The highlight is they have a kids' play area. Service took a very long time, they were really slow getting food out and forgot some of my drinks. There is no free refills for soda at this location they charge for them. Wow! We decided to stop by for a quick bite to eat around 7:45 pm on a Friday evening and were pleasantly surprised! It's our first time at this restaurant. The restaurant is small with a big playground area. There's not many tables inside the eating area but there are tables all around the indoor playground. There was no one here at first but the place was full by the time we left. The place was clean and modern. The servers were outstanding! They honored my app coupons. Grown man manager Nick, stands by his incompetence, will not remake a hamburger that had cheese on it for your child who can't have cheese and does not train his employees to even know the dif between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. This is our second time we have gone inside this location and we won't be back. We've gone through the drive thru a few times and they are sooo slow, not to mention unfriendly. However, last night we went inside so our kiddos could play and eat dinner. Both times we have been, it's dirty, the garbage is overflowing, and it smells bad. Whatever, I ignore it because my kids have fun. But then I get an employee that comes walking through to get some supplies that seem to be stored under the play structure....my daughter was over by the window taking pictures of the rain outside and as the employee walks by me, I look at her to say hi. Before I could open my mouth she says in a complete condescending tone, "and just so you know, kids can't have their shoes on while they are playing in the play structure." Excuse me? My daughter wasn't playing in the play structure. She had just come back from the bathroom, so she had her shoes on, and I told the girl this. Did the employee see my daughter playing in there with her shoes on? No, because she wasn't. And I don't need some young girl, who doesn't even know what she's talking about, telling me what to do. How about the manager comes in and checks that the kids actually have socks on, as both times we have been, there are kids running all in the play structure without their socks. Now that's gross. To top it off, you can't get free drink refills from this location. They charge $.40, which just cracked me up and not the employees fault. But who the heck is the manager here? And really, you don't need to know how to read to make a big Mac. I wish I could give negative stars... YIKES! Went in tonight as a family of 5 for dinner. This used to be our favorite McDonald's in the area, but the remodel is NOT inviting at all! The food was cold, fries were old, burgers were cold. Gross!!! Besides the food, it was unclean and smelled like a dirty preschool. I thought it was a customer with BO, but it was the restaurant... Fries I received were soggy and cold and chicken nuggets were stale , we went through the drive thru, can't rate the restaurant cleanliness, but staff did their job, they were friendly and order was correct. My kids are the ones who insisted we come here. I feel like for the quality of food, it's pretty pricy. I know they are trying to change out some of the ingredients to make it "healthier". This is the fifth time over the past month and a half that I've gone here for a quick on the go meal, and they have forgotten to put certain items I paid for in the bag. My husband was dying for McDonald's so we stopped in. Our order was for two Quarter Pounders with Cheese, two plain cheesburgers and a large order of fries. We received four plain cheeseburgers which were, I will admit, piping hot and no fries. When we pointed out the error, two of the piping hot cheeseburgers were replaced by two Quarter Pounders that had been languishing under the heat lamps. I now have to go back and the girl at the register was completely numb to the fact that she shorted me 10.00 and I had to travel 4 extra miles to retrieve it. When I read the receipt she had even rang it in as 10.00 instead if 20.00 that I have her. The employee at the cash register would not take my order there but directed me to the kiosk. She offered to help place my order. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to place the order at The kiosk.
