Generally slow, but today takes the cake. Ordered at the self serve kiosk, and it had a "printer error" and couldn't print out a number (not a huge deal), and showed us a 5-digit number. After waiting for close to ten minutes and not once seeing a 5-digit number on the screen, we asked one of the girls, and she gave us a different 4-digit number. About five more minutes later, the 4-digit number pops up on the "now being served" column. ANOTHER five minutes later, the number vanishes. No one called it out, no one else picked it up, and no one behind the counter had any idea where the order had gone. We, among a couple others, got our money back and left without an apology. I'm not waiting twenty minutes for a couple of coffees and a happy meal/ burger for the kids. On our way to Starbucks. Never going back. read more

I won't go back. Not only did they completely messed up my order, but my Egg McMuffin only had a half an egg on it. What did they do the other half? Then when I Phoned to complain about it, no one answered the phone. So I tried again in about a half an hour. Whoever answered the phone did not care at all that I was unhappy. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese there was a hair in it I took it back and they gave me a another one and it was cold and the cheese was not melted. I could not eat it. Went through DT placed my order with a rather snippy young lady ,went to the window to pay gave her $23.10 as my order was $13.10 (I only had a $20.00 bill on me ) she took my money and sent us to the next window where my "fresh" food was miraculously waiting for us ..we where handed a bag and she said have a nice day and walked away as I'm asking her for my drink ,some sauce for my nuggets and MY CHANGE... the staff proceed to discuss amongst them selves that we are lying and such ,we can hear them talking about us as both our windows are open ..we are asked to pull off to the side and wait while they count the till ... finally the manager comes over and very rudely shoves two five dollar bills at me spins and walks away no apology read more

This location never seems to disappoint. I thought maybe after its Reno it would be ok to go back. After 2 cheeseburgers were probably made a couple of hours before they were ordered, this is last time I go to this particular McDonald's. This is literally the WORST McDonald's (and restaurant period) that I have ever been to. Every time I bother to try it, it's 25 minutes in the drive through with 0-3 cars in front, every order has been wrong and they are incredibly rude. I witnessed a girl working inside yell rude obscenities at a customer then continued to insult her when she left... Who runs this place and let's this crap happen? I go through the drive though and try and order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and a large coffee. Order taker get's it wrong and try's to give me a chicken patty . One. I correct that when I get to the pay window. Next window i get handed a bag and I drive away. Look in the bag and I have one McChicken and a small fry. Turn around and get back in the line up behind 6 cars. I just want my order not someone else's. By the time I get to the pay window I just want my money back. A rude manager comes to the window and asks me what my problem is. Well rude manager, I just want the food I ordered and paid for. But you know what I think I'll just get my money back. I try and hand her the bag of food and she says OH NO I CANT TAKE THAT...ITS NOT SAFE FOR ME TO DO SO. I'm like well I don't want it. Then the stupid sticks her hand in the cash register and starts digging out my $16.00 IN CASH. Dirty cash that everyone has touched (but she wont take back my dirty bag of wrong order) At this point I tell her that I will not accept that cash because it's not safe for me to do so. She says everyone takes back cash. I said NOT ME! She argued with me about it and said she's already processed the cash and I said NO...put it back on my card like I paid for it!!
