I didn't feel like this would be the type of shop that would care about tasting notes and whatnot, but I might've just gotten the wrong thing. Not the specialty, third wave type of coffee though. The vibe was pretty nice too. The barista was pleasant and they had chill music playing that could be heard easily when ordering. All things considered, Travelin' Tom isn't too bad. I've definitely had worse experiences with coffee related food trucks. Give them a try if you see them somewhere!
