The young blonde female cashier was extremely welcoming and friendly and answered any questions we had. She even informed us that there was a Freddy's app that you can use to redeem points! I wish I got her name but she was amazing. Food came out at a good time and was good portions. Food was pretty tasty, I think the steakburger meat was a tadddd on the salty side but could've just been that batch. String fries were soooo good. Loaded tots were not my personal cup of tea but still pretty good. Probably should've tried the chili ones instead. They do have a decent variety menu and some good sauces to choose from, as well as specialty drinks like orange creamsicle soda. Overall I give this first trip a 8.7/10 and will be coming back to try their dessert menu!

Great cookie to shake ratio. Honestly I would order the combo again. It's pricey but good quality all around. I wish they had more food options that weren't dependent on cheese. I ordered the senior cheeseburger with no cheese, but the flavors were really imbalanced without the cheese. It ended up tasting way too acidic with the mustard and pickles. It was my least favorite thing on the menu. I wish they added tomato and thousand island to the burger. Freddy's reminded us of a fancier in n out. We enjoyed our meals and would be happy to try other items on the menu and I will be dreaming about that Oreo concrete for many days to come.

I didn't finish everything in one day, so I had to reheat the leftovers a couple of times, and the food still tasted pretty decent. Overall, it's a great place to go if you're craving Chinese food or just don't want to cook and need to put something on the table quickly.

This restaurant was the closest and had sufficient parking, as it wasn't yet the dinner rush. Upon entering, I was greeted by the female cashier and noticed two other parties dining. I ordered the beef kabob plate. The flavors were okay overall--the hummus was good, the salad was fresh, though the dressing lacked seasoning. The rice wasn't as fluffy as I've had at other spots. Overall, this is a decent option if there aren't many alternatives nearby. It wasn't bad, just not memorable compared to others I've tried. I'd encourage those curious to try it and judge for themselves. Wishing the restaurant continued success.

I understand that restaurants can get busy, but customers should still be treated with patience and given a moment to place their order without feeling pressured or rushed. I think there's some variability whether you get a patient and helpful cashier or not. Either way, the food and dishes are pretty solid and tasty. I like that none of the burgers or meats have any additives or fillers like one of the posters on the wall says. It's getting harder and harder to have a consistent meal without knowing what actually ends up on your plate. I think the seasoning can be a little uneven between trips. I remember my last trip to Freddy's having everything being on the salty side. This time, everything was actually pretty well seasoned without being oversaturated with salt. My meal is usually a dine-in experience. I've never had trouble with finding a seat or waiting a long time for an order. The shakes and custard are all an excellent treat as well. I think when there's so many fast food chains in the area from Carl Jr's to McDonald's, it's easy to forget that you can have a local place with the right ingredients and tasty burgers at affordable prices.

AMY. A. from Freddy's asked for more info and sent me a SURVEY link to REWRITE the review I ALREADY POSTED and answer additional pages of hilariously absurd questions, if one bothered to read my review. Example: Q: "How would you rate the taste of your food?" A: I didn't get any food. My family was kicked out before we could order because we sent back fries before and made the CEO cry apparently. Q: "How would you rate the overall atmosphere of the restaurant?" A: TERRIBLE! We got thrown out! Seems Freddy's prefers to respond performatively while ducking their customers. However I DID complete the survey (sober, I might add) and I ALSO sent my contact info to Freddy's UNPUBLISHED CORPORATE EMAILS: info@freddysusa.com and feedback@freddysusa.com. Thank YOU, Pissed Consumer! https://www.pissedconsumer.com This is conspiratorial but I think the delay is more than cowardice. I think they're waiting until their in-store CCTV footage deletes itself. If Mgmt lies and says we caused a ruckus (WE DIDN'T.) our story would be IMMEDIATELY corroborated by the camera footage. BUT if a company lets the footage EXPIRE, they can claim there's no evidence of either party's story, washing their hands of the whole situation and burying their heads in their wads... of cash. My attorney seems to agree with this but I have no idea cuz I haven't been contacted in half a month! But I have to wonder why no one from corporate can pick up a phone. I am a working professional too! If any vendor or collaborator called me with a problem as heinous as the one my family faced, I'd be on the phone the same day, within the hour, or drive out to meet them in person. This lack of followup is insanely unprofessional.
