There is ample seating throughout and the staff is quick. No surprises! Ordered from the kiosk and did not get a receipt. The manager was kind enough to quickly track my order and my food was hot and ready. So glad I took the time to eat inside. Management is good and has been on top of business making it fast and good every single time. Friendly and courteous costumer service. Wish they had a playground. I was not planning on writing a negative review but the manager(Hispanic lady possibly in her 40's) at that time was condescending and unapologetic. I ordered cheeseburger, large fries and coffee at their drive thru for that's the only service open due to COVID-19. When i pulled at their parking lot & opened the bag, i took a bite of my cheeseburger and notice there was no patty in it, only pickles & cheese! I immediately walk up to the window and showed them the cheeseburger. The manager talk to me with a smug on her face told me to step away from the window because it was not safe. She didn't even apologize or said "sorry" as she insisted that i should moved away from her window. By the way, they could review their recording on that day(April 1, 2020 at around 3pm) there wasn't even a single car behind me. Like what am i supposed to do? Where am i supposed to go & complain about it?! Their dinning lobby was closed & the only a thing that was open was their drive thru window. I wouldn't have been even standing in front of her if they were only doing a good job! I would understand if it was on a busy day and their lobby was packed with customers but it wasn't!! How hard could it be? They got at least 6 people working in their kitchen & just simple cheeseburger they can't even get it right! I just wish the upper management would retrain their employees how to handle customer's complaints in a nicest way. Don't get me wrong i like going at McDonald's and i think it's a great company. The manager named Sonia at this location is very nasty rude disrespectful and loud. She did not want to correct the price on my order and begin yelling and screaming at me in front of all of the employees and customers. Slow service. Glacially slow. I would have backed out of the drive thru when I got tired of waiting, but someone had just pulled in behind me and there's a curb so you can't escape. You may have better luck than me, but I warn you to stay away and I will continue to frequent the Powder Mill Rd location instead, even though I live much much closer to this one. It literally took me 13 minutes to get through the drive thru without placing an order, paying, or picking up the food, at 10:00 at night. Tried to grab a breakfast meal on my way to school and was treated with disrespect. They are supposed to be open at 6am but they were not. I drove to the window and honked my horn to get the manager's attention. She looked at me like I was crazy, refused to open the window or speak at all. She then poured herself some coffee and walked away. I had to wait until 6:15 which doesn't seem that bad except I was trying to get to school on time. My husband and I came here Sunday morning to get some coffee before church. We come here pretty often and we usually never have a problem. Although we do always go through the drive thru, we decided to go inside because we needed to get cash back. Well they had no ATM, so we went ahead and ordered our breakfast. I got an oatmeal and iced coffee and my husband got a sausage biscuit. Everything was perfect. No complaints on the food. However, I do think they need to work on the appearance on the inside. The floors were pretty dirty with trash and over by the drink area with the straws and the stuff there was just trash everywhere and it was not a good look. read more

I told her I can for a pick order. She looked into the system found my name but not my order?????? How you find my name but not my order???? And she said it wasn't paid for yet? How?? I have my card info already saved into the app. So it was already 10:35 am at the time . Before going to this McDonalds I saw that it had a 1 star rating but I always give everyone a chance. The first visit I just got fries but they were not that generous with the serving. The next time I got food here was even more disappointing. I ordered a simple order of an Egg McMuffin but what I got was a Sausage McMuffin. I personally do not like their sausages, so I just removed it. But getting a simple order wrong is unacceptable. In addition, the cashier was lacking in manners. What a difference a change in management makes. This, once run-of-the-mill McDonald's got a makeover and looks amazing. When you go inside now , you see a sleek interior with nice paneled walls, tile and all the things a prototype McDonald's might have, The counter is laid out more efficiently, the seating is better, it's cleaner. There are flat screen TV's and a small kid's area. Very nicely done. The staff is all Hispanic, which is curious, but they do a good job. The food is standard McDonlad's. But this one is a place that is pleasant to be in. read more
