Food poisoning. I had large fries & a big mac sandwich on 12/8/25 around 6:20pm. I only had time to eat the fries and half the sandwich before I was busy doing other things that night. By about 11pm, I was feeling sick and knew in the back of my head that I need to throw up, but tried to see if the feeling would pass. Around 1-2am, I woke up in the middle of the night & was vomiting. I know the food poisoning came from here because that is literally all I had to eat all day. I barely got out of bed the next day and worked a half day, went home to take a nap and couldn't get out of bed. Pulsing severe headache and on & off chills for the next 24+ hrs. Did a drive-thru order with my friend to get 2 Oreo McFlurrys and 1 M&M McFlurry, they were taking a bit but I try my best to be nice because working fast food isn't fun, I get it. After about 5 minutes of waiting in my car with people behind me, they opened the window and told me to pull over and wait in the reserved drive thru spot. I said okay and did so; after like FIFTEEN MINUTES of waiting a guy comes out to my car and doesn't even say hi or anything, he just stared at me as I took my order out of his hands. This McDonalds used to be great. Fast and efficient. Within the last 6 months to a year they have seriously gone down in quality. I won't bother coming to this location anymore because they have messed my order up 3 times in a row. The staff will blame you for incorrectly ordering and make you sit and wait extended periods of time for the correct order to come out. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for one order of 6 nuggets. Don't bother coming at night, the crew is high often and takes forever to come to the window or the order machine. I tried to get my free medium fries with order of a Big Mac with my rewards this location would not honor it. So not only did I not get my free fries the burger had very little Big Mac sauce on the bun was stale so much so that the brown part of the top of the bun with the sesame seeds part of the bun was flaking off making the hamburger a dry disgusting hamburger. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't tell you how many times this location messed up my order. Even if I order delivery. Last time I ordered through the app for pick up. Waited about an hour and a half. First 30 mins they knew I was waiting asked twice then the third time they informed me the order wasn't in the system even with me showing proof. I miss the old manager, the gentleman. I haven't seen him for a little while, hopefully he is on vacation. The staff seems to be under more stress and it is showing in their friendliness and customer service. In the morning wanting to get a cup of coffee to fuel your day, it sucks to be met with short and uninterested service to start your day. Okay... moving on not letting that effect my day, right !? And then.... (see the photo) So if your wanting a small coffee make sure you order a medium like I did This has happened more than once.. Well this location is always busy. I haven't had bad service here but we typically order the same thing. How much can you mess up the caramel frappe with no whip cream and fries with no salt. I have gone inside a few times and the workers greet us and are pretty nice. read more

Ordered a filet of fish, small fries and an apple pie After an unusual long wait was told to park in #1 to wait.. told the server that I wanted ketchup, she said no problem. After about 5 minutes the employees comes out and gives me an apple pie in a bag. Asked where the rest of it is. Employee said I'll be right back. Another 5 minutes the employee comes out with the sandwich and fries...no ketchup ask for ketchup, employee leaves after a couple of minutes comes back with that. Get home... start eating the meal. Realize they didn't put tarter sauce on the sandwich. Completely dry. This place has consistently sucked for years. Multiple mistakes. It is close and convenient but probably the worst Mcdonalds I have ever dealt with. They just never seem to get it right. Well first I ordered my mail at 6:00 supposed to be here at 6:20 via Uber. Then McDonald's cancels my delivery. Sorry call McDonald's and talk to a lady who's probably lying when she told me her name but said her name is Gina. This happened Sunday September 12th at 6:51 p.m. And when she answer the phone she said Whataburger I said is this Whataburger or McDonald's. She been said oh no sorry we had people calling and didn't want to talk to him so we said Whataburger. I will never order from this McDonald's again this is not the first issue probably the third. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with a round egg, cheese, sausage. Came out folded egg, no sausage and it wasn't wrapped correctly. They just wrapped it half-ass. I don't even want to give one star. I got two meals for my sons lunch and when we opened them up something looked off. The nuggets were soggy and not cooked all the way through. The fries were a weird greyish color and had a funny after taste and the burger looked about a week old. I wouldn't let me son bite into it but I can assure you it would not have tasted good. I'm concerned this is a health hazard. Do not go to this location. I was not refunded my money as I was told over the phone that they have to see the problem. I had thrown the food away at the cafeteria and had my son buy the school lunch and was not going to drive back to the McDonald's to prove my case. This Mc Donald's is horrible. I ordered 2 orders of 20 piece chicken nugget at 2:15 for my boys. I live less then 5 min away. Service is always slow, employees are either privileged valley girls or hood rats. Managers are no better. Wow! This is definitely not fast food! Drive Thru was terribly long, unusually slow. We went to pay with a gift card (loaded with cash) and they claimed there was nothing. First of all, we broke a rule- no food from restaurants "inside" gas stations. Perhaps this was an issue? Either way, my kid wanted a Happy Meal and where else was there to go? Simple order that apparently was difficult to make. However, the food was hot. We didn't get the french fries with this order, sending us to walk inside. Why oh why didn't we check the easy order before we left drive thru? I don't know, I wasn't driving. What I do know is that this is the first time in a long time--- that McDonalds missed something on the order. Yes! The french Fries! Who doesn't love their french Fries!
