The cashiers are rude and not. Helpful . The manager is also lacking in professionalism. Encouraging the teenage workers to be obnoxious and not helpful . Worst location there is . read more

We arrived at 9:13 and chose to drive through. After placing our order we were instructed to park at curbside #3. 10 minutes later an order came out and they tried to deliver it to #2. They declined the order. The employee then skipped us , going to #4. They also said "nope". I looked like said employee was headed to #5. I banged on the window. We got our order. She handed a coffee to Dad. The lid promptly popped off. One of the sandwiches was stacked sloppy and tossed into the bag unwrapped. It tasted good and the coffee was correct- but- All in all I would say this joint is deserving of its 15 one star reviews. read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Moulton, Alabama

Genuinely the worst McDonalds I've EVER been to. I ordered ahead online and still waited nearly 10 minutes in the drive through before even being greeted with only 2 people ahead of me. Was not even spoken to at the window, just handed my stuff which was wrong. I ordered a 6pc happy meal with extra fries rather than aprs (received apples), no toy (got a toy), and honey mustard, which I also did not get along with no straw. just horrible customer service overall. read more

For a restaurant that has curbside options. They really do not care about their curbside customers. Wanted to skip the line but always having to go inside cuz the cars in the drive thru line made it around the building. I paced my order before I arrived and still waited 20 mins read more

Went downhill fast. Long waits inside, drive thru, and dont even try the app. No one seems to care, managers included. There are plenty of other places to eat in town, so just pass this one up until things get better. read more

Good if you wanna clean your system out, I ain ever ate something and 20 mins later puked and shit all over the place. All I got was a frappe and 2 McDoubles. I'm almost thinking I got poisoned because why would you eat some food then now your whole body hurts. I pray for anybody that goes there. Be prepared to shit on yourself. read more

Consistent mistakes at this location. I've gotten used to them messing up my coffee order (after all, a large iced coffee with three creams, no sugar, no flavor IS pretty difficult to make ) but today I paid $5.39 for a bacon quarter pounder and guess what? No bacon! It even had the grill ticket on it saying it was supposed to have bacon on it. One would think that someone making $14.50 an hour could do something as simple as put bacon on a sandwich. If it was the odd occurrence, I'd understand, but this location consistently messes up my order. read more

Got in there and got my order taken, waited over 20 minutes. Got in my vehicle and we were missing a sandwich and the fry's were wrong and tasted like they were in the fish fryer. No body acts like they care about anything there. read more

If you want to ever get food do not go here. Waited 15 minutes for chicken nuggets that never came

Passing through to go to church. Stopped at McDonalds. Ordered a sausage McMuffin and a Hash brown. Asked for the muffin to be lightly toasted extra butter egg well done (WHICH I DIDNT GET). By the time I paid and got to the second window they was holding the bag out. I ask if they cook that sandwich that quick (which I know they didn't) the girl at the window asked and came back stating " she said she did" when I opened and looked at the sandwich the muffin was burned and over cooked now that's not lightly toasted!!!! I sent it back in and asked if I could get what I requested.... I pulled down with out them asking me too. parked my vehicle got out and went in. TO MY SUPRISE THE WOMAN ON THE GRILL WAS REDOING THAT SAME SANDWICH!!!!! WHAT THE WORLD.... Another manager walked past me and went out the door then came back to give me that same sandwich from the first time. I waited til she came back in and called her in question about them remaking the same sandwich over.... I told her that sandwich had gone out the window and that I had it in my car and sent it back in because it was not right and at that moment they had it on the table trying to redo it. I told her that she knew that was not right and against the health code. She went to redo it but had something to say while walking away. Then had something to say to the other cook because she turned and looked at me. Glad I went in to see the behavior of these people didn't want them spitting or picking it up off the floor to serve it back to me! So sad TO THE POINT WHEN YOU ASK FOR FRESH FOOD THEY 'BOUT PASS OUT.... THE CUSTOMERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY WANT IT SHOULD NEVER BE A PROBLEM OR A INCONVIENCE read more

We ordered SPICY McChickens and they gave us regular ones. Fries weren't salted and the drinks tasted weird, almost dusty. The only thing they did right was give only 3 of our 6 mcchickens mayo like we asked. read more

Got our very large order right the first time and hooked us up with a whole bunch of sauces! Very nice people working at the windows.

Absolutely gone downhill . Even with the new dual drive thru the wait time has become unbelievable. They are timed for service on the drive through so they now have 3 place s to pull you over to wait for your food. Which will then in turned be overcooked or cold. Waiting in the lobby is more frustrating because of the enormous pressure to get drive thru service done within a time frame set by corporate the lobby will back up waiting for orders. I used to love going and getting their great deals but corporate policies about attention and speed to serve the drive thru customers has left every aspect severely lacking to include quality of the food and the food service workers. The high turnover on employees always leave untrained workers by themselves trying to figure out menus that are complicated and always need a MANAGER override for any mistake. Corporate is killing McDonalds as a family favorite. Also forget the all day breakfast it is either so hard you can't eat it or burnt. read more

This place was absolutely filthy, trash on counters, right by trash can, trash on floors, tables sticky. Afraid to even check out the restroom. Workers shouting at each other, long wait, (certainly not fast food). Plumbers working behind the counter with loud tools, dirty clothes..left with a prayer that we get home without food poisoning. read more

Their fries were cooked so long the other day we had to throw entire lot out normally would make them do them over didn't have time to turn around and goback read more

This is probably the worst location in all of North Alabama. My wife likes McDonald's coffee drinks therefore I am forced to use this location. Today: ordered a 10 piece McNugget with hot mustard dipping sauce , regular cheese burger no onions, half and half tea. Got no dipping sauce, burger had onions, and fries were old and no salt. Typical Moulton McDonald's experience for me. Black coffee my wife got was fine! Hard to mess that up! read more

Very busy night after the fair stopped by and ordered quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal, got all the way home and they didn't put a single strip of bacon on it, this has happened several times with other menu options, very disappointed, they don't even try, they just throw it together and have no concern about what the customer ordered or wants, terrible and I'm pissed read more

It took 15 minutes for me to get a coffee because there were 5 workers just standing around. Very disappointed. Will not be going back

Apparently the management is non existent at this location. I go by this McDonald's on my way to work and several times I have waited at the drive thru and never got a response. I went by this morning and there were 3 people waiting at the drive thru and no one was able to place an order. I dont know if they just cant get things going when they open or they just dont care. Either way it is a poor way to run a business. I'm guessing the name on the building is the only reason this place is still open. read more

service here is horrible. if your workers would actually listen to what the customers then maybe you'd get the order right. start listening until the customer gets done ordering and then you'll get your orders right ! read more
