Second time I've placed a mobile order and didn't receive my order. First time was curbside, after waiting over 30 minutes they never came out with my order, I finally left even though I had paid. Hopefully someone got a free meal. Second time I went to the driver thru when i selected "I'm here" and chose drive thru, it gave me an order number. Got to the speaker and they said they didn't have my order number. Drove up to window and showed them my phone with order displayed, said they didn't have it, can't help me. At least the second time my bank account wasn't charged. I wonder if they just don't want to honor the mobile deals and cancel the orders. read more

This place is a damn joke! The worst service of ANY place I have ever ate at. It's now 7:30am and the front door is locked. No sign on the front door, nothing. The workers in there looked at me at the front door even after I knocked. They didn't say anything. I guess drive thru is the only option. I've now watched 6 customers leave because of the locked door. The last time I was here, I bought a 20 piece nugget and was given 1 dipping sauce. I asked for more but was told they would charge me. I absolutely refuse to ever go to this location again. I wish 0 stars was an option. read more

They just close whenever they feel like it lol. Hours say midnight, a man at the window is signaling me that they're closed at 10:40, what kind of bull**** is that? read more

I wish I could put a score lower than one star. For a location that could do very good if open 24 hrs, this one refuses to increase it's hours. However, I understand it is not open around the clock. So I try to set my schedule to this. I just tried to stop by and grab dinner and no one answers the kiosk. then I go to the first window and someone walks by, so I tap on the window with no response. Then the same at the second window. So I drive forward and park. I look at the windows. No posted hours of operation. I know I've grabbed food before at 1130. So I tap on the window. No one even looks. I tap again and get someone's attention. She gets up, she was sitting in the lobby, and goes to the back. I assume she was getting the manager. I'm fine with this. I can see her talking to the manager. THE MANAGER WAVES HER HAND LIKE SHE DOESN'T CARE. I guarantee she didn't think I could see her. I proceed to tap on the window until she comes to the door. At this point I don't want anything from here. I just want to inform her of how rude she was. This location is absolutely one of the worst locations from which I have had the ability to order. I have received the wrong order before but never noticed till I got home. At which time I am too frustrated to go all the way back to get it right. This store has made me never want to go back to mcdonalds again. I am dumbfounded how a location can run with no posted hours to begin with. But to have such rude management. Ugh!! read more

This place is an absolute joke. We just tried to go in there to get a burger at 8:53 and they rudely told me no an that the dining room is closed when the hours posted say 10:30. An hour and a half early?! Horrible. Did I forget to mention somebody without a McDonald's uniform was in the dining room playing around and keeping them entertained but paying customers can't come in? Not a great case for the fight for 15. When we asked how could we get in touch with the owners they told us they have no idea and completely blew me off. Shut this crappy establishment down and give us something worth while. Zero stars, never again. read more

THIS MCDONALDS SUCKS!! I've come here multiple times where they are supposed to close at 12am and I show up at 10:50pm and they don't respond at the drive thru or say they are closed. Who owns this establishment??? Because you're losing a lot of money from your lazy employees. I would give zero stars. read more

Not terrible, I recommend going through the drive thru to get food and not staying in the restaurant, it's very dirty in there, but the staff was super friendly they just need to work on a few things! 6/10 read more

Incredibly stupid people at the drive thru. Just got done telling one of the employees off because she decided to get an attitude for no reason. Never coming back, the experience has never been pleasant read more

It does not matter if there are 50 people in front of you, or if your the only person in the drive thru; you will have to wait longer than normal for your food and it will probably be wrong. This is just another job to the employees so don't expect them to care about you or the business. If I have time, I will drive 15 miles out of my way to go to town centers location because this location always disappoints. read more

This location is the worst I've ever been to. They never get my order right and all of the workers I have crossed paths with, are rude!! Never going to this location EVER again read more

Fail. Super fail. When you only put half a slice of cheese on 2 sandwiches at the same time, you fail! read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Richmond, Texas

This is worst McDonald's I ever been, they messed up my orders. And also paid already with mobile app inside the store on my phone, still saying they didn't receive it want me to pay again. WTF? And the manager was like none of my business and didn't want to help at all! I am regular customer in this place but recently just messed up a lot. I am NOT going back this sh!!test place ever. read more

I can't believe the service here! First a water bottle was thrown into my car by a young teen employee, while the other employees were laughing I was sitting in my car shocked. My daughter was having an anxiety attack and my fries were cold and soggy!! I proceeded to take a bite of my McChicken to only find out that there was a chicken nugget in between the two buns like it was some type of sick joke! I should've taken a picture... but I was too stunned to even think. Never come here read more

If I could give no stars I would. 99% of the time, the drive thru service sucks, not that working at McDonalds is the best place ever, but if you're that unhappy, you shouldn't be there, go to a chic fil a! Anyways, the past couple of times, at the drive thru there's been instances where BOTH windows, both people don't say a word! I've just paid, then gotten my food. Not a peep, which is a little uncomfortable and awkward. No I don't expect a full on conversation, but when I see unhappy, rude people working I get a bad vibe. Today, I went to the drive thru, 6:42pm, and they were closed! When I ask why/how, no explanation, just a "we're just closed". Sucks that it's the closest McDonald's to me. They should close permanently. read more

Got there at 10:20 and the first thing the employee said is welcome to Waffle House and then didn't speak for a couple minutes to then say they are closed . 3 employees just chillin getting paid and not serving food. Place is an absolute shit hole inside and I wish I could zero stars but sadly i forced to give one because even that would be to high for a place like that. read more

This location was closed at 10pm. It should be open until midnight. The manager just closed before the time she should. read more

McDonald's - the front of a restaurant at night - Fast Food Near Me - Richmond, Texas

Terrible service, will lie to your face to get you out of the line. Always forgetting items that are apart of the order and never care about the customer read more

This has got to be the world's worst McDonalds. I wasted half an hour there today to find out that they were closing early, while waiting outside for my mobile app order. As employees were leaving saying they ran out of food, I drove up to the drive thru window and lady waved me to go inside. The manager then informed me that the McRib that I ordered isn't available, but evidently it was on the app and they charged me anyways. If my order was received and not available, couldn't you have come outside to tell me? Unbelievable. She proceeded to tell me to request a refund on the app and when I asked her how, she had no clue. Why even offer that as a suggestion when it's not possible??? She then pointed at the menu as to show me I was at fault for ordering it. Geez....thank you! Go to any other McDonald's if you can. This one is a complete waste of time! read more

well im not sure thus is a McDonalds, more like a Mc does not honor the standard hours foid orders are 90% always wrong randomly out of .. just pick it food is never hot and fresh, luke warm at best I drive to the other McDonalds to place orders, funny I can drive ,place order, get the correct order, drive back , and compaired to this one still faster. unless starving and want to wait for warm food at best, woukd suggest to keep moving. could be a great location, shame management is so terriable. read more

This Mcdonald's is absolutely Trash. I went at 6:30am one morning and there was not a soul in the restaurant. Today I went at 10:25 pm and they told everyone in the drive thru line they were no longer taking orders. HORRIBLE PLACE. I drive all the way to the mcdonald's in the town center to avoid this one. read more

Is there a 0 star option? Because that's exactly what this location deserves. First I pull up to the drive through and the machine isn't working so I pull up to the window. The guy that was working there asks me what I want and I told him my order and added that I wanted a "meal". I also told him I'd like Dr Pepper for the drink because he didn't bother to ask. After I pull up to the next window I tell the lady I ordered a meal and she asks for my receipt. Realizing that the person in the previous window screwed my order I told her he put it in my order wrong only to get suspicious looks from the employee as if I was lying and trying to get a free upgrade. No I'm not trying to cheat out of paying for a dollar. Please don't ever go here there's so many good places with good customer service like chick fil a and whataburger. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Don't try to use curbside because they have a handwritten sign telling you to use drive thru. They don't know how to process mobile orders either. Not wearing masks properly. Highly not recommended. Take 5 minutes to drive elsewhere and it will be faster than this location read more

Although I don't eat at McDonald's. This McDonald's had the most impressive customer service I've ever had. I stopped here for an ice cream and ended up having a meal. Anna was very patient in helping me select the best burger since I don't really eat at McDonald and she did it with a smiling face. The location was also very clean. Anna also checked to see if the burger I had ordered was to my satisfaction. Best customer service ever!!! read more

They gave me some stale sandwiche buns, hasbrowns didnt taste fresh and mind you i went there 30 minutes after they opened. Worst Sausage Egg McMuffin i ever tasted in my life.I need my refund back. read more

The service here is super slow, pulled up to the drive thru there were no cars ahead of me and waited nearly ten minutes at the ordering speaker, I then proceeded to the window and they were very rude in asking what I needed rather than apologizing for the delay despite not having any other cars or orders as far as I can see... terrible customer service! read more

Brought daughter twice recently to get breakfast treat before school. Both times the sausage tasted terrible! Like, spit it out terrible. Chemical-ish flavor. How does the mgr not know these things??? This has to be the worst McDonalds. Done. Will never go back to this location! Ever!!! Ugh. Went back recently due to convenient location/kids request for McDonalds. The food was actually hot & good quality as far as McDonalds goes & the fries were excellent! BUT their drinks are always the worst! I didn't mention it in my earlier review but their drinks have always been bad. The soda is flat/no fizz & they put in about 4 ice cubes. Why would they be so stingy w ice? It's weird! Other McDonalds are not this way. :( read more

Once again this location was closed at 10:30 pm on Friday! Came to get my girlfriend an apple pie and some fries because she's on her period and wants some McDonald's but they said they were closed at 10:30 pm!! Now I have my beautiful girlfriend who I love very much yelling at me because this McDonald's decided to close an hour and a half earlier which they have done in the past recently. Now my girlfriend is having to settle for Whataburger when she wanted McDonald's. Outrageous. read more

This place is horrible. I can not remember going to this location and getting my order correct or having some kind of issue. Went the other day and told me they were not serving breakfast anymore and this was 11:30 am. read more

Another bad review, wouldn't give them even part of a star. My husband and I tried to go inside to place some orders but the door was locked apparently due to a private event, didn't know that was a thing and there was no sign on the door. We went to the drive-thru and the guy refused to take my orders with multiple people people in the car/ordering for a family of 5 that all want to purchase separate things/orders, 3 orders to be exact. Why would anyone at any place of business refuse 3 separate purchases, we went to Burger King. This location is constantly screwing us over and I'm not sure why nothing is done, do I need to complain and write reviews every time so that things will eventually get fixed. Ordered 6 double hamburgers, I get 5 single hamburgers. Ordered the same another time, got 5 double hamburgers and 1 single hamburger. This is a constant thing with this location, they can't ever seem to get things right. I swore I would never go/eat there again but I take my kids but I personally don't eat there. Things need to change with the staff. Whatever Hispanic woman that works there and looks like she's a manager is rude. I took my son there this morning to get food and this one lady was nice but when I asked for water, she was absolutely rude. read more

They forgot my salad and they didn't answer when I called about the problem they gave me my money and the salad and it was ok I guess. They also make their workers work on Christmas and other holidays it's crazy read more

Slowest McDonald's ever taking 30 mins for 3 hot and spicys? Really??? Awful that this was fast food

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! this McDonald's is the hands down worst of them all, they have decided to closed at 10:15 pm tonight when they should be open until midnight! I sat in the drive they honking my horn saying hello into the microphone but would get no response so I drove to the drive they window to find a employee who looked at my and the proceeds to ignore me and crouch down and hide so I decided to just walk in and I was only told were closed and "sorry about your luck" by one of the older male employees so at this point I give up with this McDonald's every time I give them another shot I am constantly reminded why THIS specific McDonald's is just a waste of time!!! read more

I don't understand why a place like this as busy as it seems we have only package ketchup.?? Why do you not have a ketchup? First of all it's a waste and it's time consuming. Second, some of the people are nice some of them are kind of on the dry rude side. And then you put up a sign for limiting the amount of time that I can eat here? Giving me a 30 minute time limit? And then you get 10 or $12 worth of food and order nuggets with it then the girl tells me I cannot have a third sauce? Seriously? read more

The rudest Mc Donald's I've ever been too!!!!!! I live nearby and will NEVER come here again. Got here at 9:45 on Sunday. Closed?!?!?! The staff was super rude, watching me stand outside, no sign on door, no one would come talk to me. Stood at drive thru for 5 minutes while the staff fooled around and laughed the whole time. My truck is too big to fit thru the drive thru. I have been coming here since you opened, but NEVER again! This is inexcusable!!! read more
