I had a pretty standard visit for a light breakfast at this McD's. To be honest, I dropped by this McD's only because it was close to another business that I was visiting and it was the only sit-down food option that was open around 8:30 on a Saturday. Ordering was a breeze, the food came out pretty fast, and it was decent. I thought that the dining area was pretty clean and the worker with whom I interacted was very friendly. I did notice that the drive-through line was pretty long. However, usually for my McD's adventures, I order inside because service is typically faster. read more

Went to this location because it was the closest fast food to where I was located but had a bad experience. Had to wait like 15 minutes on a 3 car line and other 10 waiting for the person inside to take my order. Apparently they don't have "cup of water" I was asked to pay for it. And when you ask for extra they put the bare minimum and not even some of the condiments I asked This burger was worse than miserable knowing that this is McDonald's most Premium Beef Burger.... read more

Not the fastest for fastest food! I was just getting a caramel iced coffee and had to wait a bit. It was a little too watery for me. At least it was only $1. I've had better at other locations. Maybe I'll stick to those! read more

i love McDonalds but this McDonalds is something else. BROKE ASL. they started charging extra, knowing they give you like one packet, syrup is extra too (like wtf???) the food is ALRIGHT, could be dry at time but its okay. the drink portions are alright as well. i wouldn't recommend going here but it wouldn't be all bad if you did. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE, cashier was insulting the people in front of us and behind us and was very racist, spent a long time at the window to get our food, ignored us when we tried to get our attention and when they finally came to the window they were VERY rude and VERY disrespectful screaming in my face as I tried to calm them down claiming I insulted the cashier horrible group of people!!! read more

I ordered from the app and picked up at the window. They gave me only one packet of sauce for large fries and a cheeseburger. The employee said, "If you want another one, you have to pay." I didn't want to go back in the drive-thru line. The service was just all right. The food was fresh and hot. read more

No drink refills? I have never been to a McDonald's that denies dine-in customers drink refills. Why would we come back here? When there are McDonald's 5 minutes in every direction. Not the cleanest McDonald's either. Don't come here. No benefits at all of coming here. read more

There is ample seating throughout and the staff is quick. No surprises! Ordered from the kiosk and did not get a receipt. The manager was kind enough to quickly track my order and my food was hot and ready. So glad I took the time to eat inside. The inside is clean and a dedicated staff member made sure the tables and floor were clean. Other than the beeping of the kitchen equipment; the place was relatively quiet. read more

Food is good prices are very good. Customer service was great. Best McDonald's to go to late nights.

I stopped in today in hopes of getting some breakfast for my son. I am suffering from laryngitis at the moment and was JUST able to be heard. I went inside to order and told the employee that I did not have a voice but could point to what I wanted. Instead of a compassionate response, the employee IMMEDIATELY lashed out and said in Spanish "I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE IS SAYING, IM NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO HELP HER." RUDE! Anyway, i managed to get her to understand me, paid, and left. i WILL NEVER return to this location. i can take my hard earned money next door to Dunkin Donuts. read more

McDonald's in Briggs Chaney....count your days! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a caramel frappe. The fact that this meal was $8.28 and they put this burnt piece of egg AND only one sliver of a slice of bacon. I'm disgusted and beyond annoyed. This is NOT how I wanted to start my day. I wish I could give negative stars bc at this point I've wasted money AND time and I'm STILL hungry. read more

Most of my visits at this McDonalds Location off of Briggs Chenney have been positive. I do prefer to go in person and order rather than wait at the Drive Thru. Management is good and has been on top of business making it fast and good every single time. Friendly and courteous costumer service. Wish they had a playground. They do have big touch screens for the kids to play. They have a couple of TVs where they got the news on. I like that. read more

I was not planning on writing a negative review but the manager(Hispanic lady possibly in her 40's) at that time was condescending and unapologetic. I ordered cheeseburger, large fries and coffee at their drive thru for that's the only service open due to COVID-19. When i pulled at their parking lot & opened the bag, i took a bite of my cheeseburger and notice there was no patty in it, only pickles & cheese! I immediately walk up to the window and showed them the cheeseburger. The manager talk to me with a smug on her face told me to step away from the window because it was not safe. She didn't even apologize or said "sorry" as she insisted that i should moved away from her window. By the way, they could review their recording on that day(April 1, 2020 at around 3pm) there wasn't even a single car behind me. Like what am i supposed to do? Where am i supposed to go & complain about it?! Their dinning lobby was closed & the only a thing that was open was their drive thru window. I wouldn't have been even standing in front of her if they were only doing a good job! I would understand if it was on a busy day and their lobby was packed with customers but it wasn't!! How hard could it be? They got at least 6 people working in their kitchen & just simple cheeseburger they can't even get it right! I just wish the upper management would retrain their employees how to handle customer's complaints in a nicest way. Don't get me wrong i like going at McDonald's and i think it's a great company. However rude employee's behavior like this is just unacceptable! I would not mind driving an extra mile and paying extra bucks to another fast-food restaurant for a better customer service experience! read more

McDonald's - a meatball sandwich in a wrapper - Fast Food Near Me - Silver Spring, Maryland

This location really has a lot of lazy workers especially at night. I wanted a sundae and the lady in the drive thru told me the machine wasn't working lol. I knew it was a lie so I just placed a mobile order for it and you guessed it, they came out with my sundae! So if you ever want a sundae from here, just place a mobile order because they will lie to your face. It sucks that this is my neighborhood McDonald's so I always end up at this one. read more

The manager named Sonia at this location is very nasty rude disrespectful and loud. She did not want to correct the price on my order and begin yelling and screaming at me in front of all of the employees and customers. Another employee came over named Helen and began to help me while the manager Sonia a Spanish lady with black hair in a ponytail still tried to come over and aggravate the situation by being nasty and arguing she just didn't care I truly don't understand how she is a manager when she can't handle a simple problem of a price adjustment without being nasty, screaming and dismissive. Training or firing is a must at this location it's beyond ridiculous any McDonald's is better than this one when it comes to customer service. My advice stay away if you don't want an employee that is mad about their life to take it out on you read more

Slow service. Glacially slow. I would have backed out of the drive thru when I got tired of waiting, but someone had just pulled in behind me and there's a curb so you can't escape. You may have better luck than me, but I warn you to stay away and I will continue to frequent the Powder Mill Rd location instead, even though I live much much closer to this one. It literally took me 13 minutes to get through the drive thru without placing an order, paying, or picking up the food, at 10:00 at night. It would have been faster for me to drive home and cook a hamburger for myself. read more

Tried to grab a breakfast meal on my way to school and was treated with disrespect. They are supposed to be open at 6am but they were not. I drove to the window and honked my horn to get the manager's attention. She looked at me like I was crazy, refused to open the window or speak at all. She then poured herself some coffee and walked away. I had to wait until 6:15 which doesn't seem that bad except I was trying to get to school on time. When I finally got to place my order, there was no apology. The cashier was pleasant but the manager looked disgusted that I actually waited around despite her attempt to shoo me away. I will no longer patronize this location as this is not the first time they have opened late and ignored me for trying to ask how long it might take. They seem to only be courteous to other Hispanic people. read more

Luckily I speak Spanish because late night that's all you get buddy. Which is fine, but I could see how some Might find that difficult. I wanted tea and fries. The fries were old. My husband and I came here Sunday morning to get some coffee before church. We come here pretty often and we usually never have a problem. Although we do always go through the drive thru, we decided to go inside because we needed to get cash back. Well they had no ATM, so we went ahead and ordered our breakfast. I got an oatmeal and iced coffee and my husband got a sausage biscuit. Everything was perfect. No complaints on the food. However, I do think they need to work on the appearance on the inside. The floors were pretty dirty with trash and over by the drink area with the straws and the stuff there was just trash everywhere and it was not a good look. read more

I went to this McDonald's this evening and the Hispanic lady working in the front taking orders was SUPER rude and had a poor attitude. She was talking in a very discriminatory manner. She was avoiding everyone but a few other Hispanics customers. Besides that, she took so long to take my order and kept interrupting me saying "that's it? That's it? mid-sentence". She was basically rushing me and made me wait 5-10 mins just for a sauce. Never going back here. She needs a reality check. read more
