicated it was not our order. She walked to another employee and talked to them for a few minutes. She brought us the same bag of food and gave it to us with our drink order. I checked the order before driving off and it was only half right. After a few minutes of waving at a group of 5 employees who had congregated behind the counter, the employee who had given us our food returned to the drive through window and asked what I needed. I told her half of our order was wrong and I gave her the food. While waiting my son tasted his tea and he said it tasted horrible. A few minutes later another employee approached us at the window and I told her we were waiting on the other half of our order and told her about my sons tea. She exchanged his tea for another drink. After about a 5 minute wait, an employee brought us the other half of our order. Not sure what all was going on with the staff. read more

Worst McDonalds ever! Everytime ive come here to eat whether it be drive-thru or dining in, im waiting for a very long time to get my food and its usually wrong!
