I've been to this location many times and the young lady who took my order was extremely sweet and respectful. However, the young lady who as handing out the food had a slight attitude. I had two kids chicken nugget meals and a 10pc nugget meal.... When I asked her for sweet and sour sauce, she proceeded to tell me "oh! I don't check the bags as I don't make the food". This was frustrating because I didn't ask her that, I asked for the sweet and sour sauce that wasn't included in the bag with all of the nuggets we ordered. It's Friday and I'm running errands. So since I'm on this side of town, I stopped by McDonald's to pick up 2 kids meals for my grandkids. The food wasn't that hot, but warm. The employees were really nice, but the service was really slow. We may be back, soon. read more

Saturday, Feb 10, 2024, 8:35pm. Worst McDonalds manager in which I have ever spoken. Ms. Pattys' management is atrocious and her leadership and example for the employees is even worse. My wife ordered using McDonald's app. Ten minutes after I arrived to pick up the order I was told by her that the order was not made. I asked why. She said that the phone that placed the order must be present for the order to be made. I had never heard this before. I asked if I can just place the order now? She took the order. I conversed with her. (Keep in mind, the online order was paid for and I had a screenshot with the order receipt. The app says that the order is processed as soon as payment is received). I asked, "What convenience is there to use the app if the order is not started until the phone is present in the store?" Ms. Patty says, "That is how McDonalds does it! Welcome to McDonalds( in a condescending voice and turns to walk away). I informed her that I will make a review on Google about this experience. She immediately got upset, turned around to return to the register, retrieved $12 and slammed it down on the counter and said, "McDonalds does not want your business", and walked away. I was shocked. I called to her, "Ms. Patty, you are not going to make my order because I said I was going to give your store a bad review?" Aren't managers trained in customer service? I think this manager missed those classes. This is my last review of this McDonald's. If you choose to come here don't say you were not warned. I wish I could say she was the only problem at this location but day or night this location has problems. Funny thing is, I had stopped patronizing this store months ago. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in and waited 20 minutes for a McFlurry and some cookies. No one thought to tell me there would be a wait. Then after I got tired of waiting, I asked for a refund and waited 10 minutes before someone came to the front to help me, she then said she had to wait for the GM to process the refund. I've never experienced service so horrendous. I don't usually eat at McDonald's often and I definitely won't be coming back to this location. I have lost my appetite. Ps. Wish I could give it less than ZERO stars. This place has the worst FRIES on the planet. YES, I said PLANET. They taste like DRY CARDBOARD. They are ALWAYS hard and dry. Sometimes undercooked too. But consistenly HARD and DRY. This store can't be part of the franchise, they have to be buying fries from Piggly Wiggly deep from the bottom of the freezer with lots of ice on them and expired dates. It's horrible. I stop here from time to time for Sweet Tea. I have been here to get a burger and fries as well. But over the years the location looks so dark and it's not clean in the parking lot. Maybe McDonalds will see this review and send someone out to fix the place up. And I mean that literally. It's an old location so it needs some TLC. The staff is always friendly, nice, quick and professional. I only give this place a 2 Star because I have to go in when I stop here. Do not get this mistaken if I could have given this place a half a star I would have. I have been to bad fast food places but I have never had the lack of service and poor food quality I have ever had. Get to order honestly took me 25 mins to get the food. Though it has been remodeled, it's still bootleg. No sodas today. They offered strawberry banana smoothie- sad- no taste, nothing but ice & pink water!! So cheap they must have split the smoothie filler in three parts. Cold dry fries! Thank God they offer courtesy water now!! They refused to give even a small cup of water years ago. This McDonalds has absolutely abysmal service. There is rarely anyone at the register to take your order and after they do receive your order, it takes then a ludicrous amount of time to get your order out. Twice has this McDonalds made me late for appointments which is the point I stopped going to it. Their facilities (from what I have seen) are relatively clean and they have a Coca Cola Infinite Machine, but absolutely abysmal service brings this down to a 1 star for me. read more

This location did not pass health inspection and was interviewed by channel WSB TV in 2016. I have gotten into arguments with a drive thru employee who is horrible to customers. She told me in order to use 2 coupons that I had to drive thru a second time. Why not ring it on seperate orders? These coupons should have been valid. I called corporate office twice this year for two reasons. The first was they had a broken frappe machine this summer for 7 weeks. it was fixed the next day after the complaint. The second was that they did not honor a coupon this past week making me pay full price. i use this location daily for coffee and frappes. It is one mile from my house and I will drive 6 miles to go to another location... or perhaps another restaurant name altogether.
