This is typically a good McDonalds, it's helpful that they're open until 3am. However, when I go to order at 1am after a business meeting and the girl won't take our order because they're "short staffed" when there are two people there and there are zero customers. The lights were even off as if they were trying to act as they were closed. Tried doing an online order instead and they said that they're only doing Door Dash orders and still refused to make us food. Not good employees turning people away. Has nothing to do with short staffing as it's 1am. Two people is full staff. Best way to improve would to be hiring more proactive staff. read more

The 2 burgers were luke warm on burned buns. The fries were soggy and old. I asked for a LG unsweetened tea with 6 Splenda packets and they weren't put in so I had to go back around the drive thru to get them. Went inside to resolve a mistake that was made when I ordered my food through the drive through. When I went inside to ask about it I almost got attacked by the person there simply bc I threw the receipt on the counter. I was simply looking for an explanation instead I get someone screaming at my face. McDonald's needs to stop hiring people with anger problems worse costumer service ever! But obviously they don't care, so might as well just stop going to McDonald's. Not only is their food bad for your health they also hire people with anger issues. Cashier was cool tho he came out and apologized to me for making a mistake. mcdonald's is mcdonald's. you get what you expect and it's pretty consistent from place to place. i always check the bag before i leave the drive through because there's a 50/50 chance that your orders right. their coffees are really good. i always recommend checking the app for any coupons or discounts first. read more

After a long day, I suppose when someone wants something you have to go the extra mile for them. On the way home recently the better half wanted some food. This late at night and in this area there isn't much to choose from, so McDonald's it was. With the late hour you can only use the drive thru. This location has the two menu areas outside to keep the flow going. I like that as it gives you time to look over the menu if you don't know exactly what you want. Ordered our food and the lady on the other side of the speaker was very polite, fast and on top of her game. We pull around, wait a bit in line, pay and have the food in hand. Decent service for late at night. Side note: I did not eat their food that night as I was not hungry, particularly for McDonald's. read more

This is the McDonald's to end all McDonald's, in my book. Here's why: ~ The Drive-Thru is crazy fast. ~ There are 2 Drive-Thru lanes to keep it crazy fast. ~ Even when they have to make my dog's special no-onion cheeseburger, they are crazy fast. ~ For years, they gave my family's dog Jamie free baby ice cream cones. Jamie didn't need many moments of excitement to be happy, but 'go for ride' was one of them, and 'ice cream time' was another. ~ The drive-thru staff is so sweet to my little pup Lucy when I take her to 'cheeseburger window'. So, I guess what I'm saying is, this is the best McDonald's for dogs and their parents. And as someone who generally only visits McDonald's to reward my dog for good behavior after a vet visit, this McDonald's is just right. read more

Stopped there for a quick bite with my son this evening. Was quite taken back with the cluster of employees standing around talking about their personal lives while 3-4 people waited for their food. A customer approached the counter letting them know that the tea container was empty. As we got our food (cold fries), I returned to the counter asking for ketchup cups. After our meal 30min with the entertainment of hearing about the employees weekends (manager included), I noticed that the ketchup cups and tea container were still empty and the employees were still just standing around. I've been there for breakfast and the management really creates a nice eating atmosphere. I think I'll pass for dinner next time. Obviously dinner has a different carefree manager that needs to learn how to be a manager and not the best friend of "his" employees! read more
