Drove up at 1040 pm and the app said they are taking dinner orders until 11. Both drive they lines are blocked/closed and the gate between the restaurant and the gas station inside was locked. We ordered simple fries and mcchicken and waited 20 minutes. Seems everyone that ordered had to pull over at a reserved spot. We had to wait next to the building bc all the reserved spots were full. This is the absolute worst place to eat/ work in roland, ok. They treat their customers and employees like garbage and like their not people. The managers shouldn't be managers, i never see them up front managing they are always out smoking or doing something else. I know it's mcdonald's but there still has to be a scale of professionalism and it's very clear they don't have a scale. They let their food sit in the cabinets for HOURS, only when higher up's are coming is when they actually put the rules in place. I think that's why most new people have a hard time catching up, the toxic environment, the discrimination, the disgusting attitudes, it's just ridiculous. Drive thru gets an F for service This location takes your order, takes your money then has you go pull over into a spot. Not just one or two cars, every car. They tell you they are waiting on fries absolutely a false statement. This is manipulating the drive thru time. We sat in spot 2 along with every car that placed an order to receive our order cold and our hamburgers smashed as if someone stepped on it. (No they didn't) it appeared that way. The staff at this McDonald's was the best. They let us know how to order so that our money went the furthest. I like the Happy Meal. I didn't know I could forgo the toy and get a cookie. Nice switch out. My husband ordered a small drink, for the same price he could get any size so he got the medium. The restaurant was very clean and there was fast service . read more

I like the occasional Big Mac. Once Maccas restaurants the world over were consistent. The quality was great, the restaurants were clean and staffed by keen youngsters with big, happy, pimply smiles. Then something changed. I have reviewed several McDonalds'. Some good, some truly crappy. I am happy to report this restaurant provided a pleasant place to sit, was staffed by happy, friendly, helpful kids, and the burger was excellent. The only problem with this place is that it's attached to a scruffy convenience store with grubby toilets. And, the coffee was pretty ordinary. Dirtiest McD's I've ever been to, if you have time to lean you have time to clean. Out of the Grand Big Mac that was advertised on the marquee outside plus they were also out of other hamburgers on the menu. While ordering we were told they were out of soda and we could only get bottled water or tea. Couldn't finish the tea, it tasted like it had been made with stale water. If you exit I 40 going east, you bear right and then have to get over left to get to the McD. You might have to go to the light and make a U-turn. Easy back on I 40If you get Combination McDonalds and Shell station/ convenience store. Clean McDonalds, good when I was there. Wide lanes for gas pumps and well lit after dark. read more

Last two times I've been there, I haven't gotten everything I ordered and the food is cold. Employees here are always rude.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes then when I get to the window they asked me to pull forward because they were waiting on nuggets so they could pad their numbers. I told them I would wait here then the manager came over and said next time I will pull forward or they will refund my money Instead of apologizing for my 20 minute wait. When I was in fast food management we gave them the food for free if it took over 10 minutes. Im not expecting it for free but a apology would have been nice. read more

They literally get my order wrong EVERY time I go through the drive through. Most of the management is rude when you talk to them about it too. Stopped in this McD's while visiting parents. It is attached to a convenience store that places no premium on cleanliness, and there were lots of flies. Staff is friendly, but loud. I travel from OKC to Ft Smith often, this is by-far the best McD's ever! Employees, food, cleanliness, everything.... THE BEST!
