Haven't been to a McDonald's since I was a kid but thought it would be a good place to take my little ones to eat and play while I work. It did the job for everyone. My girls enjoyed their Happy Meals with toys and I didn't mind the overly sweet iced vanilla coffee that I continuously diluted down with ice. We ordered from the kiosk and everything was easy and went smooth. I did need to make a request so I went to the cashier and she was gracious to help. The place seemed clean and the play structure is big. All good in my book. Can't get much better than McDonald's fries; can't say much about the rest of its food, though. read more

Hot or misswith getting what you ordered. Even when you confirm the order. The biggest knock? Crap customer service. Especially, in the evening. Came here for a quick lunch with my granddaughter before taking her to an orthodontist appointment. We ordered the 4 piece chicken nuggets with fries and sliced apples and an apple juice to drink. The older man who took our order was great - 5 stars for our experience with him. He was friendly and took our order perfectly. When they called our number we sat down to eat. They had given us 2 orders of kiddie fries even though our receipt clearly shows we ordered apple slices. I went back to the counter and the nice man that took my order handed us an apple slice packet. The food was good. The restroom was clean and someone was actively cleaning the dining room the entire time we were there. read more

The guy who took my order was very rude, he's a male with long locks, I finished ordering but then asked if he could add another ice cream, he said he already took my order, when I pulled forward to the window, I got my food and asked for my other ice cream, he said he only charged me for one, he literally just didn't want to give me my ice cream bro... they close at 4am I arrived at 12:20 something. read more

At this McDonald's, the old Hispanic lady makes you wait at the order kiosk for four or five minutes before she takes your order. She has zero customer service skills and doesn't care how long you have to wait on your order. I now drive West on 380 to the new McDonald's that is before you get to Navo road. At this McDonald's, they answer the drive up kiosk right away. They also are friendly with a morning day smile on their face and their Sausage Biscuits are only $1.00 instead of a $1.79 like at the Prosper location. And they have Decaf coffee too. Do yourself a favor and go to this McDonald's and avoid the Hispanic Dragoon Lady & her attitude. read more

WORKER HAD VISIBLE LICE. My husband and I went through the drive through and as we go to pay the male cashier had visible lice all over his hair. Just picked up a mobile order through drive by. The gentleman working at the pick up window is friendly and efficient, even though it's a busy night for them. Extremely unhappy. People, Check your food before you drive off. I wanted to try the Double Cheesey jalapeño bacon QPC. Went and picked it up and paid. Sat in traffic to get home and it's not even a double meat, it's a freakin single meat. I'm pissed because I was charged for a double, but with traffic the way it is out here, I would spend more in gas and time to go back up there to get the correct burger, than the difference in the price of the double and single. I think ALL the other 1 star reviews on here should be a clear indicator of how poorly this McDonalds is run. It's a sad situation of affairs! If you can avoid going here, you should at ALL costs. Employees are rude, can never get an order right to save their lives and work at the speed of molasses. This not fast food, I have spent 45 minutes in the drive-thru multiple times. Management is definitely asleep at the wheel here otherwise these reviews would have improved since opening and the service as well. Ever since the pandemic, the store has not figured out how to get orders correct, serve hot food, and do it with a smile. Tonight, we went through the drive-through for a big Mac meal and the two small hamburger meal, They didn't get the custom order right, gave us the wrong drinks and the fries were cold. It probably would've helped if the kid handing out food wasn't spending time on his phone. Did I mention that the hamburgers were cold? They were cold even before I went back in to the store to get the drinks correct and get hot fries. When is McDonalds going to repair the intercom the device that notifies the employees that a vehicle has pulled up to the order kiosk? First order come out incorrect because the associates can't understand what customer's are saying, second you pull up no one says a word to you the other order line keeps getting waited on. Finally you have to drive around the building in get in the 2 order line. Many people get tried of waiting drive off. I told the manager today she said she didn't know, she was working line 2. That's as far as I got with the "I don't care manager". And if you go inside there is no one working the counter if you ask for help you are told "We don't have anyone working the counter, you need to order on the electronic screen". This location has a play place that looks to seat 26, but the tables in the play place do not have table numbers, so if you're ordering using the app, you'll just have to make up a table number. That said, they found me at my made up table number, so it couldn't be that bad for the staff. Every McD that has a play place has one that's a little different, and this one has more climbing elements (platforms and ropes) than anything else, and a slide. There's also a separate seating area (just stools, no tables) where another 6-7 adults or children could sit. Around dinner time on a Wednesday there were a fair number of kids in the play area and children young and older all seemed to enjoy playing. The food was pretty standard McD, but the order was accurate, the dining room was clean and well stocked, and everything in the restaurant seemed to be in working order. I'm not sure you could reasonably expect more from a McDonalds. read more

Order 1976 on 7/4/2020 First time visiting this location, and last. Visit and order were a complete disaster. Waited over 30 mins for a curbside mobile order with no indication store was not doing curbside. Finally went through drive thru and handed a bag of cold food and melted smoothies. Got home and found burgers not made correctly: Qpc deluxe with only a chunk of shredded lettuce and nothing else, McDouble with nothing but one pickle, etc., and items missing from order. UNORGANIZED & EXTREMELY SLOW To be a brand new location, the staff and management teams on every shift are the worst & I see them being shut down very soon due to this lack of attention to the orders & customers' requests. I walked in one night ordered a Filet O' Fish Meal and a hot fudge sundae. I wanted the fish fresh because we all know that a McDonalds fish sandwich that isn't fresh is just pure awful. They agreed to do so. As I'm waiting, approximately 15+ minutes or so later and after watching & listening to the staff argue about Trump, The Impeachment & whatever else they shouldn't have been discussing on the floor. I had to ASK if that was my food that had been sitting on the counter ---- getting cold. After I'd ordered it "Fresh" The answer was "Yes" I stood there in disbelief that no one said a word to me so that I could get my food and be on my way. And my food had gotten COLD! I'm pissed at this point, so I gather the bull crap food and I'm on my way so that my temper would not flare & the wrong decision wouldn't be made. So here I am writing this review. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 4 adult happy meals in drive thru, paid $50, pulled up to get food and they hand me 4 brown bags w/ regular meals. They were out of the adult happy meal boxes and toys, charged me the higher price, and gave me the lower priced regular meal. On top of that, they gave me 3 meals when I paid for 4. This McDonalds ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Their employees are always rude, confused, and doing the wrong thing. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a McDonald! Because the drive through line was really long at 8:00 pm, I went to the inside counter. After waiting at the counter for 5 minutes without anyone taking my order, I went back to my car again and got in the drive through line. It took another 15 minutes to get to place my order. It took another 10 minutes to get my order. Then the order was wrong on two items. But wait, that's not all. I skipped the cashier window after waiting to pay for too long because the girl was really busy. I was given my order at the next window. He was surprised when I said I still need to pay.
