I order from here all the time but I will choose a different location from now on. I made a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru on Sunday, April 12 in the evening. I had to come back and go inside because they forgot something in my order. The employees were rude as hell. No smile, no willingness to listen. The first employee I tried to speak to turned his back to me and got another employee to talk to me. This location never pays attention to the counter inside. It takes forever to get acknowledged. When you order lemonade with no ice, they choose not to fill it up. Any other drink like HiC they fill it up with no problem. I ordered a lemonade with no ice for my family member with dementia and the drink was not filled to the top. I spoke with Ann Garcia the general manager who made it and she said that was all that came out so that was all I was allowed to get. This family member will not accept it that way (thinking someone drank out of it). That drink not being full would cause more problems. I had to purchase a small lemonade just to fill it up to avoid upsetting my family member. This is disgusting and I hate that this drink is her preference, otherwise I wouldn't come here. I pulled into the drive thru a few second after 10 hit and no one answered the speaker so I pulled into the window. I had already made the order online I just needed to pick up. I asked them if they had my order ready ( already paid For it) the manager came yelling they're closed he won't help me because I pulled in after 10. I tried to him I already made my order and paid and he cut me off yelling they're closed. So I asked him if he can cancel my order in his end since he's refusing to even acknowledge the fact I already paid for my food. He said no so u asked how I can go about getting my money back. Really pissed off at this McDonalds! They refused to put a sausage burrito in a bowl! My niece is gluten intolerant and would be sick if a tortilla touched her food. Called the manager and asked what do you do when someone has a food allergy. She said they can go somewhere else! They won't serve them! I've never had this problem at any other McDonald's. Sub-par standards as this McDonalds won't cater to individuals who have to control carbohydrate and sugar intake. I went with a friend and requested that her breakfast burritos be served on a platter with no tortilla and they told me they don't do that. I find it strange they have substitutes such as apples and milk to watch kids eating but won't cater to older adults. The other McDonalds in the area is really good about this. Yes, it's McDonald's and this review is for the drive-up window. I've been here several times and the drive up window has been one of the most efficient drive ups I've been to. The voice on the other side of the speaker has always been friendly and the line moves quickly. My orders have been correct even with a special order. this is my local Macdonald's so i go often for happy meals the staff here is always in a hurry they hand you your meal and close the window fast so you don't ask for sauce or ketchup and if you do they are rude .the drive through staff is rude and unhappy most of the time don't try complaining to the manager cause he will literally tell you to go away. the worst staff ever no stars fuck this place read more

My most recent experience at the McDonald's on Ave H location in Rosenberg, TX was awful. The person taking orders got 2 hot and spices, when I ordered 2 large red fruit punch slushies. How in the heck? I had to repeat myself multiple times to get my order right. And when I got to the window to get my food, they seemed completely lost and kept trying to give me someone elses' food. I had to repeat myself again 2 large fruit punch slushies, 3 large cokes, 1 large sweet tea, 2 large fries, and 4 triple cheese burgers. That is when they told me they had no sweet tea, so I opted out for a sprite.When they finally came with our drinks, they stated were were waiting on my food and proceeded to ask if I had anymore drinks. I said no. The young woman then huffed and closed the door. After a moment she came back asking me what did I want now. I told her my food I ordered, to which she got an attitude an said she asked if I had any food I was waiting on, and I told her no you did not, you asked my about my drinks. She got pissed, and then left for another several long moments, before returning to practically throw the bag of food into my car another before slamming the window closing without so much as a good bye have a nice day. Very very unprofessional!! And the thing is, though pissed, I didn't raise my voice nor act a fool. I simply repeated myself, and corrected her when she misspoke. Showed up right at 11:01 and was initially disappointed to find that I just missed breakfast. However, the cashier was nice enough to ask around and found one last McGridle and a few other breakfast items and sold them to me even though it was technically to late to do that. She also had a nice conversation with my grandfather who was with me at the time and she seemed very friendly. Food was real good too for McDonald's. A perfect 5/7, would go to again. read more
