Workers very rude to me and when they saw me at the desk, they weren't even doing anything. They didn't even come over there to take my order or nothing and then finally when someone did my food was cold and mushy but it was mostly the fries that were mushy Would not recommend one and a half out of 10 read more

If you'd like to enjoy your weekend off work and want something quick for breakfast so you can spend time to yourself or with loved ones, do not stop here. Pulled into a moderately busy drive thru nothing insane but definitely a rush. From the time we ordered our food and got sent forwards to when we actually got our food was about 40 minutes. Bro. I'll be taking the time to support a smaller business next time don't get me started on their employees, you already know the problem read more

Zyde is a fantastic manager! He has an upbeat personality and he displayed wonderful customer service.

McDonald's - My food - Fast Food Near Me - Maple Ridge, British Columbia

I've been there like one hundred times, sometime I just feel like not going back. During highschool lunchtime were allowed to leave the highschool and go to the nearby restaurants. So I went to the McDonald's. The service was extremely slow, causing me to be late back to highschool. One time the food tasted really off. I've decided to stop going at highschool lunch time. It makes me late everytime. If only that damn icecream machine worked. read more

Horrible customer service, I remember I had to wait 10 minutes just for a mcflurry and when i asked where my mcflurry was, (because my number got taken off the screen) they just started making it. Cherry on top was that it wasn't even rush hour. read more

1/10. me and my friend went to this place because we are sad and wanted to play in the play place. we went twice today and they said no both times. very bad read more

I won't go back. Not only did they completely messed up my order, but my Egg McMuffin only had a half an egg on it. What did they do the other half? Then when I Phoned to complain about it, no one answered the phone. So I tried again in about a half an hour. Whoever answered the phone did not care at all that I was unhappy. I'm never going back to McDonald's ever again. It's really bad for you anyway. Lesson learned. read more

Generally slow, but today takes the cake. Ordered at the self serve kiosk, and it had a "printer error" and couldn't print out a number (not a huge deal), and showed us a 5-digit number. After waiting for close to ten minutes and not once seeing a 5-digit number on the screen, we asked one of the girls, and she gave us a different 4-digit number. About five more minutes later, the 4-digit number pops up on the "now being served" column. ANOTHER five minutes later, the number vanishes. No one called it out, no one else picked it up, and no one behind the counter had any idea where the order had gone. We, among a couple others, got our money back and left without an apology. I'm not waiting twenty minutes for a couple of coffees and a happy meal/ burger for the kids. On our way to Starbucks. Never going back. read more

Why is this McDonalds always to consistently bad??!? Their burgers are always cold and horribly put together. I once had a filet 'o fish with the cheese hanging half out of the box! Their fries are always undercooked too. I keep trying this place hoping different shifts would be better but nope, always horrible. They obviously don't care at all about quality or waste. read more

Never in my life have I ever creamed in my pants so hard after eating at this specific McDonald's. Let me tell ya the staff here are grade A! Their service is amazing and not to mention they are quite the eye catcher I would rate this place a 10/1 because it's just that great, honestly there is no other place I'd rather be creaming my pants in than this McDonald's. If your looking for a true happy ending don't go to your closest Asian massage parlour go here, this is the place to be. ;) read more

McDonald's - a man sitting at a table drinking from a cup - Fast Food Near Me - Maple Ridge, British Columbia

The service was very slow. I had 5 orders they missed quite a bit on my order. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese there was a hair in it I took it back and they gave me a another one and it was cold and the cheese was not melted. I could not eat it. They forgot a drink from my order. I will never go back to that place again. read more

Went through DT placed my order with a rather snippy young lady ,went to the window to pay gave her $23.10 as my order was $13.10 (I only had a $20.00 bill on me ) she took my money and sent us to the next window where my "fresh" food was miraculously waiting for us ..we where handed a bag and she said have a nice day and walked away as I'm asking her for my drink ,some sauce for my nuggets and MY CHANGE... the staff proceed to discuss amongst them selves that we are lying and such ,we can hear them talking about us as both our windows are open ..we are asked to pull off to the side and wait while they count the till ... finally the manager comes over and very rudely shoves two five dollar bills at me spins and walks away no apology read more

This location never seems to disappoint. I thought maybe after its Reno it would be ok to go back. After 2 cheeseburgers were probably made a couple of hours before they were ordered, this is last time I go to this particular McDonald's. The freshness of the food they serve is more often than not well below what is acceptable. read more

The amount of time being wasted at this location is rediculius. Sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes. Order is wrong half the time. Same story going inside. Your in this place for 30 minutes at least whenever you come. Absolutely fucked service. read more

if there was a ZERO option, i'd chose it..... this place is garbage. their ice cream machine is ALWAYS DOWN!!! either they're too lazy to make an f***'n shake or they need to upgrade their trash machine! Never have i ever been to another location that sucked this much! line ups are ridiculous......and drive thru screws up EVERY TIME!!!! Improve your services! just cause you're near a high school doesn't mean you can offer such shit service consistently! you win! Joey - 0 Mcdonald's - 1 read more

This is probably the worst "fast food" restaurant I have been to. This is the second time the service was not fast and a lot of cars end up leaving the drive through line because of the long wait. Forty five minutes in drive through is ridiculous..... gave it a few chances - no more! read more

This is literally the WORST McDonald's (and restaurant period) that I have ever been to. Every time I bother to try it, it's 25 minutes in the drive through with 0-3 cars in front, every order has been wrong and they are incredibly rude. I witnessed a girl working inside yell rude obscenities at a customer then continued to insult her when she left... Who runs this place and let's this crap happen? I gave them one more chance and ordered delivery tonight and once again my order was wrong... How you confused a Habanero McChicken Burger with a box of nuggets is beyond me... Get new management, they clearly don't give a shit. read more

Apart from the false advertising that they are 24 hours. I too had a double cheeseburger missing the cheese and stale nuggets. If i wasnt in a rush for work, I wouldve gone back. read more

I go through the drive though and try and order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and a large coffee. Order taker get's it wrong and try's to give me a chicken patty . One. I correct that when I get to the pay window. Next window i get handed a bag and I drive away. Look in the bag and I have one McChicken and a small fry. Turn around and get back in the line up behind 6 cars. I just want my order not someone else's. By the time I get to the pay window I just want my money back. A rude manager comes to the window and asks me what my problem is. Well rude manager, I just want the food I ordered and paid for. But you know what I think I'll just get my money back. I try and hand her the bag of food and she says OH NO I CANT TAKE THAT...ITS NOT SAFE FOR ME TO DO SO. I'm like well I don't want it. Then the stupid sticks her hand in the cash register and starts digging out my $16.00 IN CASH. Dirty cash that everyone has touched (but she wont take back my dirty bag of wrong order) At this point I tell her that I will not accept that cash because it's not safe for me to do so. She says everyone takes back cash. I said NOT ME! She argued with me about it and said she's already processed the cash and I said NO...put it back on my card like I paid for it!! Took her 10 seconds to reverse the cash refund and process my refund back onto my card. I said Gheez that wasn't too difficult was it ?? She bitchily says HAVE A NICE DAY and slams the drive though window shut. I was flabbergasted at the entire experience. Never ...Never going to McDonalds ANYWHERE. What happened to TRAINING ??????? read more

The worst experience at McDonalds ever, I ordered and paid for a nugget happy meal, requested fresh fries only to open the box of food when getting back to my hotel to find a nugget box with 3 cheese slices and cold old fries. Absolutely horrible location. They leave things out of your drive-thru order on a consistent basis. This happens so often it's hard to believe it's not on purpose. We try to avoid it as much as possible because we know we're not even getting what we paid for. read more

Waited 25 in the Drive Thru and food was cold is the worst McDonald's Mgt should be ashamed and take action to improve

This restaurant has been here for quite awhile, very surprised. 40% if the time the order is wrong. There is a standing joke that they need a third window for corrections. Two rows for drive through and long waits. The money rolls in for terrible service. If it wasn't a McDonalds franchaise it would be long gone out of business. read more

Foods great, My favourite is the big mac, the lineups aren't too long, and its a good fast food place in general.

i went today for a coffee only. after 5mn waiting time i asked the manager if they have any fast line for drink only. he was so rude and reply that waiting time is normal but the worst thing he have done . he shrinked my receipt and threw it away. i was shocked about his attitude. really as manager he act like that. are those people not trained for customer service . i will never go back to this location and i will never recommend it to anyone. i stopped long time ago to bring my kids to this location because the play area is always dirty but nobody care . read more
