The young heavy chest lady, wearing the blue shirt with no name badge and no belt cause she kept pulling her pants up. (SHE IS TERRIBLE AT THE COUNTER) she kept saying "oh my gosh" over and over cause of the amount of ppl in the lobby at the counter. Now hadn't she taken the orders and gave everyone their ticket V's taking orders out to cars, cause she wasn't working the window, she could have gotten the line down. Take all the orders of the ppl at the counter and when they hear they ticket number that would have been resolved a lot easier. Stop being dramatic saying "oh my gosh" & rolling your head & eyes. Don't go to ripley McDonald they are rude and don't care about their jobs and they get your food wrong.

Slow. Very slow. 10 minutes to get a coffee inside. There all. Just a coffee. Ordered at the kiosk and 10 minutes later I got the coffee. There was only one other person inside waiting and a couple people in the drive through. I don't know what the employees in back were doing but it damn sure wasn't pouring my coffee. read more

All i've got to say is, these workers at this specific location... are a complete joke. Public Service Announcement: if you don't like your job, quit it then. Don't have an attitude because you messed up an order and the customer wants you to fix it because they paid for it. I'm sorry to say, but if you want to have 0 human interaction, maybe go work an at home job, because you're gonna have to do more than walking past the counter over 15 times not saying anything, or even looking at, the 5 people that are waiting to pay, order, or fix your mistakes. Not to mention, when I try to go in the drive though, I have to wait 8 minutes for someone to even make a sound, and when I thought I just heard someone say something, my hope is gone as I am ignored for another 5 minutes. While this is happening I see at least 6 workers in the front of building laughing and joking while i'm sitting waiting to order my food. So I give up and decide to go somewhere else, and when I drive past the drive though windows, I see the lady at the first window stare me down like i'm an idiot and I see the lady at the second window looking down at the first girl crazy. Are we serious... A joke Yet these people still get their paychecks as if they are doing their job so well... I apologize on behalf of the Ripley, TN Mcdonald's, to the people who have had the dishonor of visiting this place. I wish it would be torn down and replaced by something else. They forget a lot of things and the workers always sound dissatisfied with life but the food is good.

Ordered a fish sandwich, and let me tell you that it was awful! Bread was tuff,a spit of tartar sauce,and that poor piece of cheese was sad! I bet the employees think they deserve $15.00 a hour. read more

Take out | Breakfast Ripley Tn McDonald's. I have stopped in the last two Sundays 6/30/24 and 6/24/24 expecting to get breakfast after working a 12 hour shift on my way home from work . I typically get off at 6:30 in Covington Tn and head home. Leaving work at that time puts me at McDonald's in Ripley around 6:45 or so. In both occasions using the drive through I was told each time they were not currently open. When I asked what the hours were on Sundays there they repeated what's listed on google for their hours, 6 a.m. open. The 1st when I asked when they planned on opening the response was "I'm not sure, waiting in employees so I don't know what time." I left the drive through parked in a parking lot then proceeded to place an order using the McDonald's app. Wasted a few mins to ensure they had time to prepare my order and headed back. AGAIN I was told once reaching the drive thew they were not open. I then explained I had an online order I had paided for. Hesitantly she told me it would be a few mins but she would work on my order, it's after 7 at this point. Today, pull up and told the same thing. 6:45, we are not open. Either change the hours to compensate for whenever the employees think it's a good time to start work and serve customers or open when your web site, when google, when your own employees say you open. 6 a.m get it together McDonald's. If you can't handle your business McDonald's then close up and stop wasting peoples time. worst. it won't ever be bette. This place has been awful for years. corp will contact you, owner may, say they will make it better.Never gets better. what can we do. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Not only is the quality of the food terrible, but the customer service is the worst! Every time I get something here, I have to take it back 2-3 times because it's never right. I would go to a different one but who wants to drive 20-25 minutes when there's one in town? I had a mobile order that was wrong the first time. We took it back. I get home, I'm eating my mcchicken and there's a damn hair in it. The hair was embedded into the cheese. This is absolutely disgusting. This place needs an entire new management/staff. read more

They just lost our order. They gave us our drinks, told us to pull up, and never brought it out. After 10 minutes, I went inside and asked what's up. They just didn't make it. They bickered about whether or not they even told anybody to pull up. This happens too often to be excusable. read more

Just got a #2a large the burger was pink and cold then the kid was going to try to do me it was not pink that it was just the ketchup and was handling my burger with no gloves on trying to prove to me it was done. Wow. I'm not normally a patron of fast food, but I just moved to the area and haven't unpacked my coffee pot yet, so I've run by this McD's on 2 mornings for coffee. The girl working the drive-thru was so busy gabbing with her co-workers that she didn't even acknowledge me, let alone say "thank you." On neither occasion was my coffee cup placed in a sleeve (maybe they don't have them?) I shudder to think what their food is like. read more

Really crappy attitude of the staff. Been here several times, but tonight took the cake. Ordered about $15 worth of stuff in the drive through. The employee a female, never said one word to me. She took my credit card, scanned it, still never spoke. Gave me my food, never spoke. I asked for my receipt which she never gave me. She gave me the FU look. Sauntered to the back of the restaurant and returned with my receipt, still hasn't said a word to me. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

We affectionately refer to this McDonalds as McCrapels. If you go through the drive through, you might as well tell them to just pick something for you because it is really unlikely that you'll get what you ordered. It is abundantly clear that at least most, if not all, of the staff don't care about their job and have absolutely no pride in their work. It is sad to see really.
