We were waiting in line at the drive-through whilst three other cars were served before us that arrived after us. We were asked our order, but the speaker was very quiet. We then got confirmation the order was received and proceeded to drive to the first window upon getting there, we were told that there was no order put in and that we would have to drive back around and wait in line to put our order in again as they could not do it through the first window. The first window where we have made adjustments to previous orders in the past. We then proceeded to the second window where they hand out the food, where we asked the manager or we believe the person that was the manager what the order protocol was and how the system operates as the situation has just occurred. We were rudely dismissed and talked down to and when I asked for the managers name to quote in this complaint, I was told by the staff member/manager at the window that she would not be giving out that information and to leave. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had with McDonald's in the last 30 years . Hell I worded for your company back in the 90s. That manager needs disciplinary action taken. She was more worried about her drive-through times than customer satisfaction. read more
