We picked up coffee to go. I had used the app to order ahead. When we arrived only one of the coffees was ready. A staff member let me know they were out of skim milk and if there was another milk I'd like. I let them know and they promptly completed my coffee order. They said good-bye with a smile. I'm retired military, so a cup of fresh hot coffee and donuts are a true GI treasure for me. There are times when I've had 3-day old reheated coffee. Times when the coffee was poured into an Igloo after it had Tang in it. Now there's a real treat. Coffee made from used grounds. Coffee in the rain, howling 60mph winds. Walk outside in the middle of a Monsoon thunderstorm with a cup of coffee in your hand and try to drink it. Enjoy! Coffee in paper cups that had been used half a dozen times - by different people 'cause you couldn't get your own cup. And you couldn't waste the water to rinse them out. "Sharesies", ya know. Or in the Middle East where it's 125 with the wind chill and there's no iced coffee. Oh, if you don't have bottled water, using local water can give you dysentery, depending on how long you've been on site and whether or not you've adjusted to conditions. Most times you were so exhausted that little bit of wake-me-up was the only thing that kept you functioning. You can probably tell this cup of coffee is important to me. Here, it took five people ten minutes to serve me one cup of coffee and I stood there watching them the whole time make drink after drink after drink for others in the drive through while I patiently waited inside. Not hard to miss since I was the only person there. Not the first time, either. Repeat offenders. Thought about a confrontation, but I didn't, and don't, get the sense they give a bleep. Thought about the manager. Glad I didn't waste my time with that after checking other reviews. So, add me to the list. I've never put a stop watch on how long it takes me to pour my coffee at home, but I think I can get it done in under five seconds..... Good grief, people. If they'd have done this to folks in the line, if you know what that is, an officer would have taken very large chunks out of their ***es. Here's some advice. When someone orders a cup of coffee, pour the damn thing smartly and serve it immediately. A smile couldn't hurt. Horrible service. Since the place has a Baskin Robbin's inside. I asked for a cup of ice cream with one scoop of chocolate and one of strawberry. And before I tried it. I noticed the "strawberry " was looking way too white and weird. And my bf tried it and said that that no way is strawberry. And turns out it was a cherry nut type of ice cream. I'm allergic to all nuts and thank god I looked at my ice cream first. The employees are always rude. Always with awful faces and really moody. And to top it off, my order is ALWAYS WRONG. How do you mess up the only order there? The times I've been there, it's been empty so how can you mess up my order every time? There's no other customers for you to keep messing up. This place has the worst customer service. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I love Dunkin coffee. But they are so rude here in Nogales. The other day I ordered a extra large hot chamomile tea and asked for 2 tea bags since it's a larger cup and the girl refused. Said I have to pay double . I said a small and a medium and a large should have different amount of tea since more hot water she said no I would have to pay for 2 extra large teas if I want 2 tea bags in an extra large . And today my husband picks up our mobile order and my cup of peppermint signature mocha latte felt very light it was only half and no didn't even take 1 sip . Even if whipped cream got diluted should still be more than half way full . I'm done with Dunkin Nogales looks like Starbucks it is. I will miss Dunkin but not the horrible customer service. read more

On Dunkin's website it states that they open at 4:30 am i was waiting outside for 20 minutes, and not only that but there was an employee with red hair who made eye contact with me and gave me a dirty look, and right after she just completely ignored me, i really did not appreciate it at all, but i continued to wait for 5 minutes before i left the, service is completely terrible. They were completely unorganized and were more worried about the music than getting things done. read more

I stopped this morning before work to purchase a doz. Donuts Cashier "Jeanette" asked me what I wanted. "I want a doz. donuts. 6 glazed and 6 chocolate cake donuts." so I drive up to the window and she asks me again which kind of chocolate donuts I wanted. She stated we have chocolate frosting, chocolate Bavarian cream filled and the glazed chocolate donuts that have the chocolate cake. I said Yes those. She then went on to say "That way your not confused and YOU DON'T CONFUSE US....." ok great thank you. got my order and left.... and guess what! got to work to find they had given me 6 chocolate frosted donuts... tried calling them. googled business. left message for call back... I've gone twice and both times my order was incorrect. It's new business. Thank you for educating me on your donut selection please educate all your employees as well... read more
