This is this only McDonald's I've been too that shorts me monopoly tags for instance today I ordered a large Big Mac meal with a LARGE drink and a 10 pc nugget with bbq sauce they gave me a monopoly tag on the fry's and chicken nuggets when the drink and the Big Mac are supposed to have the tickets and they also forgot my bbq sauce and this is the FOURTH time they've shorted me monopoly tickets I'm almost concerned that maybe the employees are stealing the tickets unless there's some hidden rule they don't advertise that their only allowed to give 2 tickets at a time but this is ridiculously annoying when I spend my money on an order that is supposed to have four monopoly tickets and I get half of what I'm supposed to get read more

THIS WAS TERRIBLE the workers were getting mad after we asked for ketchup and ranch and when we came up to the register they said, "what do you want now?" i asked for 6 chicken nuggets in my happy meal and received 4? My friend also ordered a mc chicken sandwich and there was a piece of hair in it? Workers were rude and the whole time we were respectful and using manners. I do not recommend to anyone. read more

This location constantly gets my orders wrong. Prime example today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. I received a sausage biscuits no egg or cheese. No hash brown. I mentioned at the window they did not give me the correct order and the girl said that is how it was entered. Not sorry let me fix that this is the 3rd time my order has been messed up and not corrected right away. I didn't ask for anything free and was willing to pay the difference. They never fix it just that is how it was entered and on the screen. Very poor customer service. read more

This place is ridiculous!!! Last time I got a raw quarter pounder and now Im getting scammed. I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers and got 2 regular cheeseburgers. Also my sprite had no flavoring and just tasted like sparkling water. I recommend just going to another mcdonalds or somewhere else completely. Stopped on a pass through while on interstate 80. Fries were cold, soggy and half cooked. Order was not what we had ordered at the drive through. Order taker put 2 chicken sandwich meals instead of 1 chicken 1 hamburger. They ended up giving us the burger for free due to their mistake. Probably the least McDonalds we have ever stopped at. New building. New parking lot. Very nice and modern. Food is same at all McDonald's so you know what to expect. I tried the new grilled chicken sqeet chili McWrap. Not to be confused with the value menu wrap, this thing is huge and much better. Included cucumbers which I think is the first time McDonald's has used cucumbers in one of their main menu items. Drive through is very sketchy. Several times they couldn't hear me and got the order wrong so I had to go drive through twice to get the paid for and missing item. I like their iced coffee but do not order it hot. The hot coffee was scalding hot and even double cupped nearly burnt my hands and I certainly couldn't drink it. Stick with iced coffee. The order taker was often confused when I asked for artificial sweetener saying they didn't have equal. So I asked for sweet and low and they handed me equal. If you are disabled using a cane the bathrooms are slick and un useable for disabled. Their staff is often outside smoking cigarettes and loudly talking. Thé wifi is excellent. The French fries I had several times tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. read more

It's good, but the problem isn't the food. The problem is the people making the food. There's the teenagers just trying to make money Wich I've been there and still doing that, but that doesn't excuse people forgetting alot of the food, it's custom that when you get your food you have to check if what you ordered is what you got. As far as McDonald's go this one rocked! Lots of space for parking and it was very clean! Staff was friendly and very polite! Food was freshly made and hot! We also got our food quickly! I don't know what they are doing differently than before, but it's not an improvement. We started noticing several months ago that the sandwich buns are not as fresh as they used to be. After 5 mistakes in 3 months and being called foul names by a manager I am telling people to run from this place. Disgusted by the lack of professionalism and by the poor customer service. Today I went into McDonald's and ordered two burgers, 3 drinks, and two medium fries with a friend. She asked for a ranch cup and I forgot to ask for sweet and sour sauce. As I went to go get the food I asked for sweet and sour sauce and the manager at the time told me I had to pay for it very disrespectfully, and told me I already had ranch but that was for my friend. When we got home and checked the bag there was only 1 ranch cup. 1 sauce can barely get thru 5 chicken nuggets, so were we expected to share a ranch cup??? read more
