Used app to order French Fries. Was asked to pull up when I arrived and finally went inside to check on things 12 minutes later. Finally got Fries 17 minutes after pulling in. The McDonald's in sulphur sucks the last 3 times I went to the drive thru they had me pull up to the side and today 7/27/25 and I set there waiting for 20 minutes and the hell of it is they weren't that busy. Very bad service No one speaks English bathroom was dirty There was a line of people but no was getting there food. The works had no gloves on the girl who was at the front was not pleasant. Very dirty, smells bad. Service doesn't care about cleanliness of establishment. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Wet caution signs all over the restaurant, no sense of urgency of taking them back. No soap inside the bathrooms, both. read more

Inconsistent for lunch and dinner. A little more consistent for breakfast. More than half the time, the burger I want with NO cheese, has cheese. Fries are usually ok, but sometimes they come out cold or lukewarm. Now, if I say something it usually gets resolved thankfully. But it's annoying to have to even mention it. The main saving grace here is breakfast, Mine is simple - usually a Mcgriddle, hash browns, and a drink. Never has it been screwed up. Good breakfast option for the town. Ordered a no.6 and came home with it, had no meat on my burgers and the fries were partially cooked if i pay close to 7 bucks for something i expect for it to at lease have meat on it. This is just lazy i believe the worst experiance ive had at a mcdonalds. McDonalds is always McDonalds isn't it? Maybe I drop in here from rime to time get a egg and cheese biscuit and a coffee. Either it's a product of my 6 am to 7 am stops or this place is just... way above average for the normal mcdonalds! I get a fresh biscuit every time. They are always very friendly and very prompt! I will say, I don't go for lunch or dinner here but their breakfast is always great! I do notice a wrap around line from time to time during lunch and dinner. read more

I just dealed with the worst service I have ever gotten from a McDonalds in recent memory. We went through the drive thru, and ordered 2 McDoubles, Mine with Pickles and Cheese, a plain and Dry, a spicy McChicken, and a normal mcchicken with drinks. We get our food. We have an extra mcchicken and my sandwich has Written on the receipt Get this "No pickles" I check the sandwich It has a ton of ketchup, mustard and onions. I go inside and complain and I'm like "You mixed up 'only' and 'no', could I get a sandwich with only pickles?" and they're like "oh ok" I get my food Climb back into the car We start driving off because why would they make the same mistake again? Guess what They made the same exact mistake. We turn back around. I go in, and it takes a solid 5 minutes for anybody to come to the desk and check on me. When an eternity passes and somebody comes up And's like "hello how may I help you?" I'm resisting the urge to yell like "alright... I went through once, and y'all messed up. That's fine. Whatever. Asked for only pickles, you gave me no pickles. Common mistake. But, You did it again. I literally just want a McDouble with Cheese and Pickles. That's it." They like "Whoa okay I'm sorry" Some lady clarifies with me after two attempts of screw ups, They throw it together real quick and are like "Hey, there you go, I'm sorry". Essentially translating to "Here's The order you should've gotten a lifetime ago" And I firmly grasp the bag, scrunch up the top in my hand, and say, "Thanks..." and I storm out. They didn't even give me anything to compensate! They literally just made an order they were supposed to do two tries and 30 minutes ago. Don't come here, man. They keep really overcooking their fries and nuggets, which is really disappointing to me because they used to make their nuggets properly and their fries were undersalted but at least they were hot. Now they're all dry and gross. Today I ordered a 20 piece and they somehow managed to both overcook and undercook it, and it tasted as if it had been sitting in the warming trays for a little bit. The fries were brown and crunchy. The ketchup from the dispenser tasted very odd. I also opted to get no ice in my drink-- not only because there was barely any ice in the dispenser, but also because when it did dispense ice, there were black specks inside some of the ice cubes. They seemed to notice that there was little ice left in the machine, so they poured some ice into the top. However, they overfilled it, so to fix that problem, they stuck their bare hands into the top of the machine and began pulling the excess ice out. One girl got on her phone waiting for them to get some more ice since they pulled too much ice out--oh and she was standing on the drink counter itself--then used her bare, phone bacteria covered hands holding one of those tiny ice scoops she pulled out of somewhere to pack the ice back in. read more

Terrible customer service. Employees should be trained better. I was asked to pull forward while at the drive-thru since they forgot our fries after forgetting a few other items. I pulled forward and waited 10 minutes...still no fries. So I see an employee arriving to work and before he walked in I told him that I think they forgot about us because we had been waiting 10 minutes for fries. He said okay I'll tell them. We waited about 7 more minutes and no one came out so we decided to leave. Annoying AF! read more
