Actually went surprisingly well. When I saw the reviews, I was terrified I'd die, but there wasn't another easily close McDonald's and the person who was driving really wanted some for the long drive home. We each got fries and she got a mocha frappe from the drive thru. The worker was really sweet. We got our food fast and it was all really good. The fries were nice and hot. Every time I come here, there's something wrong with the only reason I continue to come here is because if you know this location then you know it's either here or Burger King. They get your order wrong almost every time. And the service is horrendous, you come here and they mess it up. Don't matter day or night, they mess it up. The staff are nice but most of them don't have a clue what's going on. Managers are nice, but have no control on the food line. Do NOT go to this McDonald's. I ordered a simple order. A plain hamburger and a large fry. Was told it would only be 1-2 minutes for fries. I waited. Lady behind me got her food quick and left. I waited. Two more customers left. A worker came out and asked if I had a delux sandwich I said no . Mined you this was 15 min already if I hadn't paid I would have just left. Then this one lady came back holding a bag she was in scrubs so I figured she was on her break and she said she thinks they gave her my meal. They did. She went in and came out about 5 minutes later and said they were making a fresh meal for me. All in all I waited almost 25-30 minutes for food and I didn't get one apology and all she said was the guy was goofing all wasn't paying attention to orders Ridiculous. I emailed the management no response back at all. I don't think management cares how customers are treated and I highly recommend people to not go to McDonald's I went to Burger King for my friends meal I ordered, paid and got my meal in less then 5 minutes. The service is absolutely ridiculous... it took a half hour or more to get my sons food; then the girl that was bringing the food out for the parked cars she came to the car 3 times asking if we got this order and it wasn't my sons. There is no organization, no communication, and all these young ass teens working there but not doing their job correctly. It does not take this long to get through a fast food drive through. This is by far one of the worse experiences I've had in this McDonald's. I would recommend if your going to stop here for food make sure your night is free and your not in a rush. read more

I would love to provide a better review of this McDonald's. The only problem is that I have been here several times and each time is worse than the previous time. I feel it necessary to make a review that is honest and fair based on my experiences over repeated visits. The staff that work here at the drive-thru are not generally very professional and do not look clean-cut. It is often hard to understand them through the drive-thru window. I don't know if they do not speak up or if there is something wrong with the speakers but many times orders have had to be repeated numerous times back and forth. I thought that in my last visit if I ordered something very simple the order would surely come out perfectly. Alas, my high hopes were dashed! I ordered the maple oatmeal that comes with fruit. I asked for no cream. The consistency of the oatmeal was acceptable although the oatmeal was not very warm. Other McDonald's provide the fruit and maple oatmeal hot. Other McDonald's also provide the fruit in a packet so that I can add the fruit in as I desire. This particular McDonald's provides the oatmeal with the fruit already mixed in. The only thing that I find as fruit in the oatmeal is apple slices. No raisins, no cranberry, no other additions that I have found in other fruit and maple oatmeal at other McDonalds. If you look in my photo, you'll see the skimpy portion. And don't get me started on wait time. It is not so crowded to account for such slow service. This is the worst service I have ever seen for a McDonald's. It used to be great under the previous owner, but unfortunately he passed away and the new owners don't care. There is nothing "fast" in this fast food restaurant. Even if you are the only customer in the drive through they have you pull off the timing sensor and wait and wait and wait for your food. You can expect to wait 20 minutes or more for your food. The counter staff has no clue what is going on. They would rather be on their cell phone than wait on customers. One thing that I like is that this McDonald's location seems to be one of the first sites for all of the new releases that Corporate creates. I frequent this location. Today was the last straw and we will NOT be coming anymore! Last time I was in an employee was picking his ear and playing with his hair in the aervice area. I pointed it out to the manager on duty, she sent him to wash his hands. Fine. Today though there is a male grill employee with long hair. His hair is hanging in his face abobe the food. No hair tie or hair net. I'm certified in food safety and even if I wasn't I would have still had an issue with this. Not only that but said employee didn't appear to be very clean to begin with. I called the manager aside and politely brought it to her attention. She said he can't put his hair back... Well um, then he should either cut it or not work with food!!! Worst McDonald's , so incredibly slow, you wait forever for your food and then if you're at the drive-through window you have to pull ahead and wait even longer and they don't give you napkins, food is sometimes barely warm, I ordered a coffee drink at the drive thru and after 15 minutes when I didn't get it I walked inside and they haven't even started making it yet!
