So McDonalds is just a fast food place but this McDonalds is by far the nicest Mcdonalds in the entire country. They have wonderful landscaping, kind employees and a spotless clean restaurant. I have even seen them power washing the parking lot so that it is clean and well kept. All the food I have had is the epitome of McDonalds standards. They drive through is lighting fast and have never gotten my order wrong. I know am gushing a bit but this McDonalds is worth it. NW read more

Ordered a pickup order received a large fry with half the amount is was supposed to be filled and they were also ice cold Went thru drive thru and the nice window lady totally wanted to help before the manager butted in with her shady eye make up look. I went through the drive through and they didn't give me my receipt. Weird, but fine because I usually don't need it. I then get home and realize they forgot half of my meal. I go back to get the other half and they blame me for not getting my receipt or half of my meal. Horrible service. read more

Having lived in 7 different states and traveled to all 50, I have been to quite a few McDonald's as well as worked at one when I was 16. I am new to the area and have found the drive thru at this McDonald's to be fast and correct each time. The staff is also friendly. At the end of the day, it is fast food so my expectations are really only those three things 1. Get it to me fast 2. Get the order right 3. Have a courteous staff This McDonald's has hit all three for me each time I have been through their drive thru. read more

I just moved to River Falls a few weeks ago and I saw that there was a McDonalds nearby here within walking distance. (40-45 Minutes) But I was concerned about the amount of 1 star reviews saying that there was discrimination issues, staff issues, and stuff about mixing up people's orders. I was hesitant on heading down there but I was like, you know what, let's just head down there. I walked in and this person was still trying to adjust to the Order Taker for Dine-In, and this I can understand. She's doing pretty good, it'll take some time to adjust to other positions. I had my food and mine was pretty much normal to me. Double Cheeseburger with only Mayo and Lettuce, Medium Fries, PB Crunch McFlurry, nothing was messed up in any way shape or form. That can be explained considering that I was the only one that enter in the restaurant that evening and when I left, there were either 2-5 customers in the restaurant when I left. As long as they're not anything else that I should be concerned about, I might consider on heading back there from time to time. read more

Do not go here!! I never eat at McDonald's because every time I do I end up feeling sick. Last night it was my only option as it was 10:00 at night and everywhere else was closed. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a tea and got back on the road. Halfway into my burger I told my boyfriend that it tasted funny and I turned on the light and the burger was RAW. I'm talking a little brown on both sides and completely raw in the middle. Considering we were the only car in the drive thru and they didn't close for another hour, they didn't have an excuse to not do their job right. Not everybody wants to eat raw meat. Not sure if they're still drunk or hung over from last night, but they got our order wrong 3 times. We asked for a Mcgriddle with no meat, and we received a Mcgriddle with nothing on it. We have ordered there before, (honestly maybe once every four months) and they have YET to get our order correct. Esp the mcgriddles. Lmao... I never go to mcdonalds, but I was outvoted today. Passing through River Falls and grabbed burgers from McDonald's. Got several miles away and discovered the burgers were raw. Not able to turn around to return the them for refund. Called and spoke to manager on duty. She didn't have much to say so I had to direct the call. I asked her if they were supposed to check the temperature before serving and she said yes. So I said after he continued silence, is there something that will be done to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else. Yes she said. I will leave a note for them. I said that I am not driving back to River Falls so what are you going to do to make this right. She said she will have a coupon mailed. I guess we will see if that happens. I did also ask when the general manager would be in. May need to make another call. She mention retraining for those employees. I hope that happens. I feel underdressed when I walk into this McDonalds. They remodeled the whole thing and made it all modern looking, there are these neat cushioned chairs to sit in, there's even a conference table in the middle! The service is excellent because the place is managed well. The food comes fast and the people are nice. I have to say, this McDonalds definitely stands out from the rest. read more

Wtf. Messed up my girlfriend and my order every time. Ask for large get medium. Foods cold, fries are old, and when you ask for fresh ones theyll just put your old ones back in the fryer. Never again will i visit this nasty place until they hire workers that arent complete garbage. read more

Ordered a hamburger happy meal with just ketchup and a small sprite. We got everything and started to eat and the hamburger had pickles, mustard, onion things but no ketchup. Also when I took a sip of the sprite it spilled all over me because the lid wasn't properly on. Thanks for the sprite stained pants and gross burger. read more

Have you ever wanted to have a cheeseburger pancake? Me neither but that's what I just had. This McDonald's used to be run very well. It was quick and efficient and I enjoyed coming here but the past year or so it's gone bad. It's slow and dirty plus they mess your orders up. The general manager is very rude and that rubs off on the employees. I've put up with it but today they crossed the line. I went through the drive thru and ordered a couple cheeseburgers. I got home to find them flattened. I don't know how this is remotely possible. I feel like it had to have been intentional because no idiot can serve a flat cheeseburger on accident. Hi, McDonalds is such a great restaurant. River Falls McDonalds has been the best McDonalds I have ever been to. The employees and managers are amazing. The thing that bothers me the most is the customers. I have ran into a few instances were the customers have treated the employees with so much disrespect. These employees are humans and they have feelings. They are not perfect but they will try so hard to do everything possible to get things right.
