been here now 10 times for fries and a coke, I use the app, it really takes forever for some cold fries, once took 23 minutes. I normally stop in to pump up on caffeine before work and a lite snack for some energy, hence why I even go here. The bathroom is always dirty, the team walks like the DMV, of border Patrol, they move very slow. Just dined here last night real quick before shopping at Las Americas. They have the new fancy touch screen booths where you can order yourself. You can also choose to pay at the machine with a credit card or pay at the register. It was packed, but our food came out quickly. The food was fresh, and it looked like how it was supposed to be. The tables weren't exactly clean, obviously due to previous diners, but they should have a worker constantly cleaning after customers. Other than that, fast and easy experience. read more

Have you ever wanted to customize your order for ten+ minutes only to be surprised by what comes to your table? Then, this is the place for you. We walked in around noon expecting the place to be fully packed and it was. In order to save time we went straight for the kiosk. We spent several minutes trying to get our food to our liking and paid. It was what you'd expect to pay, twenty dollars for three people. Our food came but our beverages never did. Our chicken nuggets? Sauceless! When I went to ask for BBQ I was informed that "company policy only allowed for one sauce per customer". The kiosk has given me an option for three sauces. We were left to eat our stale 20 piece chicken nuggets with one sauce. Now, let's discuss the chicken sandwich. We ordered an Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich and received two buns with a nugget sized piece of Buttermilk Crispy Chicken. The disappointment! The horror! At least the French fries were hot out of the fryer. As someone who grew up on McDonalds this was definitely a disappointing visit. read more

I used to come here about once a week. This is the worst mcDonalds I have ever been to. I only return here because it's one of only 2 fast food places in the area (Subway, on the north side of Camino de la plaza and west of mcdonalds). Nearly all of the employees here speak English poorly, to the point that I need to repeat myself and/or there is confusion on what I ordered. Another problem is with the verbal upsells. Almost any fast food place will ask, "would you like to try our new blah blah BLAH?" I understand that it is standard practice but it still annoys me. If I wanted that, I would have ordered it, Thank you! Once they did that twice. The cashier asked if I wanted to try a new Mocha crappy McCrap. "no thanks but I'll have a #5". Went to this place for lunch today and wasn't impressed much. I don't go to Mc Donalds to often and now I remember why (besides the fact that it's not healthy for ya). I ordered a Big Mac and Chicken Mc Nuggets. The Big Mac was okay, but the Nuggets were hard and crispy and tasted like they were sitting under the hot lamp for hours on end. So I was working in the area for a while. On occasion, I went here for breakfast before work or lunch during. There is generally an awkward smell inside although it could be because this is a highly traffic mcds due to location. Opening hrs are 6am but one day they opened about 7 minutes late then took 15 minutes or more ((I don't know because I had to be at work and drove off)) to make my meal... a bacon egg & cheese mcgriddle meal w/ a round egg and oj. Ridiculous. They didn't even seem to care. As many other Mcds do, they often get orders wrong... sometimes multiple times. It gets crowded and they do not have staff to handle it inside or in drive thru. Absolutely terrible. I wish that I could give negative stars. There was no one at the cash register when I walked up and there were only 2 couples seated, so it was not busy. There were 4 employees there, but no one acknowledged that I was waiting at the register. I made eye contact with what appeared to be the manager and he did not say anything or motion that he would assist me. I made eye contact with 2 other employees and still nothing. Went thru the drive while my girls were back to school shopping. The line was super long and NOT because there were a lot cars but because the service was SLOW! This place gets packed. Not really a problem but the place is small already! The food is good, as far as McDonald's goes, but they do screw up the orders. Its the price we pay for fast service. My daughter was just traumatized by this place. She was screaming that there was a ghost and said that it was cold, over and over again. When my wife and I went into the play area to check she started panicking and made us get out. It was so bad she rushed us out to go home that has never happened before.
