Is it early ass crack of dawn in the morning? Get yourself some breakfast, fool! The employees inside the restaurant and at the drive-thru are all lovely people. It's nice to enjoy eating food someplace with a happy vibe. If you've got a big 18 wheeler, motorhome, van, truck, whatever oversized hunk of junk you might have... There's lots of room to park here. Stopped here on a long road trip drive. Service was good / quick, nuggets were good, fries were fresh. However the soda is the reason for this 1 star. It tasted like there was mold in the tubes or something, we tried multiple sodas from the fountain machine and all tasted sour / with a horrible aftertaste. We even went and asked the worker if they could get us soda from the machine they have for drive thru orders, hoping it would be different. But nope - it tasted like ass. We had to dump both sodas. someone at Coca Cola needs to inspect their soda machine asap. read more

Although food is consistent across every single McDonald's I have ever been too, this location was absolutely filthy. We stopped here at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. Terrible everyone got there's before us even tho we were before them and they gave my nephew a burger when we wanted a 4 pc nugget and my sisters burger looked disgusting and the manager set the food on the counter a little hard and they were saying "omg what does she need now" when my mom said wait a second and it was overall bad service and to mention my nuggets felt undercooked more rubbery than it they usually are. Nasty experience. Lobby is closed today so options are drive through and phone app curbside pickup. I was on foot so I chose curbside. When I got back to my semi truck to eat there was grease all in my bag. Everything I ordered had dirty greasy fingers stains on it. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and got a McDouble. Yes, little as patties!!! Then if that wasn't enough to deter me from later ordering again, after eating 2/3 of my burger, I can see a long dark dirty blond hair hanging out of the rest of my burger. I'm not sure who's running this place, but their staff needs an attitude check. I ordered my son two cheeseburgers with just ketchup. When I opened the first burger, it was completely slathered in ketchup. I mean, it was slathered like they dipped the thing in ketchup. The second burger was nearly identical. I can only assume that they did it because of the request for nothing but ketchup, so they were like, "Ok! If you want only ketchup, I'll give you your ketchup!" That was a real d!ck move. read more

Best McDonald's breakfast I've had in a while I don't know why but this place was extremely good the steak sausage was manufactured to perfection. The hash browns were crispy and not too hot or too cold. the sausage egg mcgriddle wasn't left behind either they won the triple crown tbh!! not to mention the iced coffee yeah this place is really good! (10/2/2016) Pulled off of I-95 while on a road trip south, location is not far from the exit and well-marked by road signs. Went inside to order (and we had to use the bathroom). Bathrooms were OK, not pristine, but not disgusting. There was a glut of customers waiting for orders in a very small space, basically clogging access to the soda machines and the exit (layout could've been better). I had a BOGO coupon for breakfast sandwiches, ordered them, told cashier about the coupon, she acknowledged my coupon and my total price was correct. When my order came up, was missing a sandwich. I went back to the counter to ask about it and the first thing the cashier said was "that's not my fault" (I didn't say it was, just asked for my other sandwich). Sandwich came eventually, but weird interactions with staff. Overall kind of unsatisfactory (especially considering there's so, so many other places you can stop). read more

It looked new on the outside, but a bit dirty on the inside. I had some trouble understanding the woman at the register, even though I've been all over Virginia, and lived in the commonwealth a couple of times. The food was surprisingly tasty. I ordered a Filet O' Fish without sauce, and they got that right. The fries were the best I've had at any McDonald's. The Sweet Tea was not particularly sweet but that's okay for me, but thankfully, it wasn't hot. (Ice in restaurants is incredibly unsanitary.) I had trouble finding a clean table, but there was one. HORRIBLE SERVICE. It has now been twice that my family and I have gotten bad service from the drive thru. Both times it has been the same women at the window. We are a family of seven and when we order our order is a bit big. The first incident with this lady happened about two weeks ago, while we were ordering we could hear her say "omg" "really" "are you done yet" "are you sure thats it" like she was mad that we had a big order. That made us feel horrible so after we ordered we left the line because of how she acted. The second incident with this lady was the day we wanted breakfast. My order two fries a large and a large Dr Pepper the fries that received were cold and the containers were no where near full and to top it off the sprite tasted like syrup and I didn't receive a Dr Pepper I received a tea. It was our turn to order they said nothing and after waiting 3 minutes we said "hello" and we got a nasty response "are you gonna order today?" I was just at the McDonalds in Ruther Glenn Va. I have to say I've never seen more of a SHIT SHOW in my life! I get you are busy, but when a customer is inquiring why EVERYONE behind them are getting served, as a manager, you don't say "IF I DONT GOT YOUR ORDER I DONT GOT IT"...nor should you allow any employee come from the kitchen (or any other area to be honest) and tell a customer "FUCK YOU ASSHOLE..GETTING UPSET OVER A FUCKING SANDWICH. FUCK YOU. I DONT GIVE A SHIT IF YOU CALL ON ME"...I mean and the manager stands right next to them and ALLOWS it! People it is the food service industry and people are gonna get upset...you either have the skin to work in the industry or you don't! Being a manager of a restaurant myself, I would NEVER allow my employees to speak to a customer that way, even if the customer is wrong. So unprofessional and so outrageous...I could NOT believe what I was seeing and hearing. The AM manager def needs a class in how to actually be a manager as well bc besides all that she did not speak to the crowd once to acknowledge "hey guys sorry for the back up...thanks for your patience...we will be with you ASAP" which i think could have avoided the whole arguement! I have been going to this McDonald's for years it's a great McDonald's location better then others I've been to which haven't been good. The food is always good and the service is fast. We stopped while on vacation. We noticed the flies in the ceiling, but for some reason ordered anyway. There were flies EVERYWHERE. I've done crime scene investigation and seen less flies at the scene of a decomposing body. The floors were filthy and also coated with flies. I couldn't finish my food as the kept landing on it. I plan to locate the number for the county health department. Clearly the manager is oblivious as this place appears to have been remodeled in the mid 2000s and not cleaned since. read more

The food we ordered was terrible quality and the service wasn't great either. My cousin's Big Mac was dry, the patties were over cooked and the bun was old and crumbled to pieces. My fries were soggy and had no salt. The attendant at the window was reluctant to give us napkins, sauce for the nuggets we ordered, and salt. I sometimes work late at the hospital and tonight I decided to pick up food before I went home. I always get pretty rude service at this McDonalds, but it's the last restaurant open till midnight. I pull in the drive thru at 11:40 and was told that the restaurant is already closed even though the posted hours are 12, midnight. A district manager really needs to step in and hire new staff that wants to work and are not cutting the night short because they don't want to make food at the last 20 minutes of the night. read more

I wanted to try something different so I ordered fish sandwich with lettuce and tomato. They added a $1.14 for 1 sheet of lettuce and 1 thin tomato. Never again. Ok never again will expect a reasonable price for adding lettuce & tomato. I still like McD's fish. read more

We went to eat inside. Just got a quick snack; a McDouble, large fry, and tea. All was well until we noticed that all the tea containers were empty. To make things even worse, the ketchup dispensers were both empty. I went to get ketchup packets, only to be informed that they were completely out. Severely upset about this new information, I quickly went to check my burger. It did have ketchup, thank goodness. When I informed them about the tea being empty, they did quickly refill them.
