McDs is the fast food leader but their success has caused terrible traffic jams at meal times so I stopped visiting McDs and around mealtime I go to Wendy's for a 4 for $4 instead. Like they say about McDs " it's so busy nobody goes there anymore". :-) read more

1/20/21 3:00PM Order 68 - The employees at this location forgot to give me my large Caramel Frappe , I had to drive back over 15 minutes to go get my incomplete order. This is NOT my first time having this issue. I asked 'Dante' who handed me the food if that was everything for my order & he gave me two thumbs up; before I got home and realized I almost lost 4 dollars had I not remembered. Linsey was the manager at the time, who failed to compromise my loss of time with 3 cookies. It was the least they could do for a repeated offense. I asked for names when I returned so I could leave this review. I've been considering quitting fast food and my experience with this branch became a great incentive . read more

Sooooo......It's McDonalds.....but slower....a lot slower. Hope your not in a hurry when you go here. It is right on M-66 in the middle of little else, so on the weekends it pretty busy with travelers who have no other choice. Small town McD. In fact this is the smallest town I've seen a McD in. One of the few McDs that has caffeine free Coke. But they don't get 3 stars because the food was served warm and not hot. read more

Visited McDonald's in Stanton Wednesday evening, September 18th at approximately 8:30 pm. Ordered two spicy chicken combos. When meal was brought to table, we received burgers instead of spicy chicken. Took meals back to counter and were told that they did not have spicy chicken available that night so they gave us something else, without asking us what we wanted. Manager said we could order something else or get refund. Asked for refund. My wife asked who made determination on what to give us instead of chicken, but manager never answered. We said we would keep drinks since we had already sipped from them. Manager refunded price of meal but charged us for drinks which she would have thrown away. Manager never smiled or apologized for problems. Our first and last visit to this place. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. I have been there several several times and almost half the times if not more my food has been wrong or I don't get my food or yeah ask for a tea in it taste like crap because they don't clean the nozzles well tonight it took them 19 minutes to get me a 20 piece chicken nugget to make chickens to make doubles two chicken snack wraps and ate fries 19 minutes well there's seven cars in line behind me and they had fries and they all got their food and got to leave not impressed at all They tell you two minutes hold on your fries that two minutes turned into 5 1/2 minutesStan definitely needs a fast food business read more

I worked at mcdonalds for two months yes I was new to working and had a lot going on the out side of work truth is I would go and work for mcdonalds again everyone there is so kind and welcomeing If I had to choose any job in the world you can bet i would work for them again. read more

Every time I go to this one, they seem to screw up my order. Unfortunately it's the only one within driving distance between classes, but it's still cheaper than the campus Subway. The last two times I went through the drive-through at this McD's, they messed up my order. Either over charged me for something I didn't order or didn't give me the food I payed for. Both times, they took my receipt to "fix" the problem, did not reimburse for over charge and did not give me back the receipt and still managed to screw up what they put in my bag. Can't do their online customer survey without my receipt. I guess I should check my bag before I leave the window. But seriously... Get it right the first time. read more
