less than 1 star. The coffee was full of grounds and they said no to a refill. I asked for a replacement of the coffee in a clean cup not a refill with the same cup full of grounds. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend this location. The coffee was bitter. So I got a 1/4 cup of grounds and the rest was bitter coffee. read more

8:45 on a Saturday night: First, the fries were outstanding. Seriously excellent. The Cokes were perfect, as usual at McDonald's. We got burgers, nuggets and a fish sandwich - all were hot and fresh. The service was spot on and the place was spotless - except the women's restroom had toilet paper everywhere ‍, and the place was freezing but we got ours to go so NBD. Overall - impressive! When the clowns who own, operate and staff this location eventually blow the building up, the smoldering crater left behind will be of more use than this restaurant. Fries are either soggy and cold or fried twice to make hollowed-out sticks of misery. Service is slow and inaccurate. There is no good time of day to visit this location. (i don't agree with the grammar but i'm transcribing) however they did come in clutch serving us two minutes prior to closing, however i was not impressed with the fries. the milkshakes they switched the milkshakes when i said the wrong flavor which was nice but still i was not impressed with the french fries. also the sign in window with a face with the word "smile" as his mouth in times new roman was really off putting. read more

Terrible! I've had multiple bad experiences in the last couple of months and have only returned because they are so close by and the kids love McDonald's. Well I am now officially out! I went through the drive thru, and checked my order because I know they're bad. I seemed to have everything I ordered until I got it home and my daughter opened her hamburgers only to discover they were cheeseburgers wrapped in hamburger paper. Took them back to get the right order, was told "just a minute" for 15 minutes. Then I was yelled at by the rude manager ( I think she was anyway) and I had to try to justify why I should also get fresh French fries to go with my burgers. Absolutely the rudest woman! read more

I went to the drive thru on Friday night 8/18. Our order was 3 sandwiches and a French fries. Get to the 1st window, the girl swipes my card and closes the window. I ask for a receipt. She loads new paper in the receipt area and hands me the receipt. I look at ot and let her know it was not my receipt. It had 2 large fries on it only. She proceeds to yell at me telling me that is what I ordered. I explained that is not what I ordered and she calls someone else over they say the same thing. Then another person comes over and is telling me I did not pay enough for what I ordered. I saw the order go thru and let them know that they did charge me correctly I just have the wrong receipt. This goes on for quite a few minutes. I let them know to forget about the receipt and drive to next window. They tell me that they will not give me my food. Which was sitting in the bag ready. I then explain to them to look at another order # and suddenly my order was charged correctly and they were incorrect the whole time. Very horrible service and the food was cold and the burger was missing ingredients. I usually do not go to McDonalds but definitely will not go back now. Please train employees that they need to ask more questions and not yell at the customers. read more

I've been getting lunch here about once every other week for the last 7 months, and today is the THIRD time I have been given the wrong order. Today I NEEDED a QPC and got back to my office to realize I was given a Crispy chicken sandwich PLAIN - like a shitty piece of chicken on a plain bun. Who even orders that at Mc Donalds?? Terrible McDonald's Worst I've ever experienced Staff is rude and handful of time no one on shift can understand you and they get very upset when you ask them to speak English. If you go in morning staff is offloaded out of a white van ... very suspect Numerous times including today ordered food got home and it was wrong. If you decided to go here be prepared to go through drive thru as dining area is always closed for some reason. If you get your food from drive thru I would recommend parking in the drive thru and sitting at second window waiting to verify order. They routinely mess things up and we'll worth holding up line to make sure order is correct. The only good employee there is a older man with tattoos (in his 70s) and he's always at drive thru taking payments. You can tell they treat him like crap it's too bad read more

I pull up tot he drive thru and i ask for a 20 piece nugget meal right and they say they're out of 20 piece meals like what how are you out but you still have 4 piece meals out 5 of those together and you have 20 come on. So I ask for a double quarter pounder instead they're out of those too so She gives me a side of fries and a sprite that didn't taste like sprite at all and I look in the bottom of the bag and what was there a 20 piece nugget but these were hands down the worst nuggets I've ever eaten I didn't think they could actually be bad but they made them bad. Went through a million dollar, 4 month renovation and apparently that still isn't enough to help this place improve. Legit had to spit out my burger because it was all mushy and tasted raw. When she did speak it was a low tone whinning voice. Staff in the back looked like they were released from San Quentin prison. I went back & got my correct order but then the next day I find out they messed up even more. That day, my total was $26.09. Asked to do $20 cash & the rest on my card. Next day, I check my bank account to see $26.09 at McDonald's pending on my card. Not only did they incorrectly charge the whole thing onto my card, but took the $20 bill as well. Love the day crew, hate the night crew. In the day time the foods hot, fast and the service is awsome. The night crew consistantly disappoints. cold burgers, cold fries, and bad service. Tonight I stood for five mins at an empty counter, while one lady worked the food and the window. Her coworker comes back from the bathroom, walks past me, and over to the window area. As soon as I realized I was now being ignored by both, I asked if someone is working the counter. The older woman told me I had to wait. I responded that I had been waiting for five mins, and she snapped at the girl and sent her over to "deal" with me. less than a min, I had my order in and soda in hand...how hard is that? Worst McDonald's around. Every time I go my fries taste old, my burgers are gross, chicken nuggets taste old, and I recently found hair in my food as well. Doesn't help that the people working seem bothered to be there. One women always seems to be in a bad mood and barely says a word. Some of the girls in there during the day are nice but unfortunately it doesn't make up for the food that is being served. Workers can also seem dirty and things look a little messy inside. I've been driving an extra 15 minutes with my friends to a different McDonald's location so we can get better food. It's unfortunate because this location is convenient for so many people but it's just overall a bad experience when you go. read more

This is a great little McDonalds! I take my son all the time. As far as their food goes, it is always made hot and fresh. You never get a burger that has been sitting out. The price is a little more than other McDonalds' menus but it's worth it. Everyone is always extremely kind and loving to children. I also go often to the McDonalds on rt 114 in Peabody and on rt. 1A in North Beverly. This place is exceptional to others. read more
