DO NOT GO HERE i wouldn't normally bother reviewing a fast food place but oh my god. we just waited in the drive through line for over 40 minutes (there was no way to exit), which meant we missed the breakfast time. It seemed that only two people were working there?? and to finish it off, after all that waiting my food was missing half the ingredients and was lukewarm at best. Hello and let me get to it. 1325 Ridgeway Dr in Memphis TN... This is a McDonald's and in my opinion it needs to fire everyone on staff at night... Let's discuss the following: UN-professional, lack of respect for customers, scamming, and cold food. Whoever the 11:00 manager is, you either had to be gone or drunk or sorry but I'm so serious.... I should have known it was bad, not one car in line at 11:00 PM. That's was a sign but I ignored it.. I will never ever eat at this place again, maybe not another McDonalds in Tennessee. I. Unprofessional- the young Lady said, " hello, welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order"? I said yes, let me get..... (lady starts shouting down girls name), then she said, " hold on a second". 2 Lack of respect- They forgot to hit mute and was discussing some BS after BS, after BS.. which included vulgar language, all kinds of laughing and nonsense... finally she came back. 3. Scamming- I ordered a small burger, a fish sandwich, 1 small fry and a large fry, 2 large sweet teas, price $18 plus dollars. 4. Cold food- fry's were too cold too eat, sweet tea was unsweetened; both of them... ever had a rubber fish sandwich? I did... I gave up trying to eat it. Sorry I didn't take pictures, I was going to call corporate but it won't do any good. You all do me a favor and just by coffee at this spot until it closes! This is not 24 hours. Even though everywhere you look says 24 hours, they will turn you away after midnight and tell you to come back at 5 AM. I travel for work and sometimes I get to my work location when I get there - I really depend on 24 hour locations to be what they advertise. It's a McDonald's. All I expect is for it to be open. read more

Meal was MCDonalds quality and the service went from average to miserable. We asked for a refill to our unsweetened tea. 4 McDonald employees handed our cup off to another, and after 6 minutes no refill. Did I mention my wife and I were the only customers in the restaurant. This place needs several classes in Customer Service. I just watched an employee standing at the end of the counter, just out of view of most of her co-workers for about ten minutes just so she didn't have to help anyone or do anything. I watched a handful of customers wait an excess amount of time before they got their food. Most of them had to ask about their food just to get it. Two patrons had to come into the restaurant from the drive thru and ask where their food was as they hadn't received it I had to repeat my order not once, not twice, but three times before the "spaced out"little-ponytailed" girl could understand that I wanted a #2 Combo with OJ! I have never went to McDonald's and got a hard egg and cheese bagel it was so hard I can bust a car window with it so dry and stale asking me do I want the bagel sauce what bagel sauce??? Worst McDonald's. They're customer service is terrible. When we were finally able to order, after having waited at the speaker for about 5 mins, we get "can I take your order?" We gave our order, no response and then she said again, "can I take your order?" We just gave it to you but ok. After repeating our order, telling her unsweet tea, she said we don't have sweet tea. We said that's ok, we want unsweet. Well, they didn't have tea of any kind at 8:15. We got to the window and the person collecting our order had one earbud in, couldn't decide on what a medium cup looked like, and finally decided on a small one, instead of the medium I ordered and paid for. You can look at the people who work here and tell what kind of service you're about to get. 4/9/22 @ 9:35PM there were several cars in line. We sat there for 15 minutes. Eventually everyone drove off. We pulled up to the front window and a nasty looking female was sitting there on her phone not paying any attention to anyone. Didn't even have the decency to come over the speaker and let people know they were competent enough to be taking orders at the moment. That is why these people work at McDonald's. Avoid like the plague. Came in at 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. None of the automated computers for ordering worked. My son wanted a Mcflurry. The ice cream machine was broken. Cashier left to go on a smoke break, leaving a line of people standing and waiting for ten minutes. About three different annoying loud sirens and buzzers were going off in the kitchen area with everyone in the back standing around like it was a holiday. Someone came around the corner and asked if a cashier was helping us. Large crowd said no. Messed order up and had to call manager to fix it. Several customers walked out. This McDonald's was literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. My husband and I got into Memphis late, and no restaurant was open so we decided to go to this location, waited about 10 minutes in line, and when we got up to the ordering box, we were told they had a shift change and it would be about a 10 minute wait.. I work in customer service and if I ever told a client that they had to wait 10 minutes to check out, I would probably receive a corporate complaint. The management here clearly needs to figure out how to better develop the work schedule. read more

Well, in reading the prior reviews, I think they have gotten faster but the food has suffered for it. I only eat at McDonald's for breakfast every now and then but this spot has gone downhill more and more in the quality of their food. It's either thrown together and still cold or it's been sitting so long the biscuits and muffins are hard as a rock. I keep thinking they will be ok 'this time' only to be disappointed. The food is very standard for a McDonalds, so there are no real surprises here. The service is always friendly here, but for whatever reason they are exceptionally slow here. Very often I have had to wait for extended periods of time for very simple orders. They also seem to make fries fresh with every order late at night, which seems like a nice thought, but I do not like waiting 10 minutes each time I order fries at night and then have to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to cool down to an appropriate level. I haven't had an issue with them getting the order wrong though, which is nice. read more

This location is ridiculously slow and have other issues on top of that. Each time I go there I end up waiting way too long for my small orders. Generally I expect to wait 15-20 minutes for things like a large fry or a milkshake. Among other things they frequently have problems with their credit card machines. I placed my order at the kiosk, it was pretty simple. I got a fish sandwich, side salad and drink. I think the guy giving the orders out didn't want to be there. I got the food to go. The guy didn't give me a drink and I asked about it, he was then going to hand me a drink cup to go fix my own when 4 people had just come to him telling him there was no ice in the back. When I asked about the ice he said, I'll fix it up here. Got where I was going, there was no fork and no napkins in the bag. read more

The service was awful, they were slow and only took my order after I ask for the manager and I had been standing and waiting for quite sometime and no one came to ask if I need help. Yes they saw me, several saw me. Gave me my cups and went around to fill them, that area was nasty. Had to go back an ask for tops.
