I can't believe how you can screw up a order as bad as this junk food peddler can. Unfortunately i fell for the "I'm sure they will get it right this time" belief. Wrong I was. It's simple, headed the order that's printed out and put said items in the bag. This place sucks. Management must be real proud of the low quality of service that there employees give because they don't fixed the problem. I've had food delivered many many times through doordash and the always get it wrong. So when I call to complain the don't answer the phone knowing your not going to drive to the restaurant ove a missed burger and or fries. read more

How much worse could it get? I was in the drive-thru paid moving on I was asked to pull to the waiting spot. I waited but after 20 minutes I called the # on receipt. The young lady answered after several rings, explained my 20 minute wait. Apologized and offered hot pies for inconvenience. After 5 minutes I had my order going home. Opening my bag the only that was hot were the pies. The food I ordered was cold from sitting on a counter. I ate the pies while my dogs didn't care if the food was cold. Not the typical quality, I'd appreciate if the food was fresh. read more

McDonald's raised their prices. and they made us stop in the middle of our order to go out of our way to get more money for the cash register which they could take my order first. Also he needs to lock in and I got the six dollar.20 nugget meal and they raise it to 1499 for just nuggets and I can't believe it McDonald's used to have burgers that were $.10 y'all need to get your stuff together find cheaper products for the brokies now we are at the pay window and he's taking his sweet ass time and he's making us wait longer and we've been here for like 10 minutes waiting for our god damn stuff. Now we're waiting even longer cause he has to do bill check god damn we have been waiting here for like 20 minutes now at the window and he keeps going. Oh I'll be right back. I'll be right back. Are you freaking kidding me he came back and then walked back away. His name is Damien. A sweet lady was yelling at him to give us our change he gave us false change. We were supposed to get 60 bucks back but we got 59 and some random change. It looks like he just grabbed some random bills from the cash register and give it to us now we're finally getting our food from someone who is smiling and is nice he is the nicest employee at the whole restaurant other than the lady who yelled at him. The manager yelled. I'm so happy anyways have a good day. Thank you for reading my long review. read more

Ordered online thru the app. Went thru the drive thru and was told they couldn't give me my order because I chose to pick up rather than drive thru. No problem. My mistake. Went in - waited 10 minutes and received my Egg McMuffin! They forgot the Canadian bacon on top. But did receive extra attitude for not using the app correctly! read more

How does this store even stay open? They never makes them McFlurry. It's literally ice cream with whatever toppings on top. The workers are constantly screaming at each other while you're waiting at the window. They ran out of Sprite, but sold the very blast anyway, and then gave me a water down version. I wait a few months in between visits hoping that it gets better and it never does. I realize I can fix the problem by not going but it's the closest one to my house read more

I don't know what happened to the employees that they used to be here, but it has taken a turn for the worse recently. July 1, 2025 I purchased a sausage Mc griddle with egg and we're supposed to get a free hash brown with my app. I did get the hash brown, but it was twice cooked so basically it was saturated in Grease.... I've had McDonald's for as long as I can remember, and I don't know why they do this.. they cooked the hashbrowns and if nobody has ordered any to heat them up, they cook them again in the Grease and they're nasty. read more

If you do a mobile order, make sure you order 1 hour before so by the time you get there, you'll only have to wait 30 minutes in line for your food. Whats the point of mobile ordering!?!?!? This particular McDonald's is the worst. The order is always wrong and the wait times are ling even ordering ahead of time. The workers kept coming to my car asking what i ordered. Dont know why i continue to come here. read more

Manager has a tyrant like attitude and I showed her physically the name and order # of the door dash but since I was doing something important I had it on pages and she wanted me to physically go to the app while I refused and told her she got everything she needs to see and she refused while I'm working for pocket change to pay for my car. Horrible person and she playing with my money for NO reason. Called the cops on me FOR NO REASON. I ain't scared of her so ya I stayed there for a cool min. I will talk to somebody bigger than you and figure out your name lady. You derserve to be fired if you just playing with my money for no reason ! On October 12th 2025, at 9:55 PM, I arrived at the McDonald's. Unfortunately, the drive-thru wait was extremely long -- I spent nearly half an hour in line, only to be told I'd have to wait even longer. None of the staff or the manager came out to explain the reason for the delay or apologize for the inconvenience. The service was extremely disappointing -- easily the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. read more

Overpriced, crappy service. Auto order entry terminals not working right, half were marked as out of order. Others were locking up in the middle of trying to order. Lobby full of people and no one helping anyone. 20 min waiting on a quarter pounder meal and happy meal. They were handling drive thru and blew off anyone inside. Outside temp is over 95 but they closed the inside play area. No reason given. Came to this location to give a 3yo a place to play and cool off. Four different families were there for the inside play area, probably 10-12 kids. Some finally just left. All were paying customers. Many of the tables were dirty with food, trash and spills. Had to wipe my own table down. Obviously poor management and poor use of the staff. Seems like there were more than enough staff, just didn't seem like they cared or knew what to do. read more

To start with I do NOT care for McDonald's , with that said this is the DIRTIEST one I've been to. Grandson likes to play on the toys so I go. The not gentleman that took our order did not like it that we did not use the kiosk, it was easy to tell we put him out that he had to help us. I think there deep fryer hasn't been cleaned in a while, the fries had small black specs all over them and the bun on his hamburger was stale. I have reviewed other McDonald's before, they all get one star!!! As we were leaving a customer was at the counter returning an order that was not his, the same NOT gentlemen took it and gave it to the customer that was supposed to get it after the first customer retuned it. read more

I came late on a Sunday morning wanting to grab a quick breakfast and let my son play in the play area. It was packed, but my order was taken quickly and I joined the 15 or so other people waiting on their orders. From the time printed on my receipt, I waited 30 damn minutes for a couple of egg McMuffin meals. It was unbelievable. The foul language and lack of professionalism among the staff working behind the counter was appallingly bad. And the dining area was a hot mess. Also, there was unnatural colored bits of egg (blue and purple!) in my sandwich. I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future. read more

I can't believe I would rate any McDonald's a one star. I have been here many times and every time I think it will get better it does not. They seem to always get the orders wrong. Updated review August 20, 2019 Went to the drive-through here yesterday evening and was served pretty promptly excellent value for a dollar spent because I use the app as well as an in-store special. For nine dollars and change I got a big Mac and a quarter pounder with cheese two large orders of fries and for some reason or another they gave me a free large soft drink to go. Typical average quality food from McDonald's I would say but it seemed hot and fresh. Updated them to two stars from my previous one star rating -_________________________ I was just at this McDonald's last night around 10 PM. I'm not really a McDonald's regular but what I saw inside and the food I received I honestly would not go back if the food was free First off the waiting area was full of really sketchy looking people for customers Nothing against somebody this homeless hate bad luck happen sometimes but it was obvious there was at least three or four homeless people inside there I could tell just by the way they were dressed them having their large carry bags with him full of clothes or whatever was in side their bags That made for kind of a real uncomfortable situation me just waiting to order my food from the counter I ordered toquarter pounder's with cheese to go and these are supposed to be the new fresh ground beef not frozen which means the hamburgers are supposed to be made to order hot and fresh each and every one is not pre-maids are supposed to be grilled and custom ordered and I waited 10 minutes for them Anyway I receive my 2/4 pounder's with cheese and leave it in my car in the parking lot and start driving home and grab one of the sandwiches out not even 60 seconds later to eat it and it's cold? The cheese was not melted it all the bun is cold the hamburger is cold and I'm like this is not supposed to happen? Very very disappointed I've been in some other McDonald's before years ago and it was a very pleasurable experience good customers good employees nice hot fresh food not at this McDonald's I advise you t read more

These poor people with the drive-through are bombarded with app orders on mobile devices and delivery orders while simultaneously trying to man the window. McDonald's itself sucks for working their people in such a fashion and incorporating two drive-thrus in a location that absolutely cannot sustain it. The people that work, I genuinely feel bad for at this specific location. They deserve better, and the only reason I'm leaving is because of the people that work at this location deserve it but the McDonald's that put them through the chaos deserves to be reprimanded. read more

Why is there no 0 star option? I don't go to McDonalds often, but occasionally I like to get my kid some nuggets and enjoy some fries. This was my first and only experience at this location. It was a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm, there were a few cars in the drive-thru; were this any other McDonalds, I'm sure I'd have gotten my food in 5 minutes- 10 minutes max and been on my merry way. But apparently I pulled into a Bermuda Triangle time-warp when I entered the line. It took 27 minutes to get through the line. I chose the wrong side of order taking drive-thru split to go on- I counted 7 cars that were behind me go through on the other order taking line. Two cars that behind me on the slow side reversed and switched lines or just simply left the line and drove away. The lady assured me it would be "just a moment" I asked every 5 minutes and her answer was the same- just a "moment" I was pretty frustrated, but kept cool and courteous and ordered my order, happy meal with milk, nuggets, bbq sauce, fries. Fries and a drink for me. Pay at 1st window- no problem. Go to get my order at 2nd window... Drink order was put in wrong- lucky I caught that and I wait at window for my correct drink. They hand me food and I start to drive off- there was no milk for my happy meal. I park and go back in "I thought I handed you the milk" the man at window says to me- he had not. I'm not a milk scammer- I promise. I get milk and go back to car. No BBQ sauce. Oh well kid your nuggets are dry I'm done going back in. Start to eat my fries it has only been a bit 2 mins since they were handed to me- dead cold. How can a busy drive-thru have cold fries? It's a mystery of the Bermuda Triangle of this Marysville McDonalds. Drive to ANY other McDonalds, this place is a joke. My husband had a similar experience- they handed him the wrong order all together - plus no milk for happy meal, no drink for his meal Are they milk scamming? Points to ponder.
