Ordered two coffees, didn't bother checking the temperature of the coffees. Drove all the way back home and the coffees were freezing cold. I showed them my order on my iPhone but was told to park my car and go inside to place order at inside counter. It was cold rain so I was not too happy about this. First he too could not locate my order in the restaurant computer, but after a couple minutes wait, he did find it and I was reassured no problem. After more than ample wait, still without lunch, I decided to drive back to pick up window thinking my meal was waiting there. Again I was told my order was not in their system! I usually refrain from visiting any McDonald's because I have nothing but bad experiences at every location I've been to. However, I stopped by this Southampton location because it was on my way home and I did not want anything crazy big. My food was hot and all changes to my sandwich were correct. Manager even brought me my drink because I was too dumb to grab it myself and she was as sweet as I have ever seen any employee at any location. Food tasted fresh and the coffee is to die for. Store was very clean too as were the bathrooms. I am more than satisfied with the improvement since my last visit and I hope that it isn't just a one time deal. As for now, very good job by this specific McDonald's crew. read more

Well, I went there tonight with my 2 younger sisters so since we only had a $25 budget for dinner. Worst service in the WHOLE WORLD! 1. Person on the loud speaker had this mono tone voice with a "I don't a fu*k! I HATE MY JOB!" attitude. So i ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal...large with a sprite ( I was sharing with my sister so calm down!). Anyways, did fast food change, or doesn't the drink come with the meal? I asked the lady if it was ok if we got a smoothie instead of the large drink. She said something in which I didn't understand. So here's my beef, she charged me the smoothie, whatever...i didn't care. But then I told her that i wanted a sprite that comes with meal and I'll pay for the smoothie. She ended up charging me for both drinks! I told her...these are my exact words, "Excuse me, but doesn't the drink come with the meal?" She told me that I could either have one and I replied that I want the soda then. Seriously.... with her really low mono tone voice and spanish accent, I was getting pissed off. Went in here for a quick snack a few days ago. Is pretty much in the heart of Southampton. The place was clean as was the dining area. I can only give this place 3 stars because they screwed up my order (added cheese to my burger even though I told them no cheese). However, they quickly replaced my burger. Bottom Line: I really like this place. They have a pretty extensive dollar menu. It includes a double hamberger, the first time I've seen that on the dollar menu. Clean and good staff. read more

They have a ton of flies everywhere it's an infestation. Food is always inconsistent even by company standards, often lately I've found the buns to be stale and chicken nuggets hard and not tasting good. They often mistake orders and give them to the wrong people inside , than someone returns the food and than they give you the correct order from the other customer when some other non employee obviously handled my food and they think it's ok . Clearly a health violation and against food safety. The workers are obviously not being properly managed by the owner / managers, too worried about volume and not about quality. I've had this situation happen to me multiple times throughout this summer and fall, and as soon as I can't see my food and another customer touches it i always tell them to make it again and the employees never understand why I'm making that request . Seriously considering calling the town health dept on them.... the food has to be tainted from all those flies. I used to frequent there a lot. They usually have good service, sometimes they make a mistake. It happens with language barriers, but they always willing to fix it. With this in mind, I recommend checking your order on the display board. If it's right there, it'll usually be right in your bag. The food is, well average. It's not the best McDonalds, but it's well located and the food is edible which kept me coming. I'm sure that in order to get better service, they would have to jack up prices and pay their workers more. The only thing that I really have to check for, when I go, is that they give me a straw for my drink. This is the only unacceptable thing for me, despite any language barrier problem. I now have extras in my glove box which has alleviated the stress in that. read more

Very rude service, the cashier didn't even ask me questions. When I ordered a meal she said "large", "milk", it was like I was talking to a machine. I asked for hot sauce and didn't get it and they didn't give me the milk either I had to go back up to ask for it.
