I like eating here because you can have lunch while its breakfast time. But they are sometimes not hygiene with the restrooms.

Worst service, they're always sold out of everything and employees are always rude and give misinformation about menu items or deals.

First of all, they make you park to order pickup even with the simplest order. They didn't add the fries with my meal and missed the apple slices for my kid. Every time I come in this McDonalds something is wrong. I finally decided to put a review in because they have the worst service ever! This location is terrible, they will have you pull forward to wait on your food for 10+ minutes just for the bag to be inside waiting to get cold. And make sure you check your order because they often get it wrong. read more

The Ice cream Machine is down and it seems like its always an issue. Specially with the weather changing and getting warmer I have no choice but to go somewhere else. I decided to go on 04/15/23 and then on 04/24/23 and the machine is still down. This is not the first and last time the machines are down if you cant deal with the demand stop advertising the drinks, smoothies,ice cream etc. we feel very frustrated when you advertising and dont have it available. Either fix the problem or stop advertising and selling those items. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger, my burger came with no cheese at all. The lady didn't even give me ketchup. That was the most bland burger I had ever paid for, it was literally bun, meat, 1 slice of pickle and that's it. The cheese was nowhere to be found and neither was the ketchup or napkins. The buns were so dry I mean I know it's the desert but not everything needs to be dry. If the drive thru person had given me some ketchup I could've used that to make the bread a little less dry but I had nothing to work with. Don't even bother, just go to the nearest gas station and get yourself something better, at least you won't forget the cheese or condiments there. read more

For the most part McDonald's are all the same but sometimes you run in to a bad one! I ordered two sausage egg McMuffins. One was good but the other one looked like it had been toasted in the morning and they tried to reserve it in the evening (7:30 P.M.). It was so hard I couldn't bite through it and I'm a 6'2" 270lb man. The customer service is deplorable, almost as if the are paying you to eat here or you are inconveniencing them by choosing this location. No one greeting the customers at the counter they just stair at you mindlessly waiting for your order! I have attempted to eat here multiple time and every time I leave amazed at the customer service or lack of at this location. Apparently by being at the US-Mexico border it gives the employees and management the right to treat the customer as a second class citizen! read more

They never ever give you Ketchup, I mean you literally have to beg them at the drive thru window.

I never go to mcdonalds , the one time i go i just buy a soda , okay so i go to put ice on it , theres no ice !!Finally 20 minutes later they put ice in the soda machine and when i go to poor soda in the soda i picked was running low i just got a soda and it was too much of a hustle to just get that !! read more
