I know there are an overwhelming number extremely negative reviews for this location, but I just don't see it. This was the first time stopping here since we're not from the area. We were on the road for a few hours and just needed a restroom and a quick bite to eat. There were multiple cars in line at the drive-thru and groups of people scattered throughout the restaurant. We placed our orders on touchscreens (I guess all McDonalds have moved to this style to order food) and I ran to the restroom while we waited. The restroom was fairly clean for a fast food restaurant. After returning from the restroom and finding my wife, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The gentleman who brought our food to the table was professional and courteous. The order came out correctly and the food was hot. It tasted exactly how I remember McDonalds tasting. While I'm not a McDonalds fan in general, based on our experience, this location is worth the stop whether you frequent McDonalds often or just have a craving for McDonalds. read more

I waited for 30 minutes 20 minutes to closing to get my food. Very trashy place where the night supervisor is the nastiest person. Got my money and afterwards gave me attitude and a long wait. You would've thought I was eating at a 5 star restaurant. read more

This visit was perfect ! Long line at drive thru went very quickly. Very pleasant employees in the drive thru windows. My order was correct and all the food was served hot. Upgraded my hamburger happy meal to have cheese and hit the jackpot - 2 slices for a minimal up charge! I have stopped here before and also had a good experience. This will be a regular McDonald's stop when in the area. Perhaps the older reviews have been answered with new management. Only thing I can add is that the surrounding parking lot can be cleaned up if the wind blown paper trash. read more

Update : I decided to take pictures as "evidence" towards what's going on first I'm going to start off by saying today it took everything I could to go to mc donalds this morning cause everytime I do as I mentioned in my other review the REPEATED HARRASMENT TOWARDS ME IS BOTHERSOME!! (in the back of my mind I said watch they are going to do it again on purpose) So this all started because one day I decided to complain to one of the managers there about repeatedly giving me cold food and then also would let me pay for my order but wouldn't tell me something they didnt have so they would just throw something else in the bag without telling me then the NEXT DAY IT WAS LIKE EVERYTHING CHANGED! They started harassing me every single time I would come in and order they would on purpose NOT give me what I pay for at first I thought how in the world can mc donalds allow mangers to basically attempt to "STEAL" MONEY From me by purposely NOT giving me what I ordered eventho it's clearly on my receipt!! My Husband said to me you need to do something about that cause NOW CLEARLY I SEE what they are doing to you and you are DEAF! Also whenever I order food thru the app and park in the numbers they will NOT BRING ME MY FOOD EITHER IT SHOULD ALL BE ON CAMERA TOO! I sat in my car for nearly 45 minutes I kept track of the time too and then I got out and walked inside my bag of food was sitting on the counter as if no one wanted to bring it out 2 me!!! I am soo shocked at how managers are allowed to run this place and even when I asked for the number to human resources she gave me a FAKE NUMBER!!!! The drive thru was excessively slow and when i finally got up to the intercom i was just sitting there as two cars from the other line proceeded through. I started yelling hello at the intercom while i could hear the guy having a conversation with someone about who had my lane. I had to repeat my order several times, big mac meal dr pepper and a cheeseburger with extra pickles. After an eternity I reached the pick up window and the lady was about to hand me the wrong order, when she handed me the correct one i checked and the cheeseburger was missing. I informed her of this and had to repeat it a couple of times and she checked the monitor and finally got back to me and said you only paid for the big mac meal. My reply was but i ordered a cheeseburger, she just looked at me like i was asking her to solve the riddle of the sphinx and just wanted me to go away, so i took her cue. On the way home my first indication something else was wrong with the order when i sipped my dr pepper that tasted suspiciously like root beer ( i didn't even know you guys sold root beer). First you have silence for up to 5 minutes at the drive thru... and after saying hello about 4 times... aomeone finally answers in a voice that would indicate that I am bothering THEM... after you order you then question if you actually came to a fast food place ... the wait time is astonishing and never less than 5 minutes at the window, you'd better check your food because 95% of the time its cold, nothing like a cold fish sandwich or cold McNuggets with some cold fries. So at this point you ponder if you should ask for another meal knowing they will once again roll their eyes at you and act like you are the problem... so this was my third time with the same horrible non existent, unapologetic service... 3 strikes your out. A store that doesn't care about breakfast. They are guaranteed to disappoint you precisely 100% of the time when you order a McGriddle. This is no exaggeration either. The people working here are incapable of producing a McGriddle correctly. It's always an undercooked doughy flimsy piece of inedible garbage that you will spit out into their bag on your way to buy food from their competitor. Even when it's not undercooked and doughy, it's still a soggy flimsy and disgusting, as if it were cooked several days before and then microwaved to be reused. Walked into the bathrooms to wash my hands before i ate and ordered food and a woman who worked there walked out of a stall and passed me. Didn't wash her hands or anything. This is what kind of employees work here. *barf* I decided to go elsewhere. She's the one with the really really long winged eyeliner, short, young ,and can possibly fly away if she blinked fast enough. Oh and nobody knows how to clean anything. I stopped in one night to have a late dinner with my friend. We ordered a few sandwich meals and waited way too long. I asked for no onions dues to allergies, both quarter pounders had huge slivers of onions. Apparently, the cashier typed "no onions" and no one could understand that. SMH. I had to bring my food back two times, each time they redid my sandwich, there was still onions on it. Food allergies are no joke and if you can't get your crew to understand that, I won't be back. I watched the one lady make my first sandwich and then she picked off the onions that she had put on it. I can NOT have onions nor the juice of it. I tried to speak the the guy that was walking around in a suit, as he appeared to be a manager or owner. He was like oh okay, they will take care of it. Not a good impression to make as you are relaunching your new building. Invest in training and letting your employees know that food allergies are serious and with mine, I could end up in the hospital with major abdominal issues. I tried applying there and the assistant manager was very rude to me and when i went into the store i told her that i wouldn't be able to take the position because of how many times they had me call in and come in multiple times and i had had enough of it. it was too unorganized and unprofessional that i decided to not take the position. but that's beside the point, when i went to tell the assistant manager (her name was Nikki) she had started walking away and when i tried to explain myself she kept walking and kept saying "okay" which made me feel like they never needed me anyways or didn't even want me to begin with. and then, i could see her talking badly about me because she was pointing exactly where i was standing and saying something. Some things never change at this Milford Delaware store. I wrote a review 6 months ago with the same ole issues at this New Store! Dirty floors and tables.Had not been cleaned,swept or wiped down for hours.Here it is 7:15 pm with 6-7 customers in store and I'm looking at the same thing. Tonight 10/3/18 was one of the worst visits on service ever here. The manager on duty refuses to provide table service. And when requested was informed instead of trying to figure where you are that they just yell your number. Which works good if your not hearing impaired or dealing with walking issues. I am furious with this McDonalds tonight. Am not feeling well and needed to run my Grandson home to Felton. We wanted to get him home before dark but he was hungry so McD's he wanted. Chicken nuggets please. We placed our simple order on the app. and paid. We finally got to the window. Told the young girl our order code #. well, she said ok~we sat there everyone in front of us was gone. Started to get dark...10 minutes later they still could not find our order on their computers (It confirmed with the location guide that we were in the parking lot) so after handing over my phone, repeating our order twice more verbally, they still don't know what our order is...ok lets repeat this one more time as they scribble our order on a piece of paper, at 22 minutes (after getting to the window when we kept track of the time) it's now completely dark, tea was watery and ice was completely melted, no nugget sauce and no napkins we pulled away with a lot of aggravation. I came home to look up to see that I indeed had a charge from this McD's to my bank account for the exact amount of our order. So we did order and pay correctly and had about 25 to thirty minutes of wasted gas and wasted time being accused of not placing the order correctly, maybe we didn't order it from this store... somehow we were to blame for this crappy service and $14 worth of food that was not acceptable. pitch Dark outside.
