I was in a happy mood... o Approached the drive up order board o It took five times to understand the woman talking to me asking if I was using the McDonald's app o I finally understood her and said no o Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese... and a vanilla shake. o it was hard to understand her the entire time o I politely asked her to talk slower. No joy. o At the payment window she saw I was using Apple Pay. o My phone was prepared properly, but she had not prepared the system on her end. It finally was successful. o I told her that I liked her accent but hoped she would realize that when she talks so fast... with the sound coming from the speaker in the outdoor order board, people cannot understand her. o She was only mildly interested in my comment. o Proceeded to the pick up window... o A young man handed me the bag with my food and the shake. o Unfortunately it was chocolate not vanilla. o He was with me for one second, close the window, then left so I could not discuss the shake. o Had to honk the horn to get anyone's attention. o Woman who took the order was now at the pick up window. o I was holding the shake o She opened the window and said "a chocolate shake" I said, "no I ordered a vanilla shake" o She grabbed the shake, walked away, tossed it in the trash, and returned with a vanilla shake. o Then immediately close the window, turned around and left. It would be helpful if McDonald's would: o Train people to talk slowly and clearly. o Keep in mind, the person speaking, hopefully knows what they're saying. The person listening is just finding okut. o Coach ordertakers on the proper use of a noise canceling microphone which DOES NOT work unless it's quite close to the mouth. o Adjust volume so the order taker can be heard at the order board. I was so excited to finally walk in to a location that offered dine-in or take-out. But I knew I came to the right place when I saw multiple people eating inside or getting a to-go order. I liked the overall vibe of the place while I waited to order and while waiting for my food. Yet it was definitely worth it, as a result of the cool and friendly employees. I took my two cheeseburger meal to-go and really enjoyed the freshness of my meal. I also liked how the fries tasted just right, because with fries I never know, no matter the place. Was looking so forward to having a one and only quarter pounder deluxe and fries. When I opened the box I was surprised and so disappointed. First I couldn't figure out how to get it out and when I looked Gunther I saw why. The burger looked like it was not even put together. The bottom of the bun, the cheese and meat were not together. I try to stay away from fast food and haven't been to a McDonald's in awhile. I'm not specifically picking a certain location, it's all of them. I can't believe I paid $4.59 for a stinking fish sandwich. Just the sandwich, not a meal. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Put it on the $1 menu. I could be cheap and buy a box of Mrs Paul's fish fillets, a pack of Krafts cheese singles, and 8 hamburger buns and eat for a week for about $15. Or go big and buy some walleye, fry it up, get some deli cheese, nice buns from bakery and still save money. Needless to say, I will no longer be giving McDonald's my business anymore. My experience started with the anticipation of trying their new cbo angus burger. Had to wait even though I was the only customer inside and they only had one order for the drive thru. 5 or 6 employees were standing around talking about coupons. Finally got my order and noticed they had a lot of trash laying around the prep area on the floor and in the dinning area a fourth of the tables had not been cleaned. The area that has the pop and napkins was filthy and there was trash on the floor in front of the pop counter. After one of there employees came and got his pop and napkins and seemed oblivious to the mess I mentioned it to who I think was the manager and he had someone come and clean the dining area. They did seem to neglect actually cleaning the floor. So I went to take a bite of my burger and they forgot to put bacon on the cheddar/bacon/onion angus burger. After they made bacon for my sandwich which was no longer very warm I dumped out my large fry (I love their fries) and 80% of my fries were less than an inch long and all were not exactly warm. I want to also mention I used the drive thru about a month ago and had to pull up to the window where you get your food because after waiting 5 minutes and nobody came to take our order I pulled around and had to knock loudly on their window to gets somebodys attention I was told I had to drive back around to order. Guess what? Three other cars used the drive thru and I had to wait at the end of the line. Anyway eat here at your own risk. read more

I have to agree with all of the other reviews. We have NEVER gotten fresh fries. If you go through the drive through, you MUST open and check the bag BEFORE you leave because something WILL be either wrong or missing! The people who work here could not care less about the quality of the food they are serving. Hard buns, sloppily made sandwiches, i.e. the cheese hasn't even been tried to be close to centered on the bun, the tartar sauce is squirted off to the side, missing most of the sandwich, etc. Some of the employees just stand around while there are people waiting to have their orders taken. What is up with that??? Okay, so they want (or got) higher hourly wages, BUT do they realize that they have to WORK for it??? 9am on a Saturday. We were the only table eating inside. Every table was disgusting. Napkins, food, sticky pop residue. Floor unbelievable. Said something to Mgr, she indicated she would talk to maintenance as 2 employees sat on coffee hour. Sad considering it looks from the decor it is one of the most recent franchises. Huge flat screen TV, except for the cords hanging down 3 ft and "searching for signal" flashing the whole time! Wonder how the Kitchen looks!??! First off i ordeded a cheeseburger happy meal with ONLY ketchup on the cheeseburger.They instead gave me a regular cheeseburger. I returned it and asked for my original order. I got that burger and i took a bite out of it and my face turned to disgust. There was tons of salt on the burger but for some reason i ate 75% of it. That night i got food poisoning (not entirely sure it was McDonald's but pretty sure it was) I experienced the worst pain. I could not stop vomiting and having dry heaves. At 2am i finaly went to the hospiatal they gave me an IV and slept until 7am. After that i went home and vomited 2 more times and then i was back to normal. Me and my guy got off work early yesterday around 1030pm (we work late shift) and decided to stop at this mcdonald for food, I ordered 2 big mac meals for both of us at the drive thru. As I was driving us home I ate one of the fries and had one of the drink which was ok. When we got home and were about to eat our big mac I looked and saw that only the top section of it had a patty and the bottom didn't, my guy also checked his and same thing. Right away I called that mcdonald up and the guy who claim he just got there and was the upper management couldn't really do anything for us.
