I mean if I had an option of zero stars I would use it. The drive-thru service is horrendous. Don't even bother asking for ranch or any other sauce for your meal if you're lucky you'll get one not mention the napkins which they always seem to forget to put them in bag. I know it's fast food can't expect great service but with the high cost of the food, I do expect to be provided with napkins and the sauce I'd like to be able to enjoy my meal. read more

They can NEVER get your order correct. Most of the staff do not speak English and get angry if you do not speak Spanish. They are rude, long wait times, poor quality of service and food, they refuse to fix their mistakes. When you try to get it corrected, they can't understand you because they can't speak English, then they get mad. They make fun of English speaking Americans and are amongst the most RACIST people I have ever met. Get it together McDonalds corporate and clean up Nogales, Arizona McDonalds! Disgusting! read more

All new and refurbished! I'm sure gonna miss the old playground. They made it a little smaller but now it's modern for the new generations. Anyway, ordering in this store is way easier and faster than before, I haven't seen any long lines since they put the order screens, so the credit or debig payment's pretty easy and has cash option also. It's comfortable, the entire interior design is modern too. I think mcdonald's is evolving for good. Also the personnel is very welcoming. Pretty nice for a total remodeling eh? read more

I just want to say to all people to be careful with your children at McDonalds. My child got poked with a needle there about 2.5 years ago. From this you can see how clean they are. Also, how irresponsible that person was to leave the needle. It was by one of the windows The manager in duty at that time showed no care. He didn't offer assistance, he just turned away. Let me just say that I am not an eater of fast food nor a regular customer of McDonalds. On a long road trip sometimes things happen and food is necessary regardless of where, why or how you get it. In this case, the where was McDonalds of Nogales. Being that I'm not a fan of fast food of any kind, my review is service based only. The staff at this location is phenomenal. Very friendly, attentive, quick and concise. I was blown away at the customer service we received. When my debit card was declined, right after successfully using to complete 1 order (due to the bank flagging for fraud use...see how much I never eat fast food), the associate gave my 9 yr old traveling companion a complimentary breakfast sandwich. Very impressive that she graciously extended this offer with a genuine smile. Great job McDonalds of Nogales! Even if it weren't for the free sandwich, I would have written this review anyway based on the great attitudes and service these guys offered us! read more

Ok although I'm not a fast food fan even I get the hankering sometimes. As a note my reviews are based on the market and restaurant type - I don't compare fast food to a chef owned restaurant. I typically expect McDonald's to be fast, efficient, and have consistent food quality. I walked up, and although 2 people at the front had to wait 5 minutes to get my order taken with only 1 person in front of me. My order was taken as a "to go" order as asked. I didn't use drive through as it seemed sluggish when I pulled up. Even though to go, they didn't give my cup so I could prepare that while waiting. Odd as typically they give those out first. Anyway my order was a simple 2 cheeseburger combo meal. I had to wait about 5-6 minutes for my meal to be given. It was handed to me as if "thanks but no thanks". No biggie but she placed my drink cup lip down on the counter. Why the issue? The counter top was dirty and now the lip of my cup was sitting on it. Ok now the food. I love the fries at mcdonalds but these were lousy. They were barely warm and had the color and texture of dried out sticks. They had an over abundance of salt too. The burger were made properly and actually matched the picture pretty well. These were only slightly warm too. The bun may have been a bit dried out too. Even though I eat fast food rarely this didn't meet my expectations for the type or a mcdonalds. read more

Horrible! Terrible! The worst McDonald's ever. They never get anything right. The female workers there are rude! They take forever. I realize it is McDonald's but seriously the people working there hate their jobs. I am sure there are people who would be willing to do their jobs with a better attitude. I would go so far as to say this is the worst McDonald's in southern Arizona. Maybe even in this whole state. Coffee is never done right. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger . OMG the onions looked like the were from the day before yesterday. The cheese wasnt even melted. The mushrooms tasted like they got them out if the jar and threw them it. I had the same burger at McDonald's in GreenValley and it was awesome I dont mind paying 10.00 for a GOOD burger.
