Menu: The burger menu was rather light on options, so I went with the first burger and added bacon for $3, an extra meat patty for $5 and another piece of cheese for $1. They had 4 different basic burger options as well as fries/onion rings and a range of drinks including coke, milkshakes and beer. Food: Starting off with the positives. The Angus beef was amazing. It was juicy and cooked well. The bacon was perfect, not sloppy, yet not too tough; nice and crisp. I was extremely pleased with the burger flavour. The 'Special Betty Sauce' though just tasted like garlic aioli. The fries in the other hand were cold and not very pleasant. Staff: The staff were all great. The fact that they organised seats while we waited made us feel important. We even had a very young worker ask us if we needed any rubbish removed from the table during our meal which was nice. Pros: Excellent customer service, great burgers. Cons: Drinks (coke) were way too small for the greasiness of the meal. We had to go and buy another drink at the end, there was no meal Deal. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, while tasty was nothing special nor spicy. The crinkle cut fries are good, arrived hot and crisp. The "thick shake" was anything but, don't get me wrong it was tasty, but not thick. The hamburger was tasty and well done. So a bit of a mixed bag. I liked the ambiance of the food court at this mall. I like the outdoor feeling was nice, but it was getting a little hot in the day for this open air concept. Decently average.

The food is always awful especially the "famous chips" Some burgers and rolls aren't made daily and microwaved before they are given to customers. Don't bother wasting your money.
