Worst McDonalds experience ever. Like most of us, I have eaten McDonalds throughout my life. We only do on road trips now so during a recent trip to Memphis my son and I places an app order for drive through pickup on the way back to our hotel. First they appeared to have no clue what our order was so I had to verbally repeat it several times even after giving the app code. When we got to the hotel that was 5 minutes away and opened the food I was in shock. The fries were cold, the Quarter pounder with cheese looked disgusting. It had been slammed together and been sitting. The meat on it had been pounded flat, like a smash burger. I'm pretty sure that's not why it's called a quarter pounder..... I was hungry to I ate about half of it. That was about 9pm. Fast forward to the next day my stomach has been cramping and I have had to run, not walk to the bathroom all day long. There is literally no excuse to have people wait that long unless the whole team just don't work at all. The wait time is too long.... Waited in line 10 minutes in the drive-thru and left. In the time I waited, no one had their order taken. Two other cars left the line because of the wait and they were already waiting when I pulled up. And no cars were waiting at the windows. If I could give 0 stars I would. We picked up our teenage boys from the airport and thought we would get them some mcdonald's. When we pulled up there were 4 cars in front of us. We ordered on the app so all we needed to do was pick up our food. For at least 15 minutes we waited for the 1st car in each drive thru lane to move. They weren't taking their order. Finally the 1st lane screen changed & I thought ok now we can get our food. Nope. After at least 10 other cars drove up and drove off we got to the speaker. I was told 3 times be right with you. Tried telling them all we needed to do was pick up an order. Nothing. We canceled our order and like everyone else, drove off. They should close this store. read more

Good service, must have a fry shortage... I went here for lunch today. The workers were friendly. I got my food "to go". When I got back to the office, I saw that they robbed me of half my fries I paid for. I ordered a large fries and doubt if I got any more than a "medium" fry amount. As much as this cost, I think they should do a little better than this. read more

The worst experience we have ever had ever! Traveling thru, needed to get something quick. We were at the order window alone for 17 minutes, with only ONE car at the window to receive food. We pulled up behind the car at the window and waited 22 minutes. Then it was our turn at the window and waited 15 more minutes to get the saddest excuse of food. The milk was expired by 8 days on the happy meal. Stiff cold fries. Burgers were made god knows when. 3 out of 6 of the nuggets were possibly not cooked. 1 nugget was beyond well done. The remaining 2 sad nuggets had the strangest consistency. This place NEEDS SHUT DOWN. Everyone has the shits today. Thank you- makes a 6 hour road trip great. read more

May as well close down one of the drive thru order kiosks. If you will only operate out of 1 of them. Literally on top of being slow to take the order, taking the orders from 1 line only letting the other lane sit for 20 minutes+ only coming in saying, "just a second" and then taking the other lane, over and over. Not only 1 day, but 2 days in a row that I show up. Not sure if this is something that's been happening or due to demographics. It's not a way to run a business. Being slow is one thing, but not alternating between your two lane ordering system? That sounds like a personal issue or something more along the lines of being selective. When I go inside,, I'd imagine to find workers scrambling and busy. Instead, it looks like government workers standing around a pot hole all holding shovels but instead of shovels, it's phones laying out on the counteracts and they are sneaking in a few more characters. Sadly, the location on Graceland isn't better either. Luckily I haven't been inside of that one though. Judging by their terrible reviews I'm sure it be worse. Maybe McDonald's doesn't take any initiative to actually improve themselves just being known as the lowest price, most implement budgeted company in the United States. First thing upon arrival. Old 60's 70's feel. Some old parliment playing on the radio followed up by the delfonics, La La I love you. I was greeted right away by a manager Mr. Chris who was giving an interview to a new employee. I went to order and I got a friendly smile and professionalism from Miss Nicky. Mr. Sean, who was making the burgers in the back was swift and efficient. I observed Miss Nicky repeat my order back to Mr. Sean to verify before bringing my order to me. As I was eating my meal and feeling the enjoyable atmosphere, I saw Miss Nicky come out and wipe tables and Sean the floor. Miss Nicky made sure to not cheat the customers and went back and get more surface cleaner because it was running low. I could hear communication between crew members and that is key. You can't get that kind of environment or feeling just by throwing employees into a store. Bravo Zulu to you Mcdonald's. read more
