Rude drive thru kid working the window tonight. 2:30 in the morning with no one else in line. Seems like he's still in a hurry for some reason and manages to mess up my order. Constantly have issues with this McDonald's. Either the stereotypical mcflurry machine isn't working or some random computer issue isn't allowing them to take orders. I'm well aware this isn't a high end restaurant, but even for fast food this is a pitiful place to eat. read more

I don't know why I keep coming here. It's always a disappointment! Such slow service. Food is always cold. Ask the staff for more than one sauce and you're just the biggest hassle and it's like that one extra sauce is putting their job on the line. Please clean the smoothie and coffee machine. I have 5 kids so McDonald's is eaten more then it should be at times by my kids. I always order a ice coffee or a smoothie. Well the strawberry banana smoothie tastes like rotten fruit. I have said something to the manager on duty 3 different times and all 3 times I was assured it had been cleaned the night before. This morning was my last time stopping here. I can't tell you how many times I have driven away (sometimes after I've placed my order) because the service is so slow. I have been stopping here for several years and nothing changes. I assume since you're open you'd be expecting folks for breakfast. Silly me. The wait time in the mornings are ridiculous. I leave and go across the street to Hardee's and get through the drive through & ON MY WAY LICK-IT-TY SPLIT. I can only assume you service is better later in the day or you surely couldn't stay in business. I consider you breakfast to be a descent meal at a good price but you have lost my business for good. We drove through on a holiday weekend so I understand that there will be heavy traffic and supplies that may run out. I am also a former McDonald's employee from North Carolina. With that in mind, on Black Friday, we were at the front counter and they were out of McGriddles. I thought it was odd considering they still had their whole weekend in front of them. We came back through the drive through on the way back through Ringgold as we were stuck in traffic. We waited 20+ mins just to get to the window and they told us they did not have any smoothies. We asked to speak with a manager. Instead of getting apologies we got excuses about the fact that she "only got a 400 piece truck" and "it's a holiday weekend so we are busy." She then gave us three coupons for small fries and said "that should be good for a meal at any McDonald's." We also saw her eating cookies through the first drive through window and laughing and talking with employees. read more

Ended up at this location after a bad ordering and management experience of the Dalton store located further south on I-75. Everything at this location was as ordered and without server/management attitude like Dalton. When in the area I will return here in the future. read more

Where is the crew chief? I stopped in to grab a burger was waited on by Noel who took my order and rang me up. My issue came with overheating a crew member named Kyle respond to a young lady working the drive thru when she asked him for assistance fillng an order. Hearing him say "I'm not your bitch" was just disappointing and sad on so many levels. read more

Really slow and understaffed. It's really busy here. We only asked for drinks but had to wait about 15 minutes just for them to give us the cups. When we finally got the drinks they didn't even give us enough cups. What the heck. read more

My most recent experience was terrible and I won't be back. The cashier was rude and distracted, the restaurant was filthy, and then it took twenty minutes for them to make my two combos - when they weren't busy, and had several employees standing around looking bored. My burger was cold, and the fries were soggy and disgusting. While waiting by the counter for my food, several customers came in from the drive through to complain about missing items in their orders. This store needs to get its business together. read more

I'd like to give this 0 stars. What a pit. No napkins. Sent guy to put some out by the counter with soda, covers, ketchup. Napkins were added but the mess remained at the counter the entire time we were there. The bathroom towel dispenser only gave out 1/4 pieces at a time, so people just threw on floor because garbage was full. Didn't see franchise owner listed but I will research and send him review and pictures. read more

I came in for 4 simple McDoubles. I was charged for McDoubles and received hamburgers instead. Seems like this McDonald's doesn't concern their selfs with accuracy or speed. Whatever you get whenever you get it is what you should expect. read more

The past two times i have ordered a quarter pounder with cheese I had to throw it away after getting to work because it was undercooked. ( 11/21/17 11:30 pm... and last week around 1am. ) I hope this gets attention and they start making sure the meat is cooked until done before someone gets sick. read more

Came through drive-thru around 4 in the afternoon on a Monday. Received fast, friendly service. Food was hot, and made correctly. Fries could have been crispier/ hotter, but other than that a pleasant experience. Perfect for a quick road trip stop. read more

This McDonalds is a joke! It has very poor customer service. I had a change in my order and was told it couldn't be changed, it would mess up the system. I ordered a Frappe and the girl told the manager she didn't know how to make it, his response was it didn't matter. The customer behind me had a $.99 cheeseburger that the cheese was cold, manager response was that it shouldn't be, didn't even bother to give him another one. read more

I realize that the employees of Mcdonald's aren't paid that well and have to suffer fools in public service. But when it's your only job to check that a drive-thru order is pulled correctly a little effort towards that goal would be appreciated. They should change the name of there drive-thru to screw-you because apparently it's far to difficult to produce a simple order out of that window. I just got home after visiting my local Mcdonald's and found to my dismay my order of 2 biscuits and 2 gravy s was short one biscuit. They were not busy, there wasn't a crowd, only 2 other cars were in the drive-thru with me and 3 costumers inside at the counter.So the only explanation for this over site that I can come up with is a lack of training or inability to do basic math. Now I'm sure if I contacted them they would gladly supply me with the missing item but the time and effort and cost of returning all the way back to there location is prohibitive and unworthy of the effort... I have come to believe that is there strategy and also why they don't address this issue with greater zeal.
