If I could give this place zero stars I would just for the customer service from Megan in the way I was treated tonight. The woman screamed at me through the microphone to tell me that they had no more sodas left which was completely OK because I wasn't there to order soda. I was there to order chicken nuggets and a sandwich the chicken nuggets weren't in the bag so I called back to see if I could come get them. The manager name Megan rushed me off the phone and screamed at me that I can come back tomorrow and explain to them that I spoke to Megan and that I can get a free order of chicken nuggets. This McDonald's is absolute trash. Extremely outdated. I just went through the drive thru on labor day weekend. When I pulled up to order, the employee told me to wait. I waited 10 minutes with no further acknowledgement and then finally got to place my order. No one was at the 1st Payment window. There was only one girl working at the 2nd Pickup window. This girl was taking the orders, processing payments, and giving out orders. Shoutout to this girl for doing her best. However, this location is suffering and lacking customer service due to the owners clearly being cheapskates and only wanting to pay 1 employee as many others have noted in their reviews as well. The cashier gave me my order and my receipt and dismissed me. I noticed I wasn't given the McFlurry I ordered and had to ask again for it. I wasn't given straws for my two iced teas. By the way, where's the sweet in the sweet tea? Takes awful! Also didn't realize I didn't get straws until I was on the road. My medium fries looked like an extra extra small order of fries. After waiting behind 3 cars in the drive thru for close to 15 minutes, the line finally started moving and I got my food. I raced home to stuff my face with this delicious, forbidden food only to be instantly heartbroken. The patties on my double quarter pounder we're almost black. The meat was so dry it was seriously hard to swallow, and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out too long, i had to throw it away.
