1st off the lady taking our order was so quiet we couldn't hear her AT ALL!! Second of all they're shake machine was broke...SHOCKER!!! They forgot our apple pie, i went in to get it. I know that most Mcdonalds don't get high reviews regardless of where you go, and this one is no exception to that rule. It's only gotten more appalling in the six years I've lived in this town. Today might have been the icing on the cake of how bad it's gotten. As someone who's interning over at the elementary school, I like to be able to find a place to have a quick lunch. That ''quick lunch'' ended up with me waiting another fifteen minutes or more because they got my order wrong, wouldn't take back the food they gave me, and then took forever to bring out the right thing. It happened again today too. They took my order and I waited half an hour for them to show up with multiple workers asking me how long I'd been waiting, what I had, and why I hadn't gotten it yet. Multiple cars who'd ordered long after I did had already come and gone. I'm done coming here frequently. If you can't bring my food out as promptly as you do everyone else, it's not worth my time or my money! Appalling service! read more

These guys are ok for the most part but their frappe machine doesn't work. It hasn't worked for a long time. I love close by and they haven't had smoothies or frappes for months. It seems like they think people won't catch on. That's the reason we used to come here. I'll update this review if they get it fixed. read more

I just got back from this McDonald's with my family. After a far drive, we were looking forward to relieving ourselves with a nice sandwich and sweet tea each. when I say this sweet tea was impossible to drink, I am not kidding. This tasted like diabetes in a cup. My entire family poured out our sweet teas and will now go thirsty throughout this whole soccer game. OK, it's bad enough that this McDonalds is not set up to take the enormous amount of drive thru traffic, but I just went through the drive thru on Sunday 7/8/18 at 7ish pm and I asked for 6 BBQ for my 20 nuggets. Yes, we like a lot of sauce and always willing to pay for extra, which they are ONE OF THE FEW that charge extra for what they deem extra. The kid acted like I was asking for his right arm. I even offered to trade my 2 hot mustard for the two BBQ. (Because all I got was a blank stare)Then I ask for little ice, since I would rather have more soda then all the ice. It's free refills so when I'm in drive thru, I want more soda. The kid left my glass about 2 inches from the top (where the ice should have been) It's free refills, correct? Well, he acted like it was coming out if his pocket. I then tasted my coke while waiting on my food and it tasted weak or like diet, I expressed this to the kid....AGAIN, he looks at me with a blank stare , and says....IT'S COKE. Even when I said it tasted weak or funny, he didn't even offer to replace it with another or a different kind. This kid needs to remember that he is there to please the customer. I used to work at this McDonalds back in the day and I ALWAYS gave my customers what they wanted. (short of giving away food, of course). Re-train your employees. read more

My fellow EMTs and I stopped in the Robinson McDonald's at 5 a.m. on the morning of my birthday, after having run EMS calls all night. We were struggling to stay awake and needed some breakfast so we thought we would stop in. I was quickly reminded about why I hate McDonald's so much. The food, is little more than manufactured plastic made to look like real food. Had there been any place else in town open we wouldn't have even gone here. Couple that with staff that were just almost hateful. We were in good spirits there was no one else in the store but us and the assistant manager and another girl plus one in the back. The two up front were as rude as I had ever had people treat me in a business that I am handing money to. I purposely stay away from this place and will continue to do so! If your staff doesn't like their job maybe they should go somewhere else and work! Certainly not what I wanted for my birthday breakfast morning with somebody to be shity and rude to me. Me and my family go here all the time, as we live in Robinson and there isn't many food places. My username isn't my real name for privacy reasons, fyi. This McDonalds never gets your order right, and the last few times we've went there they gave me a medium fry instead of a large. The workers know me and my family but there are a select few how are quite rude. The building inside isn't the most sanitary, and it is hectic. 2/5 wouldn't recommend unless you're desperate. read more
