Now we were dealing with 2 portions of fries with different temperatures. I am not a pampered diva, but they should bring your food to your table. Normally I don't care much, but when I have been awake for 24 + hours and have been schlepping luggage I could use some help. Not a cheap place, with lots of staff. They can help you out while you are traveling and are exhausted. On top, they don't remember your order! So, poor customer service! Food was just decent.
