The NEWLY REMODELED McDonalds in Sparta WI...ROCKS!!! It is so cool! They got rid of everything nasty like that huge old playroom and gutted the whole place inside And outside and its the New Coolest Tech Friendly McDonalds EVER! You order Off a large touch friendly screen WHEN YOU WANT AND for EVERYONE YOU WANT - and then you go relax in very comfortable booths or high style counter stools or "friends fun round tables" with lots of room for your after school perps or your whole football team. They have an interactive CREATE BOARD for the little ones or the big ones. The high ceilings - favorable lighting, corner areas for privacy and extra large tinted windows everywhere makes it feel like you are in a very new cool environment..its fun or its just nice and relaxing. FREE WIFI n CLEAN Bathrooms help make it nice too. Now, if this particular location can improve the freshness and quality of the McDonalds located in Onalaska and The Dells..then IT WILL BE THE NEW KING of all my fav locations! Great job everybody!! read more

They ask if you want to round up to help the Ronald McDonald foundation (which is nice). But when you say "no" one time, they ask again at the window. I said "no" a second time and they rounded up anyways. It's happened once before, and I thought it was just a mistake on the cashier's part. Maybe they misheard me the first time, but when it happens again on a separate occasion at the same store, it doesn't seem like a mistake. Even though it's just a few cents, it's the principle of the matter that's annoying. read more

Horrible service, dining room closed at 6:00 pm nightly. Not a care in the world for customer service.

Terrible customer service. Only received half our order, went through drive thru. Called when we were 25 miles away demanded refund, was told couldn't do it without us physically there advised to drive back to receive refund. Offered to put my name in some book for future replacement meal, said I wouldn't be returning to them. Manager hung up on me. With all the technology McDonald's has, you tell me that that they couldn't credit my card for the forgotten items. read more

The staff at McDonalds went above and beyond to serve my family dinner when the dining room was closed due to coronavirus and our RV was too large to get through the drive thru. They were thoughtful and safe in handling our situation. So appreciated. read more

This McDonalds has turned into the absolute worst fast food restaurant in town. At first their curbside service was a convenient and welcomed addition for those of us who are tech savvy. Staff progressively got more and more rude at curbside as the drive thru got slower. Tonight we stopped for curbside and we were not the only customers to drive off angry after not getting any service. I would avoid this and go to one of our other friendlier options as they want your business. read more

Horrible service. Very rude staff from leadership down. Wait times greater than 30 minutes. For lunch break I would return to work faster if I drove 15 miles to and from the next nearest McDonald's. read more

Nice place and the staff is helpful. However, when dining in, it can get uncomfortable listening to some of the management hollering at employees. They keep the place clean and it's a nice place for seniors to hang out and drink coffee all morning. read more

Need to be no stars! Horrible service once again!! I had stopped going to this McDonalds because they have horrible service. I ordered 2 sausage egg biscuits with cheese with 2 hash browns and was told they come with cheese. Got up to pay and asked again because I know they don't and she was nice enough to add the cheese. When handed my meal - no thank you, no here's your sausage egg biscuits, nothing. Pulled ahead to check my order(something I learned because they can't get a order right!) and I had no hash browns and instead of biscuits I had muffins. I called in got do you have your receipt - Thankfully I did! Then got ok we'll fix it. When the kid came out - no sorry for the mistake nothing, just here you go. Told him he needed to wait while I checked and it was still wrong! When he brought out the rest of my order he refused to take the wrong one back. I left it on the curb, then he picked it up. I won't be returning. Last time I made a review they sent me coupons that I never used. Why would I go back again! Trust me this was the last time I will go there!! read more

one out of three times we seem to get the wrong order. so at least once every two months. tonight our cashier girl was very miserable before taking our order. her face and attitude showed it. she shorted us one burger.. big surprise. the chicken nuggets were cold and stale.. the manager had the audacity to tell me I was wrong about the nuggets after I was trying to be courtiers enough to let him know what happened. my wife threw her food away because she was miserable. she wasn't going to ask for new food or a refund. it's not what we wanted. all we wanted was "FUN" entertainment and "RESPECT" for being patrons. I'm never critical about fast food because it's only fast food. after five years I will never go there again. what a joke... Thank you Manager John and employee of the month Ashley. read more

The management was barking orders at staff and the screaming could be heard throughout the restaurant. Also, I was eating my salad in the playland while my daughter played and the temperature in there was freezing!! Disappointing atmosphere for sure! read more

Understandable that it was 11 o' clock but service was slow and we couldn't hear over the intercom so we had to drive to the window. We wanted a single icecream cone and waited twenty minutes at the window. read more

You have got to be KIDDING! I ordered 2 egg mcmuffin's and 2 burgers without cheese. The egg sandwich had a huge piece of shell in it and I had to go to the bathroom to wash out my mouth there was so much shell in it. Plus I got it stuck inside my gums. Looking at the burgers they had the NO CHEESE slips on both of them and they both had CHEESE! I had to go all the way back to McDonalds....the staff thought this was FUNNY! Trying to kill someone that is allergic to cheese is funny? The young manager yelled at the staff of "kids" and they kept laughing...The entire works of them should be fired...they have NO business being in a costumer service based business. Perhaps the girl that was laughing the hardest made my egg sandwich...I told her I would bring her my DENTAL BILL...what a horrible McDonalds! read more

This restaurant was extremely dirty, floors are sticky, and garbages were full and not very good customer service. One of your employees was on break and had a cookie wrapper, went to throw it out and dropped it on the floor. Then proceeding to tell one of his fellow employees to pick it up, because he wasn't "on the clock". The wrapper is still on the floor at this very moment because the employee was to lazy to pick it up. read more
