Came to this McDonald's around noon when I arrived from LAX. I only came for the happy meal since they were having the Hello Kitty and Friends x Godzilla collectible toys promotion that started on August 18th. I was trying to collect all of the 8 exclusive collectible toys before they sold out. Small place, it was not busy inside, the lady at the front was very nice, took my order, and food arrived quickly. Another person before me was also collecting the toys too. Such a fun collectible, especially since I'm obsessed with Hello Kitty. read more

I ordered food and they charged me 10 cent for the bag, can you believe that. I think I just made my last purchase from any McDonalds. They are over priced. Earlier this same week I ordered an egg biscuit, when it same it was about 35% smaller than it was a few weeks ago. read more

Came here on a Monday evening, needed a spot to wait while I pick my parents from the airport. Parking here is really limited, about 12 parking spots for customers. I was lucky to find 1 open compact spot when I came. I ordered 20 piece McNugget's with a free medium fries, no salt thanks to angel's promotion on the kiosk to dine in. I went up stairs, plenty of open clean table and counters. 6 minutes later the worker brought up my nuggets and fries. The fries were hot and crispy, no salt. The McNuggets were hot, but on the small side. Came with all the sauces I ask for as well as napkins. Overall nice spot before you go to the airport, parking can suck, there are homeless people outside and even inside, gets annoying having them ask for food/money when you are inside ordering. And also they charge 10 cent for bag. read more

I wish I could rate this a big fat ZERO. Went to pick up a quick dinner here and noticed they weren't too busy as normal McDonald's are and they could not get orders right for the life of them. A man tried to explain to them that he ordered at 6 pm and his happy meal still wasn't ready almost 20 mins since then. Ridiculous. Not a single apology from the rude lady manager that was there. Idk if she was having a bad day or what. Our order was also missing 3 cookies and took us forever to receive them and when we got them they were COLD. What was the point in waiting?? Truly dissatisfying and disappointing. I work in fast food, it is definitely not this hard. No wonder the restaurant was pretty empty. read more

i would give 0 if i could, i came here after the hard summer festival. It was crowded so i was prepared to wait 30 to 40 minutes. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries THATS IT and i waited AN HOUR AND A HALF. I had to literally sit on the floor and wait it took so long. the floor of mc donalds. a new low. after the hour and a half i finally got on of the workers to help me after trying for 30 min and i explained to him what happened and he said they didt have my order i showed him my card was charged and he helped me out and actually made my order. i don't know if someone random took my food or if they just deleted my order but i could have gone back there and made my food in 2 minutes. its mc donalds ITS LITERALLY ALL PRE MADE. i'm so confused and now never want mc donalds again. read more

It's 3.21.25 and we arrived at 8:55 and ordered 2 hot lattes. At 9:17 I wondered what's taking so long for 2 lattes to be served. Monitor showing which tickets numbers they're showing and I noticed that my ticket number wasn't in there so I asked the cashier and she doubted it for a moment and then later on said to me "oh somebody must have thrown out the paper and I'll make it now" Very casual and no remorse at all. read more

Worst MacDonald! Would give a zero if it allowed!! Parking is always terrible, drive-thru line more often than not always long and not to mention the 10 cent bag fee! Stopping at this location is always last Resort on my part for lunch since I work in the area but after today I'm not coming back. They think they're funny when you ask for a hamburger with just ketchup and onions and this is what you get. read more

Don't waste your time with mobile orders here. They prioritize drive thru and in-store orders. Everything else comes last. I wasted 20 minutes waiting for a two black coffees made from a mobile order. I had to ask two different employees to help. read more

I would have given them ZERO stars if I could. I come here and see the business is freaking slow. I order from Kiosk and pay at cashier since the kiosk didn't take cash. There was one teller and the staff was fixing the receipt printer. After patiently waiting for 5 mins, he was ready for me. I paid for bottled water and a Filet-o-Fish and went upstairs with the table number tent. I waited for a good 15 mins... and the business was SLOW! I went downstairs to ask about my order, and saw my order on a tray. Ater waiting another 5 minutes for attention, I asked about my order and showed my number tent and receipt, he said "It's here" and grabbed a tray from behind him - the same tray I noticed. Are they too busy for my order? Nope. Like I said, it was slow. Are they too lazy to bring my order of TWO ITEMS upstairs??? I can probably get better services at a prison cafeteria. read more

This has to be the worst fast food location in the country. Not out of all the McDonald's, but all fast food locations. I have had at least 10 messed up orders here. When we asked them to fix it they have attitudes. Hands down the worst service out of any location. read more

This is a hole in the wall McDonald's next to the Holiday Inn Express off of Century Blvd. It's visible as you come off the 405 freeway. There isn't alot of room for inside dining and they are designed for drive through or pick up delivery. Service is fast, bathrooms are secured by the manager who buzzes you in. They could work on cleanliness outside and in the lobby area. read more

Just ordered at the drive thru and have been sitting at the window for 10 min with the cashiers back turned to us. There were no customers before us. When we ordered, the girl taking the order seemed high. The only person doing their job tonight is a young man fixing the cashier's mistakes. It's a McDonald's, I'm not expecting greatness. My Big Mac tasted "sweet" which is weird. Fries had no salt. read more

i'm going to keep it real with you. I've never felt the need to do a review for McDonald's because it's McDonald's. It does what it does and it does what needs to do at the time it needs to do it but this one I've given it three chances and each time they don't accept card only cash that's weird then for the third time they say that they don't have food. at this point why is it open? Does this McDonald's work? This is crazy. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

Eh.. It's a McDonald's, I mean at least you know what you're getting wether you walk into one in Los Angeles or one in Barcelona. We just stopped in for coffee as we were staying at a hotel down the street. Now it's not my favorite coffee but it gets the job done. Coffee was fine, service was good but the table we sat at was dirty and there was an unpleasant odor and it wasn't temporary.. we sat there for about an hour and it was there the whole time. It smelled like a mens room urinal. read more

Drive thru line - ridiculous Customer service - subpar Overall experience - a joke Went early because it seemed to not the only thing open at the time and the line to order had to be about 5-10 mins Then i get to the menu and ask off they were serving breakfast because they had their lunch/dinner menu up . They were, so i asked for a McGriddle meal, #8, and he stated that they don't have meals for McGriddles - like what?! All I could do is laugh lol Food was okay ... Next time, I'm eating ahead read more

Worst manager at night, my God. First of all, their drive-through screen has been burned out for months You can't see anything on there So you have to ask what things are. I ordered two Happy Meals But the guy put it through before I could ask if there was an upgrade for fries. They usually would do the tiny fries and apple slices but you can change that out for a small fries. I get up to the window and they no longer do that so I wanted to change my order. I said I just want the two cheeseburger meal. The worker was actually nice but misunderstood me and added two cheeseburger meal to the two Happy Meals. When he said my order was $15 I knew there was a problem. I said no I just want the two cheeseburger meal. The manager storms over furious at me and yells at her crew this guy keeps changing his order ruining product. I said no there was a misunderstanding, don't blame me. Again, A worker was actually really nice so I don't want to throw him under the bus but there was a clear communication issue. Don't sit there yelling about the customer to the crew when it wasn't my fault. She has the absolute worst attitude. read more

One of the busiest McDs near LAX. This place becomes crazy after 10. Long drive-thru lines. Plenty of takeout orders and so many people waiting inside this small place. They do not take orders at the counter, have to use Kiosks. Service is quick considering the number of orders they get. Staffs were simply outstanding! Great service, very friendly despite under pressure to serve a lot of people. Food is McD quality! Nothing to complain really! read more

This morning (4:30am) I ordered the two sausage egg McMuffin combo and it was made incredibly fast as all the other cars in front of me. Just an fyi the ingredients taste a little different from my local McDonald's , I have known that depending on what area the restaurant is the difference in ingredients and taste will be . I would say this biggest let down for me was the cheese; idk it tasted fake. Overall it'll get the job done I suppose ... perhaps I'll skip the cheese next time . (Had good fresh coffee) read more

Because I have faith in the McDonalds organization (how many of us worked at McDonalds as kids?! I loved it!) and understand the inner workings maybe I'm being lenient. But facts: 1) The wait in the drive thru can get long. And no, they aren't getting cars out under 2min or whatever the time is I forgot. I've been here a few times and it's always been a wait. Although the dine-in looked empty. 2) Being honest this location has a bit of a sketchy, unappealing (aside from the golden M) appearance. The entrance for drive through isn't marked very well, it's a small location so the drive through feels like you're waiting to go into the hotel parking lot. 3) smell of piss depending on how hot your engine and which way the wind blows 4) Best parts come now.. The young lady today at the drive thru window around 7p. Nice. But if the restaurants card reader doesn't work, get a manager asap. Because you don't have time (nor customer ) to be waiting while you try and figure out if it's my card (which it's not) or your machine. And she's just a swiping my card. I advise it better not be charging me every time you're swiping. She assures me it's not, the machine acts up. I appreciate her trying. But then she asks me, do you have cash? Lmao! Girl get the manager if I wanted to give cash I would have done that. No. My choice of payment was my card. I see the sign saying you accept it lol. 5) She goes to get the manager. This woman.. NEEDS HER FLOWERS (as the youngstas say). She already knew what was up with the card reader. Of course, it's her store. I bet she's already asked several times too for it to be replaced that's how well she knew exactly how to work It and what would happen. BUT for my card since the machine was trying to swipe wasn't taking. Then I offered another card . And the manager says see like I said it's not your card it's the machine. She tries a couple times. Remember the line drama in #1. So we can see how the back up can NOT be the employees fault (so don't be going up there being rude to them if they aren't to you!) . She gave me my card back, put in her managers code. Comp'd my meal and even apologized to ME for the inconvenience!!! Excellent Customer service. She's the kind of employee you want to discover when you do Undercover Boss type stuff because sluice can tell she's holding it down over there. Note. She did not bash or complain about her broken card reader either. Just a great person and attitude. SHE is the sole reason for the 3 if it was a review on her 5 stars and a raise. 6) The food. . The Coca Cola isn't McDonalds top quality , perfect combination of carbonation and syrup. It was flat almost immediately. Feel like the drinks were all pre made so they sat with ice while they dealt with the card situAtion. You can tell a McDonalds drink has been sitting by the way the cup swells. Just saying lol. The fries.. I love bottom of the fry bin fries lol!! You get soggy ones, perfect long ones and it's salty. Most people like them scalding hot out the grease where they only sit long enough to get a lil tap of salt. So I was happy because I'm the rare customer. Anyone else would have been mad they were super hot. And they on a normal scale were verrry salty. I couldn't even lick my fingers I woulda had immediate hyper tension.. Even for me. What it is , they need to fully clean the bin. That's all! Fresh off a flight I'm sure you won't mind too Much it's not the worst. read more
