I have never had a problem with the food it is always fresh. My problem is tho if you order is value chicken sandwich and you ask for no mayonnaise sub Mac sauce they charge you .40 for the Mac sauce. Again if I'm not getting mayonnaise I shouldn't be charged. This review is in reference to the manager who said his name was Caleb. I ordered and paid for my order through the app and they sent me away saying It didn't work and I would get a refund in three days . When I went inside to have someone explain , Caleb was very rude , acted like I was stupid and being very sarcastic . He couldn't explain to me in a decent manner what was happening with my order . He said "lady I don't know what you don't understand, you are asking me something that I already told you". Throwing his hands above his head twice stating "what don't you understand, I can't do anything else for you". When I address about his attitude he walked away stating "bye" and talking aloud to other employees about me . Why do I keep coming here to what is possibly the worst McDonalds in mid-Michigan.... Used the kiosk then waited 13 minutes to get a double cheeseburger and fry's. This not exactly 'fast food' anymore. What was really frustrating is the poor guy working the counter taking orders then pulling the orders for take out, dinning room and running out drive through to boot. Kitchen completed my order pretty quick then I watched it sit there while he tended to what was clearly too much for one person to handle on there own. My problems: 1. Extended wait time a 2:00 in the afternoon 2. Luke warm food due to the wait 3. Prices have become simply too high for what you get. i just did a curbside pick up at this location and sat there for over a half hour waiting for my food just for me to have to go inside and pick it up myself i ordered at around 12:10/12:15 and my food was completed at 12:32 (they were kinda busy so that is not the problem) I ended up not getting my food till about 12:55 ish and my food is cold, i used to love coming here because it was quick,easy,and cheap and it is none of those things anymore it says on the tickets when they are printed what time they were printed (which they don't print the tickets until the food is done) I am so extremely disappointed in this building they went from being one of the best in mid-michigan to the worst no doubt about it. read more

Worst young people are rude. I always order an ice tea with very light ice. The girl hands me my tea chuck full of ice. I told her I asked for very light ice, she says I poured some of it out. PLEASE I'm not pay almost $2 for a cup of ice. She just stood there and I had to tell her to remake it. We don't like your kind out here, take your attitude back to the Flint. Went to McDonald's to expect everything to go well, Well got the complete opposite. I noticed that it was slow from the start at the back window, when I got to the back window the boy didn't know how to use anything, he apologized and it's not his fault it shows he wasn't trained correctly at all. Then the cash machine wasn't working after they just gave the people in front of us change even had a manager back there to help, Got told to pull up to the second window and I ordered a iced coffee off of my point and the manager just ignored it and kept asking for the code which I gave them, gave me my food and one drink and told me to have a good day and just walked away without giving me my coffee we wait a few minutes and they still didn't give us our coffee so we just drove away. I know times are hard right now but at least pay attention to customers and train people properly read more

Slow service. I did a mobile order and ordered outside before even going in. I saw order after order go out before my order was given to me. If I was last in line that would be one thing but I ordered before many people inside and I even saw cars at the end of the drive thru line get there food before I did. And if they had to cook my food I would get that but they didn't I saw both of my sandwiches sitting there for almost 10 min and I know that time frame cause I was on a phone call for 9 min with my coworker. And double check your food if you ask for it special I asked for extra pickles and onions and I didn't get any so had to go back up and get that fixed too. read more
