They have a patio outside, a mezzanine and quite a few tvs for you to watch games. We got the pineapple wok squid, brussel sprouts and the big "o" chicken sandwich/burger. They asked if we want regular or spicy version for the chicken, We asked for the spicy one. The pineapple wok squid was unique as it had a slight curry flavor and the pineapple gives it a tangy flavor which is an interesting combination that works. I didn't taste the garlic in the dipping sauce, maybe because of the curry taste. It was good. The chicken burger was good as it has cole slaw, pickles, and range sauce. When we told the waitress that we were sharing, she asked if we wanted the burger pre-cut in half. Not a lot of places would have asked that, so that was really good of her to ask. The brussel sprouts were good too as it was crispy but not burnt. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back, maybe for their happy hour

I actually prefer Nandos over this place because the chicken has much more flavour. Also I wanted some hot sauce to add to the bland chicken flavour but all they had was Frank's hot sauce which like others mentioned, not very Portuguese. Maybe I will give it another shot and order something else next time if I can find anything else I can eat on the menu. At least they were aware of what was gluten free and what was not.

I was made to wait over 20 minutes for the order, and at the end, the staff treated me rudely and gave negative feedback unfairly. Overall I'll give a solid three star Chicken 4 stars Fries 4 stars Biscuits 4 stars Onion Rings 1 star Popcorn Shrimp 2 stars Service 1 star Establishment 2 stars The chicken is flavourful and super crunchy. Definitely worth the drive. The fries and biscuits are also both winners. Savoury and yummy. The onion rings were a disappointment. No flavour. No crunch and fell apart. The popcorn shrimp was tasty but it was hard to find the shrimp in it. There was more batter than shrimp meat. The service I'll have to warn you about. If you're paying by cash, count your change! Not sure how the cashier punches in the numbers but if I didn't check my change I'd be out some money. Order accuracy was also a fail. They got our order wrong but I didn't notice until I got home. Grr Will I go again? Definitely a Yes for the chicken!

The menu had a good selection and the servers try to offer drinks and fruit bowl upgrades. The PurWestern Omelette ($19.75) was pretty over done so not for my liking. I was hoping for light a fluffy and omelette. The Canadian Breakfast ($20.75) was pretty tasty with 2 eggs, 3 Bacon, 1 breakfast sausage and ham and I chose the half waffle, cubed potatoes, fruit plus toast. The waffle tasted great but the ham was very thin. The restaurant was busy and loud but food didn't take long. They have high chairs and a kids menu but no plastic cutlery and small bowls for kids.

The eggs were some of the orangest, most vibrant yolks I've ever seen (a sign of quality, for sure), and they were perfectly poached. The cheeseburger patty underneath was super flavorful--well-seasoned, juicy, and honestly just worked so well with the hollandaise. It's a bold dish and they absolutely nailed it. The quality of everything stood out--fresh ingredients, great flavor, and a presentation that actually made me pause before digging in. Inside, the restaurant is gorgeous--bright, clean, and stylish without trying too hard. The vibe was relaxed but modern, and it's the kind of place you could bring a friend for a casual breakfast or stay and sip coffee for a while. Definitely a standout spot. Highly recommend!
