I am very unhappy with how this McDonald's treated my child . A woman in a white jacket with pink lettering wouldn't accept a gift card ( didn't try to manually enter AT ALL, and didn't offer a receipt) it was a McDonalds gift card. Another woman i would assume a manager working the window (told her the wrong order, asked for a receipt that she wasn't given, she was given the food after telling her the order and was told she was wrong and she (the manger)had "said it correctly" which is inappropriate to say to anyone. I assure you it's not hard to use your brain and speak to people politely. No reason to be rude Especially for an order that costs about $17 read more

I placed an order for a specialty coffee this morning on the app and paid for it ($5.16). Waited 25 minutes in line, had to leave because I was now running late for work. Called the store and nicely explained what happened and the worker told me that I could drive back (15 miles) and get the coffee but they WOULD NOT refund my money. read more

i went through the drive through with a gift card and was told at the first window it couldn't be used due to its state. i understand if you can't see the code or scan the card and it's unable to be used manually but this was not the case. she didn't even try it manually, just handed it back. i used my card and was also not offered a receipt. i got to the second window after paying and had to tell the lady my order because she said it incorrectly. she asked for a receipt to check our order, again i wasn't not even offered one when i told her my order she said "that's what i said". overall the customer service was poor due to lack of common sense. read more

The manager was yelling at one of the workers over a simple mistake. The worker charged someone in the drive-thru for the wrong item. The situation was handled poorly, and the lobby was full of people. The manager told the worker to clock out and that she didn't want to hear any complaints. She said she didn't need the worker's help and could handle it by herself. I definitely won't be going back, knowing they treat their employees like that. read more

This is the WORST service I've received at a McDonald's ever. I don't know if the ones we have in Lafayette are just exceptional or this one just bad but I do know that I'm not likely to come back. As I type this, a manager is literally yelling at customers and employees alike. It's not loud, so there's really no reason for it. Seeing this, I know why the employees are rude, they're following their example. When I walked in to order, the girl walked up, didn't say, "hi", "can I take your order" nothing. She just looked at me and blinked. I started to give her my order and the woman she had just given her order to asked for napkins. The girl walked away, gave the woman napkins, then walked back and said, "now, what you want?" I repeated my order. She told me the total. I gave her my money. I was so done with this whole transaction that I walked away without my change. Our order came out and it's cold. Cold fries, cold nuggets, cold food. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because our order came out at least with all of the food we ordered. I am a doordasher. I got an order pretty late last night for Pineville location on highway 28. Doors to the lobby are locked so can only proceed to drive thru..well I stated who I was there to pickup for and the McDonald's employee in a very rude tone there's no one on our screen by that name. And kept repeating himself like three times and I said he had an attitude and he said I cursed him out and up to that point I hadn't but we exchanged words and he threatened to call the police on me and started reading my license plate number out loud as I drove off. McDonald's is one of my favorite places to eat and they got free high speed WiFi. My food is always good hot and fast. Number 3 is the best

THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT!!! They are usually fast. My favorite thing to get is a 2 cheeseburger meal. The service is usually pretty good but sometimes slow. The small chopped onions are my favorite part of the burgers! Overall this is a cheap and tasty place to bring the kids to eat! Make sure to get the fries though! They're amazing. My favorite drink is a Caramel frappe because I've gotten them since I was real young and they bring back amazing childhood memories. read more

When i pulled up to the second window a woman handed my 3 drinks on a broken drink tray, which broke as soon as i grabbed it and sent a drink on the ground. I asked for a replacement drink and they handed me food. The food in the bag was not a part of my order. After previously telling me that they couldn't take the broken drink tray back inside the building, they asked for the bags back and my receipt. After looking over my receipt, she handed it back and finally handed me a replacement drink. It was supposed to be a sweet tea, and they gave me an unsweet. Twice. After asking to see my receipt for a second time. The entire visit took around 30-40 minutes and the entire time the crew had horrible manners and bad attitudes. The highlight of the visit was the young man who got me BBQ sauce and napkins, which weren't in the bags.. he was very nice and helpful after everyone else had been so rude. read more

It really pays 2 take the time if a person does have the time to find out what is going on with a place of business and here is why. I stopped at the McDonald's at Kings Xing in Pineville, la right off the freeway because the arches were fully lit however when I drove up I couldn't find anybody to wait on me as the doors were locked and they were supposed to open at 5:30 a.m. according to the website. I pulled off the freeway as I said and there was another vehicle that pulled off behind me obviously wanting to visit the McDonald's as well. So, I could not get anyone to respond to me and I went next door. I didn't like the food so I drove to McDonald's again, the one that appeared to be open. This time a bright bubbly young lady named Jesse was extremely genuine in her attempt to solve the issue but her computers were down and it's not the first time because it's happened to me recently when I came through here. Jesse was very bubbly very helpful and said very open and honest about what was really going on when I came back through, Tessa I think is the manager on duty and she was very helpful and polite. If I had the exact change she would be able to help. So, after a couple of drives to different stores at now 5:18 a.m. I was able to get change so that I could get my food. I must say my first review was going to be very poor because of all the issues and that would have been what most people would see and deal with coming through. The store usually stays lit up quite a bit and that pulls people from the freeway but when the store is not open they really should consider toning it down a little bit. One thing they might consider also is posting a phone number for customer service on the doors. there's no windows anywhere in the store that has any customer service phone numbers or anything. But, the team members that I mentioned Jesse and Tessa, I would definitely have on my team. To the owners, you have a very nice restaurant here at 28 in Pineville right off the freeway and I would definitely compliment the restaurant with a good systems issue overhaul. It makes it Troublesome for the team not to mention the loss of income not being generated by these issues. The reason I'm only giving the store at 3 is because of the systems issues and not being able to serve the guests because of it. Even though I drove around and gave the store the time and effort to prepare my food and not give up on them. I could have written a very poor review have I ever not gone back. I thought the store deserved an opportunity to earn my business. Thanks again to Jesse and Tessa as they saved another sale and saved the day. Worst McD's I've ever been to! I've been there 3 times through the breakfast drive through now- they still have yet to get my order right! I only order a breakfast sandwich each time, and they always get it wrong. First time I ordered a sausage Mcmuffin with Egg, and they sent me out with a sausage cheesy biscuit. Second time I ordered the same thing, they gave me an egg mcmuffin. 3rd time I ordered a Southern-style chicken biscuit, they gave me 2 cheesy sausage muffins! I give up. I swear they must just blindfolded grab whatever is available off the warming lights and throw it in the bag- and by the way, all of the sausage biscuits have been overcooked, like they've been sitting under the warming lights for an hour. It's to the point where it's worth driving out of my way up to the Monroe Highway McD's in Pineville to get a simple breakfast sandwich, since I've had better experiences there. read more
