Morning staff and food is wonderful, fast fresh and delicious. Afternoon is when it goes downhill, multiple instances, old fries, stale nuggets, unsweet sweet tea, dry burgers, everything honestly. But shoutout to the morning team! Ambience is just like any other McDonald's, beeps and boops and whatnot lol read more

McDonald's - McDouble - Fast Food Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

Slow slow slow. Outrageously slow in the mornings.........food is normal............employees are polite.

OK, so first of all, they told me they was only taking DoorDash orders and then they said that the ice cream machine was broke, but the boy that I talked to that work, they said their ice cream machine is never broke and that they were lying but they french fries is good read more

McDonald's - me waiting in the McDonald's line - Fast Food Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

Worst McDonald's Ever! Everyone that works there has an attitude they are always short staffed you're waiting on the drive-through line 15-20 minutes for somebody to come and take your order. I will never ever ever dine at this McDonald's again. The service here sucks. read more

Horrible service, young kiddy crew; cook was about 40 and mad at the world .... They were cussing at the customers, not taking orders , laughing in our faces .... They were hanging up on us in the drive thru, and all of them except the cook were young kids.... The manager was a young kid with dreads , who couldn't handle his crew, nor did he try.... FIRE ALL OF THEM!!!! Quick!!!! I went Monday April 1st, 2024.... I hope the owner reads this, please fire them ALL!!!! Immediately!!! Or your business will not succeed!!!! read more

It's too bad you can't rate with a negative number of stars. Ordered 2 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals, 2 double quarter pounder meals and a cheeseburger meal. Got to the window, order was all messed up, had to order again, paid for the order, was handed a receipt that was of course, unreadable. Got to the pickup window, they handed me a bag stuffed with cheeseburgers. Said that wasn't my order. Got the happy meals, then 2 quarter pounders (not the doubles I ordered) and the cheeseburger meal. Again, I told them this was not correct, showed them my receipt. They kept arguing with me. After having sat in line for 30 minutes before making the order the first time, I had enough and simply said "I give up." Their response, "Your white, why do you care?" Really? Called the praise/complaint number on the receipt, left a message relaying my experience, provided my call back number if they wanted to discuss what happened. That was two days ago, no one called. So, they can't take orders twice, even when they read back correctly what you ordered. They refuse to admit they made a mistake and lastly, the racial slur is totally out of line. Never going to that McDonald's again and I don't recommend that anyone go there. read more

I was at the emergency room at Piedmont Henry, Stockbridge. My children went to this McDonald's to pick up a meal for me. I hadn't eaten in 12 hours. I was extremely hungry. I received my food, took one bite and found that the meat in my burger was RAW! Not pink but RAW! Worst burger ever! The fries were cold, without salt and limp! No crisp at all! I had to throw both the burger and fries away! Thank goodness the coke was good! At least I was able to put that in my stomach. #disgusted #disappointed #neveragain read more

Not clean enough! Bathroom is so dirty and is other area's. Watched many come in after going through drive through and having messed up orders. Employee sleeping at a table for an hour before her shift, never saw her go to bathroom to wash up either. read more

McDonald's - Inside, balloons represent sanitized table but it's full of crumbs and smuges. Bathroom needs a good cleaning too!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. Coke machines that don't work. They always seem to be out of coke. The employees are unsupervised. No hair nets. Food on the floor in the prep area. Very unsanitary conditions. Service doesn't exist. Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of McDonald's in the area or go to a competitor. Update: 19SEP19 I never thought any restaurant could get worse. This one has. Employees arguing with customers. Main menu items missing at 3 PM...Steer clear of this dump read more

This is THE WORST Mcdonald's on the globe. I've lived in 3 other countries and have had better experiences at those locations. How can you tell me at 8:28pm you're not taking any more orders. Or be open for breakfast and not have ANYTHING related to breakfast! Make it make sense. Either sell the franchise or get you shit together read more

This restaurant has employees that are completely rude first thing in the morning! I have never had a window worker yelling through intercom that she can't hear me as soon as I pull up and going back and forth with me about not being in the window to take the money (which she wasn't) It's pathetic that the caliber of people to choose from to employ is this low that they will take ANY warm body even at the expense of customers having to put up with disrespectful attitudes. If you're looking to start your day with positivity and a little breakfast, do not stop by here! Not worth your peace and the negative energy they're serving with the food. read more

The worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I keep thinking it will get better but every single time I go there, only for convenience, something is wrong. It either takes 45 minutes to get through the drive through or the food is cold or old. The management just doesn't care and neither do the employees. On my last visit, I asked for 5 ketchup packets at the window and the girl looked at me as if I'd slapped her. She gave me the most hateful look I've ever received. She grudgingly and defiantly placed the packets in my hand, staring me straight in the eye with her death stare. I'm done. I'll drive the extra distance to the Hudson Bridge location from now on. read more

Worst McDonalds ever!. The food is nasty, they mess up the orders and the staff doesn't care. Shut this place down!

-0 stars..... This locations is consistently inconsistent. I moved to the area last fall, this location is close to my home. I don't eat McDonalds often but when I have and have come to this location (maybe 4times), each time my food was wrong. I will take the drive to the other McDonald's about 2 1/2 miles down the rode from now on. read more

DONT GET THE ICED COFFEE! I recently purchased an iced coffee from tis location. After drinking my coffee while working I noticed at the bottom was something black floating around with the half melted ice. To my horror it was A FLY! One of the big black ones you see around trash cans. The manager of the store didn't even come speak with me. The what looked to be the supervisor came and refunded me my money. I should have held up my cup in front of all their customers and showed them EXACTLY what they are feeding their customers! read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes and get to the window and they don't have my order in the system. I order at the window and i have to repeat my order 4 times. This is THE worst McDonald's in the area. The employees are rude and hardly ever greet me. I usually go through the drive through and the majority of the time there is an issue with my food. This last time, I was handed my oatmeal through the window, no bag or anything. The oatmeal was dry and cold. How is the oatmeal cold??? Then we had two 10 piece meals with NO FRIES in the bag. When I brought this to their attention, they rolled their eyes and were visibly irritated. No apologies or anything. The I get home and both of my meals are missing 2 nuggets. This McDonald's always has thier ice cream machine broken I wanted a cookies and cream McFlurry and do not have anything ok thier menu

This McDonalds is brand new, y'all. BRAND NEW. So naturally I have high expectations when I see this beautiful new state of the art building. It's on my way to work, it's on my way to the interstate, I'm like FINALLY I have a convenient McDonald's for me to stop and get coffee and breakfast at. But no. It's a hard no. This is actually the literal worst McDonald's of all time. I am embarrassed to admit that I have been here many times now. I keep thinking, "well, it's probably just growing pains. I'm sure they've got their act together by now" but every single time I go, I'm proven wrong. I'm sure you've all seen the 2 for $3 breakfast value menu. These people are so inept that they will not let you pick two different things from this menu for $3. Nope. You gotta get the same item twice. Why do I need two iced coffees and two biscuits for one person? I don't. And if you try to explain the problem to them, it's like they are completely incapable of comprehension. I thought this was a problem with just one or two employees but no it seems like they are all trained this way. Oh, and the wait time. Oh my lord. There is nothing fast about this food. I've been late to work because I was sitting in this line. Ten minutes seems to be the average time in the AM. And I've also waited over ten minutes to get a Coke at 11 PM. Maybe it's better inside but the drive thru SUCKS! Take your chances somewhere else. This McDonald's is one giant mess. read more

Where's the beef? Smallest burger patty I have ever had on a McDonalds sandwich. Pitiful. No soda in the soda machine. Fries taste like cardboard. Last visit to any McDonalds for me. read more

Horrible service! I've been waiting almost an hour for one grilled chicken sandwich. Ridiculous.

They were awesome when they first opened but now they are horrible. Customer service is hit or miss. Last week I saw an employee pick up scrambled eggs that fell on the dirty counter with debris, and put it back on the plate and serve it. I will never eat or feed my children McDonalds ever again. Its garbage. I used to love it. read more

I give this location a (1) because, they deserve it. Reason being, I work late shifts at work & I live right across from this location & several nights I've stopped by to grab something to eat for my night-cap because of the convenience of the location to my home. But every single time I get home (it's like a 2 mins drive or less) and check the fries in the bag, eating a few of them, it's like they are hard as rocks & be tearing my gums up. I guess you only get fresh fries when you do ask for them, which shouldn't be. But just for my last few experiences with this place, I'm just gonna have to find somewhere else to get my late night grub on. read more

This location has horrible customer service. I placed my order and had to wait for almost 10 minutes to receive my food. I checked the bag and the fries were cold. I noticed the cashier that the fries were cold and asked if they had any hot fries coming up. She said in about 2 minutes and I handed the fries back to her and she told me to keep them. A few seconds later another employee came out to my car and asked for the fries. I gave her the fries. She later came back out with a small fry stating that per her manager Diamond since we had ate half the fries she was only giving me a small. I asked to speak with her since she was talking to the young lady through a headset. She told me to come inside. I went in and Diamond was being very unprofessional by over talking an elderly customer about an incorrect she received through the drive through. When Diamond finished with that customer. I began to explain that her employee told me to keep the fries and that I should receive what I had paid for. She had a very nonchalant nasty attitude as if I was bother. She never once tried to remedy the situation. I asked who was the store manager and she replied look at the receipt and walked off. I asked for a refund and she stated where's the rest of the food. I went outside and returned the remaining order. She didn't even attempt to issue a refund. Another employee by the name of Terrell assisted processed my refund. I contacted John T. office to advise them of what type of employee he has running his establishment. First and last time patronizing this McDonald's! John....Diamond will make you lose a lot of business buddy with her nasty attitude. read more

Just ordered the"new mushroom & swiss" it wasn't a Hardee's mushroom & Swiss by a long shot. I was hungry, ate the whole thing. But won't have another at any McDonalds. Thanks for the lesson. MORE importantly...as we were sitting in the drive through..witnessed an employee slip and fall feet first on what I'm guessing a greasy floor! A couple of co workers came to help them up. Which was excruciating to watch and yet when we asked if that person was okay...the girl who gave us our food showed no concern and said he's clumsy and it happens all the time. wow And ...we sincerely hope they are okay! Cause that fall looked very serious! read more

This place supposed to be open 24/7 yet they're closed between 3 and 4 am.... hmmmm... I wonder what management thinks of that... doubt they care I mean it is McDeath after all but sheesh wtf. The one time I actually want this crap food and they can't even do that. Probably for the best. read more

Painful. That's all I can say. Service always slow and could care less about the guest. Bring your patience and plenty of it. This is exactly why Chick-fil-A is kicking your butt. Just keep doing what you are doing Micky D's. Not lov'in it at all! read more

Absolutely horrible! Management and the workers are horrible. I've been served the wrong order the past couple of times I've been there. I'd rather drive to a McDonald's that further away than to deal with the stupidity of those who do not want to work! Their attitude has taken precedence over making the customer happy! read more

Well so far this particular McDonald's hasn't performed very well at all. I once went there late at night and ordered about three strawberry-banana smoothies and a vanilla milk shake. Two of the smoothies had BROKEN WHITE PLASTIC SHARDS IN THEM! One was my husband's and the other WAS MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S!!! THEY COULD HAVE BOTH CHOKED OR HAD THEIR INTERNAL ORGANS PUNCTURED!!! Thank God they both felt the plastic & spit it out!! I assume these small pieces of broken plastic MUST have been a part of a broken machine, since as far as I know the cups are stacked and it wasn't likely that the plastic got in there any other way. If they WERE parts of the smoothie machine, how could the person dispensing the smoothies NOT notice? I called and asked for a manager, but based on having called & complained a few times for various reasons, apparently they don't have REAL managers on the night shift. Once I explained to the person standing in for the manager, it was obvious that this was over his head & he told me I could come in the next morning when a REAL manager was there to discuss it. I never went because it was too inconvenient. I regret that now. Since this McDonald's is so convenient for me and open late, we went there tonight for a late night meal after the dining room was closed, so we went through the drive thru. I was over charged ($6.68) for a $4 filet of fish combo! And I also paid $2.19 for a large fry that didn't get put in my bag. read more

Came through last night after a Halloween trail. Didn't expect too much, seeing as they are new, and most of the time new places have their kinks until the employees get used to the new place and learn how things need to be done. However, the manager running the drive thru was very nice. My bf loved the Southern Style Sandwich, and my Double Cheeseburger had beautifully melted cheese on it (unlike most where it's thrown together with thick and rubbery cheese). Nuggets were delicious! The fries were hot, and the drinks were very good and not watered down! Keep in mind, this was close to midnight, so we didn't expect much, but we were surprised! We will be coming to this one from now on! read more
