First of all we tried to use our code on the app and it didn't work so we said scratch that and Sidel in the window decided to fiddle with it for another 5 minutes. We finally got to order, he asked us to repeat everything twice. We order a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a medium drink, 2 cheeseburger meal with a large drink, and a hot and spicy chicken sandwich. He tells us our total is $32 which is high for what we ordered. We pay to not fight with them cuz we were done at this point. He rang in an extra spicy chicken sandwich, a second cheeseburger meal, and an additional drink. All of the drinks were a medium when we ordered 1 medium and 1 large. I'm assuming the manager, gave us our food at the second window, we asked for 2 ranches, and she was very huffy about it. Watch out for over pricing as I went through this McKinney TX location end of May this last year and found out I was way overcharged for my large beverage I buy several times a week here. I reached out to McDonalds Corporate about it via email but no reply; then called and spoke to corporate O Reilly's owned and a long report was taken but no resolution ever provided over 2 weeks ago. By far the worst location ever and pretty bummed about that because it's the closest one to me but now I got out of my way to go to the one way down on Custer or Virginia. After troubles at a different location my wife and I thought there was nothing to lose giving this location another try. They have actually got a lot better. The people are still a little serious in nature but not rude. The managers are pretty friendly though. We use this location for breakfast more than anything. Their burritos are usually a little more fuller than other locations and fresher tasting. The rest of the food is what you'd expect from a decent McDonald's and the wait times have been average at worst, and super quick occasionally. My go to location for now. read more
