This McDonald's is convenient, mostly consistent, and great for drive-thru or pickup. Ordering through the mobile app is quick and easy. You can't go wrong with their signature fries, McNuggets, Big Mac, Spicy McChicken, Quarter Pounder with cheese, or Happy Meals. Add a sausage, egg & cheese McGriddle and you've got a full day's worth of meals. Bonus points--their Coke and Sprite always taste better than the can, and the sweet tea is extra sweet. read more

Most of some employees they are good just the cooks and the managers are really terrible order food with the app to get the deals. They had a power allergy and the system reset even though I showed them I paid already. The manager refused to give me the food and said asked me to order again full price. read more

The good: The ice cream machine is consistent. The bad: The fries are NOT. These last 4 times I've gone to Mickie D's, the fries tasted like they'd been sitting for too long under the heat lamp. There's always a line wrapped around the place so one would THINK they would get fresh fries. Ah well, I don't need to be eating dang McDonalds anyway. read more

Although McDeath has stepped up their adult meals game. Their kids meals quadrupled in price and the quality is what it is. There must be some sweet licensing deals for these toys kids seem to enjoy. What I find more annoying the shrinkflation is just the bad attitude of the staff. Slow, demotivated, and don't even add the basics like ketchup. I'd give it a 3 but the service end-to-end was just so bad. And it was sloppily made even when they clearly don't rush for anything else. read more

So this is what frustrates me overall you're an OK McDonald's location but every single time I order an iced coffee and I pay extra for the extra pumps of liquid sugar. I never get it. I get an iced coffee with cream only and I never understand that if you charge me for it, I'm sure it shows on the order , I receipt . Please just give it to me. Especially I'm in the drive-through so I have to go back inside to get it which usually I don't cause I'm on my way to work. I just don't get it. read more

I'm a regular drive through customer at this location. Food here has been consistently good, unlike some other McD locations. Fries has always been crispy and fried to the right point. I've seen may burnt or undercooked fries in other locations. Their sandwiches are fresh not soggy. Moreover, their food are not greasy, thats what I like the most. As for the service, I've had encountered several situations where they couldn't provide the best of the customer service. From what I understand, they may have new staff members who are not well trained. If the customer doesn't follow their process from end to end, then they usually aren't able to go ahead and resolve the issue. For instance, I installed the McD app on my phone and saw that I got some rewards. I did their drive through and showed them the reward that I wanted to use. However, they couldn't as I've to place the order through the app to claim the reward. Not a big deal however Unlike good customer service, they weren't able to take care of such a small matter. After that incident, I've been ordering through their app, following their process end to end, and so there has been no problem with that since then. I keep returning because their food quality is good. And if I follow their process, I really don't have much to do with how their service is. read more

This location is the absolute worst!!! Terrible customer service!! Placed a mobile order for breakfast for 4 people 02/13/2021 at 10:55am. The local McDonald's cancelled all items except for one muffin and would not honor the order stating it was 11:03am after breakfast! At 11:05 am they emailed me a receipt with only 1 muffin. If order is placed and finalized prior to breakfast, the full order should be ready for pick up! Woman at the location was yelling at my husband that "it's after breakfast!" This ignorant woman had absolutely no customer service! Instead if diffusing an upset customer she chose to yell and take it to another level. Which my husband never yells and was not going to argue further. He left the location and picked up donuts instead. McDonalds I'd think twice before employing ignorant people such as these in your location. You should want keep your customers! Especially the ones that enjoy picking up McDonalds on a Saturday morning for their kids as a treat. Guess it's Kolaches and donuts from now on. Shame on you McDonalds and the Female loud foul mouthed ignorant manager on site. Location: GRAND PARKWAY AND W BELLFORT Address: 7805 W. Usto be a great location. Decent service, fast and good food in comparison to the other three locations within the same 8 miles. Now... your lucky if you get what you ask for, lucky if the soda options taste good and lucky if the person that the register AND the person at the second window say two words to you. Oh and going inside isn't any better. Went in once because the drive thru line was too long. Three people in front of me and still had to wait 6 minutes for a large coke. Yup. Just a coke. Staff is incompetent, they have zero clue on how to multitask and the portions are nothing of what they usto be. Fries half way gone before you even start and meat size shrunk. Prices however, continue to rise. Got a large fry today and a Big Mac. Meat had holes in it from how thin it was and was the size of small cheeseburger. About 30% is now just bread. Chilis burgers it is from now on out. $10.99 for a whole meal and chips n salsa!? Yes please! read more

I am very impressed with this location. We had a very positive experience recently. We were throwing a birthday party and thought individually wrapped McDonalds burgers would be a great option for a COVID safe menu. I called the morning of the party and spoke to the manager on the phone about placing the rather large order (30 cheeseburgers and 30 McChickens). The crew was able to have the order fulfilled and ready a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time, AND this was just 30 minutes after they needed to switch from breakfast to lunch. Way to go, guys! read more

So. This evening I came after work and used their drive thru. They didn't return my credit card, but I didn't notice until after they closed. No biggie, I'll get it back in the morning, right? Totally wrong. The cashier stole my credit card and charged 170 dollars at some 24 hr restaurant not even an hour later. Absolutely disrespectful. No regard for another person and their finances. Be careful coming here. read more

I have been to this location multiple times because it's the closest location to me, but after having several issues with my orders, I think I'll just drive the extra mile to the other locations, multiple items have been forgotten from my orders before, and today like other times before, I ordered all my burguers with no pickles and they all came with pickles!!! read more

McDonald's - french fries in a paper bag - Fast Food Near Me - Richmond, Texas

Not to be trusted, they didn't put the top on my frappe and it spilled over my car and me they took there time giving me anything to wipe it up and sure were cheap on the napkins not enough to do anything and a dirty wet rag the manager possibly the owner said for me to give him my number and he would get back to me on help getting it cleaned up but never a call maybe he just forgot or didn't care about a customer. There are other McDonald's close by probably a wise choice to stay clear of this one read more

Since when did McDs stop using napkins when making ice cream cones? This was common practice forever but they've gone away from that over the last several years and it's NASTY. So you have a guy (or gal) taking orders and collecting money THEN make and handle an ice cream cone with his bare hands without a napkin and without washing first. Sure they have paper wrapping BUT it's not enough. It's so easy to transfer whatever germs from handling money right on to someone's food. They don't even keep napkins right by the ice cream machine...I had to ASK him to use one then he had to go out to the coke machines to get one. This is seriously COMMON SENSE. Apparently proper training is lacking here. read more

Negative stars!!! ***For any manager reading this, I was "helped" by the lady with false eyelashes working the dine-in counter at 7:30am on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.*** I don't intend to be trivial or petty, but it's just extremely difficult to start off your day on a positive vibe when your first interaction of the morning is a negative one. Breakfast Service either sends people off to enjoy their day, or ruins it (at least until something comes along better or worse that you forget about it). I ordered a McMuffin Delight combo, with a medium coffee, requested a Nerf toy shooter for my son, and a kid's chocolate milk. When she read back the order she said, "... large coke", to which I replied, "I'm sorry, did you enter large coke instead of a medium coffee?" Her response to me, "YOU said large coke." Now, any reader of this review wouldn't know this... but I haven't have a coke in about 5 yrs. So imagine if I told you, that YOU ordered a large bacon grease beverage. That would be impossible since you NEVER order such a thing, right? Me ordering a large coke is as likely as you ordering to drink a large bacon grease... it would never happen. Well, that's what she was effectively telling me. (I didn't even get a medium coffee in the end. I was charged for and received a large coffee, which I cannot finish... so yes, I ordered a medium for a reason.) Then after I paid, I pointed out which toy shooter my son wanted. Her reply was that we couldn't choose. Really? Then I wouldn't have paid! I understand that not all of the toys are available at any given time, but we should be able to choose based on what is available or given the option to not buy it. Every other McDonald's operates with the option to choose from the toy selection, and we have never had our option refused before, at any other location. My son was left with a frisbee, instead of a shooter. Not an acceptable substitute to a 6 yr old, who has his own feelings, opinions, and is no less of a paying customer. Lastly, she forgot to include his chocolate milk. We had to ask for it again. All in all, nothing we asked for was provided. And not only was she NOT apologetic, she was accusatory. read more

Pulled up to the drive thru today at 10:57am, the board had all lunch menu items on it but when I tried to order the girl said they were not serving lunch till 11a exactly. I tried to make a point that it was 3 minutes away, the board showed all lunch items and no breakfast items, there were 4 cars behind me likely also here for lunch.....she wouldn't budge so we drove off and went next door to Wendy's where they gladly served us lunch with a smile and no wait. I will not be going back to this McDonald's again, besides who wants five hour old breakfast sausage at lunch. read more

Wow I am really shocked at all of the negative reviews for this McDonald's location. So I feel compelled to write a review, a 5 star one. First, I have always received excellent service from the drive thru windows and inside. Everyone always is extremely pleasant, smiling, and courteous. Which is nice and quite frankly, very opposite of many other McDonald's locations where flippant teenagers serve you with the most miserable look on their faces. Not this place. Always always very nice people working here! Secondly, the food is always hot, and the order is correct! I can't remember one time when they messed up my order. This is one of the reasons I drive out of my way to go to this location. My kids love happy meals and breakfast, and it is such a disappointment when they get their happy meal without the gogurt, which has happened before but never at this location! I've never written a review about a fast food restaurant, but I felt like this McDonald's deserved a kudos for hiring friendly staff and always getting it right. read more

This is by far one of the best McDonald places I've been to. Not that i eat there often, but this store has what i look for. When i want to buy food from a chain restaurant or any restaurant, I'd like to be treated with some courtesy. At this store, the service is fast, employees are trained to welcome you with a smile, they look you in the eyes and they thank you. It makes a big difference. Even if it's McDonald. I don't know why other stores don't emphasize this type of service!! Some other locations the employees make you feel like it's you're fault they hate their job. I worked at a chain before, the value of our service was way better. read more

I've given this McDonald's more than one chance to get it together!!! I'm more than mad and I promise this will be my last time coming to the location. My son was hungry this morning and went through the drive thru to get us breakfast. He ordered a Big Breakfast for himself and Bacon egg and cheese biscuit for me. He gets home with the order and my breakfast sandwich is not in the bag. If I've got to leave at 6:30 am to get to work, I'm not about to drive over there to 1: waste gas to get the sandwich and 2: lose 30 minutes of snooze time to get the morning staff to correct their mistake. If you chose to come to this location, be sure and check your bags before driving off. No matter how long it holds up their drive thru. How can a mistake that large be committed with such a small order. I'm absolutely DONE with this location. How do you hand out a bag with food and not make sure your customers order is correct? No pride in their work obviously. This is the straw that broke the camels back. I will NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. POOR SERVICE AND NO PRIDE TO GET THE SMALLEST ORDER CORRECT!!!!!!! Thumbs Down!!!! read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever! They consistently get your order wrong and always hand out old cold fries. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes while they eff up your order. I've called the number on the receipt and I've never received a call back. They should be ashamed of themselves for this disgusting service. I've given this location plenty of chances to rectify. Will never patronized this location again. read more

Went through the drive through and a sweet lady named Monena made my day! She was super polite and had great customer service!

For the review rating, I would give this location a ZERO!!! I'm so late writing this review because the Manager doesn't work on weekends (????) I'm unable to go see Mr. Divine during the week. I went through drive thur Saturday, May 29 at 7:54 am. The lady taking orders in Drive thru spoke very broken english, after I said "pardon me" asking that she repeat herself several times someone else said may I help you? I placed my order 3 hash browns, sausage mcmuffin, bacon mcmuffin, hotcakes and sausage, 1 OJ and two coffees. My total order was $15.22, I requested my catsup and jelly when placing the order. When I received my order, there was one butter and one syrup for the hotcakes, no jelly, no catsup and missing one hash brown. The Asian man at the window became frustrated, there was a long line in drive through. I too, became frustrated and asked for a manager. Ms. Danny came to the window and proceeded to get me catsup and jelly, one additional butter and syrup. Frustrated, I snatched the items, Ms. Danny pulled back the remaining items in here hand, refusing to give them to me, and then had the nerves to draw her hand back in a jester to through the items at me! Really? I moved back quickly to prevent from being hit by flying jelly and catsup. I left, went home, gave my family their food, called Ft. Bend Co. Sheriff's Dept. and asked for an officer to meet me at that location. I was told the two assigned to patrol that area was tied up on calls and it would be a while. I went back alone and asked for a manager, at that time I was told the manger, Tom Divine does not work weekends. In fear of my safety and sanity I have NOT and will NOT patronized that location. If Ms. Danny is a manager, it's a poor reflection on the store owner and MacDonald's. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, I'll step up to Whataburger for breakfast next time. read more

I pulled up to the drive thru and the employees were all on their phones, except for a long haired Caucasian boy at the first window. We asked the two African American females for water (were black btw) and they slammed the window in our face and laughed about it. Then they proceeded to joke about the price of the water they asked us for $20 as a joke but then they said the water would be a dollar, we also requested ketchup and they said it was .25 cents a pack. We laughed because we thought it was a joke but they were serious. I don't usually write reviews but the blatant disrespect I received in this instant motivated me to to share my experience. Don't go here, the service is laughable and and the hash browns are dry. I wouldn't trust the workers with my food. I wouldn't trust them with my dogs food. read more
