Grabbed my kiddo a happy meal and myself a refresher. When I pulled in I couldn't believe how long and slow the line was. This location doesn't usually have a line. We were in the drive thru for over 20min. Although the line was long, the service was still good when we got to the window. We ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal and I ordered a blackberry passionfruit refresher. I only order mine with 2 pumps and I was pleased to see you could substitute the lemonade for water, which I did. It was just as refreshing and not as sweet, just the way I like it! It will be my new way of ordering it. The ambiance is casual but we don't usually eat inside. We're always taking it home to go. read more

I don't think any kind of introduction is required for McDonald's. It's a classic, long-running fast-food chain known for its burgers, fries, and shakes. This place is just like other McDonald's places and looks like an unsupervised high school cafeteria. This McDonald's place is locally owned and operated. We came to this place a couple of times. Most of the time we ordered food through the drive-thru. We got inside once to order food using their kiosk and that experience wasn't pleasant (everyone was super busy serving the drive-thru customers and we had to wait for a long time to get food). The inside of this place was dirty with trash and food. Their food was average, like other McDonald's places. The price was affordable. Their overall service was okay. read more

Bad all the way around! Long line, and for some reason the person taking orders was only taking orders in one line, by the time they got to me, eight cars had gone through and I was still waiting. I had to repeat my order over and over, and what do you know the ice cream machine was down. Cashier was fine when I went to get my food. They informed me that it was going to be 10 minutes for the Berry pies, and I'd also have to wait for the cookies I ordered OK I've already been waiting, but I have to wait, generally I would've been fine, but the attitude from the person handing me the drinks was just flat out weird! Next I drive up and I'm waiting. I wait 10 minutes. Somebody else opens the order window and shoves a bag AT me and she says here's your order... Six cookies and a berry pie I said no that is not my order. I explained my order was 2 berry pies and 3 cookies. She yells at me and says no that's not your order. They told you at the other window that you could have cookies instead of berry pie. I said no no one ever said that I've been waiting for 10 minutes for the berry pies. She said give me the order back I said no it's fine but it's not fine and I said you people don't know how to do business here and I'm not happy. She slammed the window. I drove off. I then called the manager. he was an impotent little jerk! He just kept repeating I'm sorry that your order was wrong. I'm sorry that you had to wait in line. I'm sorry that you had to do this. Got there at 12:30am because it was the only Mcdonald's in our area that closes late. It shows online that they close at 2am but when we arrived all the lights inside were off and the lady that responded to us told us they were closed with a rude tone. Place a large order through the drive-thru. In total our order had 10 orders of fries amongst other items. Upon distributing the items to our children, we found a fry that was bundled in hair. Not just one or two. It looked as though they had been dropped on the floor and picked up and put back in the container. Digging through the rest of the fries we continued to find more hair. I am absolutely DISGUSTED that that would be still served to a customer. And I was feeding this to my small children. I took pictures of the items. We returned to the store immediately and spoke with the manager who was on shift. His name was Valentine (unsure of correct spelling) He did offer a replacement fry and ensured the situation would be handled however I feel the incident needs to be handled appropriately. They close at 12am, not sure why it says 2am online. I arrived at drive thru around 11:55pm. They completely ignored me at the speaker. I stopped at every window and only saw a guy walking away. So this is my fourth time going to this McDonald's. Every single time I go I get one sauce when I should've had three sometimes even more. The service is extremely rude. And the food is usually cold almost every single time I go. When I asked for sauce this last time they told me I had to pay for it even though I paid for it through the app which was $.25 each sauce I even showed them the receipt and they said we cannot give you extra sauce. Even though it showed three sauces and I got one. So yeah if you want warm food and you want the right amount of sauce would not recommend going to this McDonald's morning shift and night shift is extremely rude. read more
