Hot Choc. Last week purchased the large. Prices ridiculous. Its hot we all know it, but we don't plan on it being a milky white with absolutely NO FLAVOR. I drove back to store. Never done this before, money girl couldn't be bothered. Its turns out new girl 1st day ? BETSY. She was sweet and would give me new one but I declined. I'm done with HOT CHOCOLATE at McDonald's! I really dont know why they have us drive around and wait? What ever happened to waiting at the drive thru window. If the employees cant figure out what vehicle ordered what food then dont have us drive around and wait. They bring out the wrong order, have multiple ppl waiting, we get the wrong orders and so how many ppl have now opened the bag, put hands into the bag to see whats in the bag? Its fuking stupid!!!! I went to McDonald's today and tried to pay for the person behind me in the drive thru. When I got to the window to pay, the older lady employee with silver hair in a braid and glasses hurriedly took my card. When I asked to pay for the person behind me she snapped at me and said that they already paid even though they hadn't and slammed the window shut. I order my food special because of food allergies so it's supposed to be cooked fresh so my order today was a redone instead of fresh because I could taste them nasty onions which I'm deathly allergic to. If a person sued these dumb asses for millions for hot coffee just think what I could get out of them for me ending up in the ER because their employees don't follow instructions or give a shit. My dble cheese burger was so old and cold that the bun was almost petrified and the fries were so cold and hard I could draw blood with them and I live less then 1/2 mile away. Placed an order for breakfast on app and got confirmation. When I arrived at the drive-through I was told that my order has been cancelled by me. Anyone used McD app knows that there is no way one can cancel an app order that has been confirmed. When asked for a receipt, the employee dropped the receipt on the floor instead of handing it to me. read more

Did I pay the price for not prechecking this location! Slooow is the operative word for this McDonald's. I saw a longer than usual line at the drive through. That precipitated our decision to go in and dine-in. Not only was the wait way long (15 minutes is being kind), the food is left up on the counter in bags. So why bother with the table markers? Oh yeah, I guess so you can tell which bag is yours. Even though that POS order system says it will be brought out to your table. I saw one employee hustling, looking very harried and another just strutting around not doing much. It has been a while since I have been to a McDonald's, so I really hope the poor service is limited to this location, but with those ordering machines out front-my guess is this corporation is solely focused on trying to keep the shareholders off their back. Save yourself the heartache, avoid this location until they get it figured out. Based on the previous reviews, don't hold your breath! I would not recommend going to this McDonalds. I stood inside the restaurant in line for 10 min while the employees were gossiping and chattering away. A blond Latina look at me several times did not say a word and went on gossiping in Spanish. The whole time they were helping the drive through. They were not busy. I did not get service or food, so I walked out. I was not the only customer to walk out. FYI - many people speak multiple languages, so they do know what you're talking about! Dear McDonalds, I feel like it's uncool to like you, but like so many people who secretly crave you and come visit your counter for the ever-popular burger and fries, I will proudly say that I do, in fact, love you. This specific location is near home and easily accessible when I'm driving during my most hungry hours. I've stopped by int he early morning hours for breakfast or during the busy lunch rush or later in the evening when I'm too tired to cook (it sounds like I eat here a lot. I really don't). It's consistently a good experience. More often than not, I'm driving through to snag my meal, so I appreciate having two separate lanes to accommodate more cars. Service has always been good and the food is usually good. I've only had old fries a coupla times. But you know I'll be back! read more

How or where do I even begin... I have on occasion been disappointed with an order but never had the whole experience been bad. After waiting in the drive up for more than 20-30 min just to place my order ( I was blocked in and starving or I would have left (hind-site--right)-- there were 2 cars in front of me and three in the other lane plus a few cars that had already passed through the lanes waiting to pay and pick up. When I got to the pay window the girl apologized for the wait-- I asked what the problem was and she only had a couple people working and she commented that like 5 people had not show up and that the ones that were working today said they would not be showing up for work tomorrow.... I said oh wow, really, why I wonder. She responded they are just tired of it all and everything they're expected to do... I drove on to the next window and again had to wait for my very small order. The employee that was at this window really seemed to be hustling. I pulled over to eat, I took one bite of a French fry and literally couldn't spit it out fast enough it was stale and cold-- obviously no attempt had even been made to keep them semi warm under a heat lamp and had been sitting for sure a couple hours. Ugg moving on to the burger-- same thing bun was dry and tough, the condiments had obviously been on the bun for a long time and the beef was cool-- almost cold to the touch. So beyond my comprehension for and McDonalds. I back tracked, driving out of my way to go to this McDonald's because I just got off work, I was starving and needed some quick calories before going to the gym. I probably would have been less disappointed if I had gotten there and it was closed with a sign on the door stating "closed due to not having enough staff to adequately serve you"! I have never seen a McDonald's so poorly rated before, but after my experience I understand why. There were literally no cars waiting in line to order when I pulled up. Normally when you pull up you are greeted by someone, but I got crickets. When I asked if anyone was there he said he would be with me in a minute then they proceeded to take the orders of two other customers that arrived way after I did, and I still hadn't been helped. I went through the drive thru last Friday about 5:30pm. Not very busy--one car ahead of us. Ordered 4 value meals. After a 10 minute wait after asking to "pull forward" (we only got our drinks but our food wasn't ready), my daughter discovered a bug in her orange juice. After waiting so long, we weren't going to wait for them to replace it. So we handed the drink back to the kid who eventually brought us our food, showed him the bug, and at the very least expected an apology or an offer to replace it. We got neither. Whatever. I drove off only to discover they didn't give us one of our meals--again, only ordered 4. At this point I'd spent too much to continue to not get what I'd ordered, so I went back through. At the window I let them know about the missed meal and the bug--again, no apology, no offer to replace the drink with the bug or any compensation. I got a "let me talk to my manager." While sitting at the pay window waiting for that, I could see the manager's desk in the background. What did it have on it? BUG SPRAY!! 2 cans! Gross. I like McDonald's and I'll be back, but thought I'd leave this review as a reminder to try just a little harder to train your employees to show some courtesy, and by all means, don't leave bug spray out in the open if you're obviously having an issue! It's kinda sad that I don't expect anything in return for the inconvenience either. Dear Management, The service and speed of order execution is at an all time low! I have waited in your drive thru for as long as 15 minutes in the past week. Customer service is awful with less than friendly staff. Management seems to not care in the least that their guests are frustrated and not happy.
